Would like to add the current balance for the Vendor in a Compliance Management GI.   GI shows the compliance information but would like it to also show the current balance.   Since there are 4 lines for each vendor, know there will be duplication if the balance can be displayed, but at least it would give our compliance person the info on who is expired and who has a balance.   Haven’t been able to find the correct relationship of tables between the ComplianceDocument table and Vendor/APHistory.  Is this even reasonable to do? 

How can I include date of last payment on our statements? There is currently a “last statement date” but I would rather change this to “last payment date”. I think I need to add a payment table to the schema (likely ARPayment) but I haven’t been able to figure out how to then configure it on the Relationships tab. I believe from there I could just use =MAX([ARPayment.DocDate]) to display the most recent payment date. 

I am working in Acumatica 24R2 Build 24.205.0015. Currently, I am trying to update my local instance to be more up to date with our live instance. I took a snapshot of my Local, using the “Exclude Wiki and Attachments” setting.  However, the snapshot file was larger than what is natively supported in Acumatica (My file size if 1.21GB). Every time I try, I run into the following error. “An error occurred while importing data into the 'GLTran' table.”  With the error stated being “System.IO.IOException: Stream was too long.”. I have a slightly weird question.Can I have multiple IIF expressions within one field? It seems possible, but I am not sure how to accomplish this. I would like to change the cell style based on the text inside of it. But the system does not like me adding another IIF statement within my expression. This is what I have right now to keep it simple, but once I can get it to work, I will add a couple more colors. =IIf( [InventoryItem.PreferredVendorID]='100045', 'purple20', 'default') ORIIf( [InventoryItem.PreferredVendorID]='100351', 'yellow20',' default')   The System doesn’t like my OR placement, does anyone know a better way to do this?

Does anyone have any tips relating to KPI Dashboards on a big screen TV?  Couple issues: The system will boot out the login after 15 minutes of inactivity.  Have setup a dummy login with limited permissions only to particular dashboard.  How to setup so don’t have to login every few hours?   Any hardware recommendations?  Mini-PC or Android something?  Thanks you

When trying to confirm a shipment I get the error: “Carrier Service returned error. FEDEX: FORBIDDEN.ERROR We could not authorize your credentials. Please check your permissions and try again.” The carrier page for FedEx says the connection is successful, so I’m at a loss of what the issue could be. The Error 

I’ve scoured this forum and can’t find any suggestions, so I’m hoping someone can offer suggestions. We are 2 years into Acumatica and still struggle to find very simple reporting that was readily available in QuickBooks.We are filing personal property taxes and need a snapshot of the quantity of items in inventory as of 1/1/25 AND the valuation of that inventory. Is there something like that already built out in Acumatica? On the Inventory Transaction History screen, there is a handy button to ‘Include landed cost in unit cost’. Interestingly, this also updates the impact of any PPV cost adjustments on the receipt.Without PPV (original PR price) & with PPV (after PPV revalued)Is there any easy method to retrieve this additional cost layer information through a GI, so we can push it through an import scenario? Specifically, we need to update the Last Cost of specific valued items so that it reflects the actual receipt cost with PPV revaluation included. Two new fields were added to the Activities screen. “Promised to Pay Amount” and “Promised to Pay date”. These were added by a customization project. When a generic inquiry is created the values do not display. But if a sum is done on the column. It shows the total. Any thoughts?

Everything worked correctly for the first 22 invoices, but on invoice 23 and later, I get the following error:Another Process has added the 'APTran' record. Your changes will be lost.I'm attaching the image and the scenario in XML format so I can see who can help me resolve this. I've tried everything and so far can't find a solution. Hi All, New to Acumatica here! I am trying to complete some certifications through the Acumatica Portal → Learning Paths → Partner University but when I click on the hyperlink for the Partner University I get a pop up that says my Partner University account is in an ‘inactive status’. I tried escalating this to the recruiter that created my Portal account for me but they could not do anything about it as they have no control on the backend of things.. I tried creating a ‘New Education-Related case’ through support tab but as soon as I clicked on it it just brings me back to the ‘Welcome to Acumatica’ Homepage. Any ideas as to what I can do here? Thanks in advance!

Hi, A client has several AP invoices that need to be reversed. Reversing a bill to create a debit adjustment record works fine and links the original document to the new debit record however when clicking apply on the debit adjustment record, the resulting payment record only shows the debit adjustment line to apply by default. Is there any way that the corresponding invoice get added as a line automatically as well via some sort of setup? Regards, Andrew

Hello - I would like to import some forecasting data into custom DAC’s using the API. I’ve worked with parent/child data before and imported via the API but I’m finding this situation difficult because the forecasting data consists of 3 levels of data. Hi everyone,I’d like to ask if Acumatica has a subaccount mechanism similar to other ERP software (as shown in the attached image from NetSuite).In this structure, users are not allowed to post transactions directly to the parent account, and reports querying the parent account will automatically sum the data from its subaccounts.Does Acumatica support this functionality, and if so, how can it be configured?Thanks in advance!

I have a client that would like to view all of their fixed assets and their calculated depreciation for the next 12 months in a single report. I have edited a copy of the Fixed Asset Balance report (FA630000) and I made a custom report (FA63001D) to use as a subreport that will list the financial period, calculated depreciation, and YTD calculated deprecation.  The subreport takes 2 parameters: [FixedAsset.AssetCD] and [FABookBalance.BookID]. Passing the BookID works fine but for some reason it doesn’t like how the AssetCD is passed to the subreport. If I hardcode a value for it like 1000-001, it works but I want it to run the subreport for each asset in the main report. I’ve also tried basing the subreport on [FixedAsset.AssetID] but this gives the same result. The stack trace only gives this for a SQL message:  @@DBTS, IDENT_CURRENT('WatchDog') OPTION (OPTIMIZE FOR UNKNOWN)/* */  

Hi all,I have a local instance set up for training (Build 24.112.0026), and I am seeing the following message on the Transactions and Profiles tab after performing a Universal Search:The search by a phrase or a list of keywords might not work because the Full-Text Search feature is not enabled. Contact an administrative user to enable the feature.I have run ‘Process All’ on the ‘Rebuild Full-Text Entity Index’ screen, and I have also tried the ‘Restart Full-Text Search’ option, but I am still seeing the warning.Anyone seen this before or know how to deal with it?
