I have an api that pushes salesorders and it works if I set the version to 18.200.001.When I move it to 20.200.001 it fails with the error    [message] => An error has occurred.    [exceptionMessage] => Sequence contains no matching element    [exceptionType] => System.InvalidOperationException    [stackTrace] =>    at System.Linq.Enumerable.Single[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source, Func`2 predicate)   at PX.Api.ContractBased.EntityExportContextBuilder.ExtractFieldMappingKeyForDetail(String mappingKey, EntityField field, EntityMappingProjection[] entityFields, IMetadataProvider metadataProvider, IEntityMappingKeyService entityMappingKeyService, String endpointName, String version) in C:\build\code_repo\NetTools\PX.Api.ContractBased\EntityExportContextBuilder.cs:line 1343The only information I can find about changes is on page 55  of  https://www.acumatica.com/media/2020/09/AcumaticaERP_IntegrationDevelopmentGuide.pdWhere it says‘• The type of the Payments field is changed.• Map

I’m getting this message when trying to do our first VAT return. Anyone got any ideas as to where to look to correct this. I don’t seem to be able to prepare any VAT returns without this being configured. Thanks in advance a tax report cannot be prepared for the selected company and the tax agency because the report version for the tax period has not been found in the system

Is there a way to set a cost on an item being sold intercompany/branch based on a percentage, similar to the margin feature in Acumatica? I see where I can set a Sales Price or manage pricing based on costs. The problem is with intercompany sales; you start with a Sales Order in the Customer-facing branch, which pulls the item cost, which really is different from the intercompany cost. Take this example: Company2 sells a widget to customer1 The widget is added to the line, and the “cost” is pulled from the item at that time. The problem is we want to sell the widget from company 1 to company 2 at a 5% markup (for example). All of the features only work at the pricing level so the intercompany order might be able to add a correct price of cost +5% the original order does not reflect that costing rule and shows cost.(I hope that made sense) I am sure others do similar things. What do you do to manage this? 

Hello, new to Acumatica and looking for help. I’ve looked through the receivables and noticed that I can’t select certain past due invoices to the same customer with attached copy of their invoices by email. Are we able to do this? Also, are we able set up a schedule for past due invoice(s) to customer by email along with a copy of the invoice(s)? Thank you!!

The Generic Inquiry has more than 3000 of records. In the footer the Aggregate Sum is not showing. Any Idea to get the Aggregate Sum ?

Facing attached error after upgrading my enviroment from 2022R1 to 2023R2Database is MySQL 8.0, Windows 2019 server StandardInsufficient stack to continue executing the program safely. This can happen from having too many functions on the call stack or function on the stack using too much stack space. Any Help Appreciated

Current procedure requires the manual selection by BRANCH to see the UNPOSTED BALANCE prior to release of activity that has been uploaded for each subaccount.  Is there a quicker way or system report that would return the end of period UNPOSTED BALANCE listed by SUBACCOUNT?  The Account by Subaccount only reflects the RELEASED BALANCE.

The Import Branch and Mapped Branch are errors, and I don't know what I should fill in for it. Please kindly advise with thanks 

Would it be possible to use a Microsoft Teams for large document storage.  For example photos and drawings. The documentation is vague about the Teams integration capabilities.  I don’t want to upload the photo to Acumatica and affect the storage limits.  The thought would be to create a file for each project in Teams.  Then upload the photos/drawings to Teams. I would like to be able to add a link to the file in the appropriate project in Acumatica.  Understanding of course that moving or renaming the file would break the link.

We use Parent/Child Account relationships extensively for our Customer base.  We also use a ton of Customer part numbers as Alternate IDs for our stock items.  This is becoming very difficult to manage when we have some parents with 100 child companies. Is there a way to set an alternate ID of a part number for a Parent account, and have it be used for its child accounts?  We can’t use Global in this scenario because we need to be able to use the alternate IDs on customer facing paperwork as well.  

Hi Guys,I need help to sync Line Item properties to Acumatica. Shopify apparently stores the variant options in and array format. Default connector only syncs the 1st option from line item properties but it could have up to 10+ options in that field.Is there a way we can create a loop to loop through the array and show all the options in Acumatica? Thanks for your help.

I created a DAC that adds 2 decimal fields within the DAC for a grid. I can’t figure out why after publishing,  the field is a text field and not a decimal field. We have set an approval map for the PO owner to be the approver for an AP invoice, but on some occasions we need to approve so require to set individuals with overriding capability.So far, we have not been able to set this up either with creating steps within the approval maps which seems to duplicate the AP invoice in the Invoices and Adjustments list, creating a workgroup in the company tree, or delegation under employees.This is the current approval map set for the PO owner:  

I’m trying to customize a grid with dynamic columns, the number of columns are based on how many items it has on Attributes screen (CS205000). Here are the samples, Sample 1 Sample 2 I have the code in EntryMatrix_RowSelected event which will try to hide a column(s) based on certain condition I tried using this code, but it didn’t work,PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisibility(sender, "Extra Small", PXUIVisibility.Invisible);PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisible(sender, "Extra Small", false); I can’t also use this since it has no direct DAC attribute,PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisibility<DAC.attribute>(sender, null, PXUIVisibility.Invisible);PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisible<DAC.attribute>(sender, null, false); Is there other way to hide column(s) maybe by name or index?

I would like to set up subaccounts for our business and have been testing it in our test tenant but I’m not seeing that these sub accounts show up on any financial reports like our P&L. Does this require a form customization or am I utilizing the wrong report?

Hello,Before I go down this path, I wanted to know if it would be a viable solution to add a button in an email to approve or reject a document based on selecting the link. I have been able to get an elementary version of this to work through sending certain text in an email for intake but the client wants to get more sophisticated with an actual actionable button.I believe this would be possible with some variation of the portal- they click the link, brings them to the portal, they can approve- but not all customers will have an access. So ultimately I need to be able to get a response back without the need to authenticate.Any input or experience on this topic would be greatly appreciated! 

Hello, looking for a sanity check.  I can “Restrict Visibility” to a company for Vendors and customers.  However, there is not “restrict visibility” option for stock items and non-stock items correct? It seems I need to use restriction groups for this which would be very cumbersome. Am I missing any other options? Thanks,Larry

Is there a way to view unposted Journal transactions in ARM reports? I tried searching the community forums but all the posts are 5 years or older so I am not sure if this feature was ever added. We would like to put expenses into the GL as unposted and see how it affects our finances overall in these reports so our team can make informed decisions.

Adding files attached in header files section of the particular order in the Purchase order email template automatically and option to remove before sending the emailfor eg the PO has two files attached, but when we get into the email template, we are again forced to add the two attachments along with the PO document which is redundant.Anyways it can be done.

Hello,  I am trying to create a GI that shows inventory usage (sales and issues) for a pivot table that will display the current 12 months vs prior past 12 months.  My last activity link does not seem to be displaying data for the last activity period.  I am also trying to create a formula to group periods by current and prior which I can use as columns on a Pivot Table for qty totals. Something like switch(month(today()),'1',month(today()-1),'1') then when it gets far enough back switch(month(today()-12,'2',month,today()-13,'2') but I am unsure of how to apply this in the GI. Can anyone provide help on this?  GI attached. thank you!

Hi! I am merging two Generic Inquiries together to achieve the following:If the item on shipment is a kit item, display the component items of that kit, and the vendor inventory item of that component item. If the item on shipments is not a kit, then display it as is. Issue:While everything is pulling in and displaying correctly. I am unable to drill into the item if it is a kit, and unable to drill into its related component items. When I click on them, I would expect it to take me to the stock item screen, however, it gives me the error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.If the item on shipment is not a kit item, I am able to click on the item and it does take me to the stock item screen. Any suggestions on what maybe causing this issue and where I should look at?Attached below Shipment Detail is the main GI. 

We are currently using a REST API to import our images for stock items. But when we do, they show up on the second tab of the ImageURL field. Does anyone know why/how we can avoid this? This now makes our report look like there is no image within a stock item profile.Image 1: Shows no image. Image 2: After clicking Ctrl →, this is where we see the image.   

I think I know the answer to this already (since the import scenarios tied to a business event have a data provider tied to the business event) but I figured I’d ask.I have two generic inquiries that present the same columns and data; one is based on serialized inventory while the other is based on non serialized.  I have a business event that runs through these and does some automation (a couple of GL entries).The business event logic doesn’t matter whether it’s serialized or not; the formulas within the GIs are slightly different, though.  I could probably consolidate them and have more complicated formulas, but I’m curious if there is a way to have a single business event that is tied to two separate GIs, without copying the business event (and the two import scenarios that it triggers, which is where the real magic happens).
