Subassembly item, “item A” is included in materials for various Manufacturing Formulas.For “item A” we create independent batch tickets.However, every time a Super Batch using a Formula that includes “item A” is generated, a sub batch is also generated for “item A”.Is there any way to discontinue the creation of sub batches for certain subassembly items?

I want to add a tag to Shopify orders with the dropship PO Number from the line details in Acumatica. I see the “mark for PO” field, but not the PO Number field. 

I created a generic inquiry it was working correctly until I tried to add the payments received column.  Now the contract amounts/billing amounts and payment amounts are wrong on ones with multiple invoices.  I know the problem is creating duplicate lines for projects with multiple invoices. I tried the grouping function and getting rid of the sum function but that didn’t work so I think it how I joined the tables.  I can’t figure out how to fix it.  I attached the xml file.

Hi EveryoneI noticed that when we generate project billing to create a pro forma invoice, the change order line items do not have tax category assigned. Although the associated project task does. I am wondering if this is similar to the situation described in this thread below, when commitment does not have a non-stock item, tax category is blank despite project task. Since this discussion was from two years ago, has there been any changes to this?Anyone got any suggestion on how to improve this? It’s painful to assign tax category manually on the pro forma for change order items after generation.Thanks.

We are using Role Level Security to provide specific users with access to specific projects (Group Type A), which works.  However, this configuration requires us to update the role level security with each job that is created.   Is there a way to associate role level security with a employee workgroup, rather than an individual user?

I may be out of my league with this, but I really thought I was going to be able to edit an email before it gets processed using a GI and a business event, with maybe an Import scenario? The goal is to add an email into a CC and then process the email. My GI pulls the Purchase Order Notification emails that are pending processing, and cross checks the items in that PO for specific items. These are items that a specific email needs to know about. And I have that email on every line in that GI as well. So every pending email on this GI needs the email on the same row, added to the CC.  However, after creating the GI and Business event. I cannot use my GI or any email screens in the Screen Name field of the Import Scenario. So now I am stuck. Am I able to use an Action Scenario for this? Or am I out of luck on this task? I have no experience with Action Scenarios, but I am able to pick my GI in the Screen Name Field of an Action Scenario. Would love to make this happen! Hi Team,We are working with Build 23.112.0032 and working on a customization where we have to add an image url ( https://xyz.s3.amazonaws.com/kkltQWuXULPcHQ6TmoMsZkiJOK93x8.png) as File attachment to a Sales Order record through code. We tried to insert this image url under Name field in UploadFile table and later to map this record along with Sales Order NoteID under NoteDoc table but we are facing issue with approach. Can you please suggest the best possible way to achieve this. Thank you in advance! 

We’re on 2024R1 (Build 24.114.0020), just finished CRP2 and trying to finalize configuration for UAT. We don’t have any developers on staff so we’re farming out customizations to our implementation partner.  My issue:We’re using field service to send techs on service orders/appointments and for some reason Acumatica does not include any pre-built roles for the service module at all. Our partner provided some FS Admin roles they had from another user, but it grants way too many privileges to a technician in both the app and online. I started going through the Role myself leaving in the ability to do stuff like add Comments or Notes,  adjust the date filter, Start/Pause/Resume, Depart/Arrive, capture a signature, enter the signature name and do expense receipts against the appt and disallowing editing of most everything else but boy, it’s miles deep!In some cases fields I can see in the DAC either are named differently or just aren’t there. I found a PowerShell script that looked promising, but it is using PX.Data.Tools.Dll that I can’t find installed anywhere, even with the developer Debugging Tools installed. Does anyone know if automated tenant creation is possible? Thanks,Mark

Hi everyone,I'm trying to create a simple import scenario to release Proforma invoices. However, I consistently receive the error:"0 records of 1 have been processed. The last error was: Another process has updated the 'PMProforma' record. Your changes will be lost."What’s strange is that it seems to perform the Release from Hold action, as the AR invoice is created — but the Proforma itself remains in Open status instead of moving to Closed.Could it be that I’m doing this the wrong way? We have a customer that wants to attach incoming emails that may contain multiple attachments to a Sales Order.  The only options I see in the Outlook integration is to a Contact, Case, Opportunity, or Project.   Is there another option I’m missing to add an activity to a Sales Order, Purchase Order, etc?

I am working on SalesOrder Screen SO301000.Problem Statement :-- I want to add the functionality to the page. When Clicking on Save Button I want to know if the Quantity for the for the Row Has changed. If yes, I also want to get the old value and new value and add logic based on the Comparison. But only when clicking on the Save Button  

I know there is already a request for a report of inventory aging here:  However all we really need is one field “inventory age” with the formula “X DAYS SINCE RECEIVED” to inform us how old the inventory is in general. We are fine with it always using the most recent receiving date for each item, without needing a value for every single receiving to have occurred against it. So the field would need to show the count of days since the last time the stock item was received.Days since receiving date. Using the date received field we just need to count days “since”. So received date being yesterday would have the value of “1” in that field for output, for example. What would this formula look like in the results grid builder for GI customization?

For a tariff surcharge, if a customer’s own ERP or Accounting systems are unable to read or accept surcharge line items on Invoices from us, what options are there to get that reflected within the customer’s pricing? We were told “just increase my price” to reflect the surcharge.  Yes manually within the sales order the individual items’ pricing can be changed but we’re finding now there’s not just a few of these customers that we would need to do this on, there’s quite a ton who order frequently so we can’t manually do this every time with these customers.    If our surcharge was originally to be 5% of total invoice price, Is there  a way to get a discount mapping if one of these customers is selected, the price class automatically takes the item and then adds 5% of its calculated cost onto itself? Scenario: Customer orders 100 pins at $2/EA (40% off $5 per unit for a total $200) and 30 knobs at $4/EA (50% off $8per unit for Total of $120)Normal Surcharge of 5% of Invoice Total applie

I Created a new customization project in Myob Acumatica instance in Build 2024.110.101.1720 [24.110.0017].   And did few modifications in a screen and tried to publish, it publishes successfully but after opening the customization project again it looks like below and it gives following error messages in the trace. I tried this in a cloud demo environment and in a local instance as well. But same gives the same error. I tried few customizations with simple modification (only a new field for existing screen just for testing) even such customizations are giving same error  

We just recently upgraded to 24R2 and noticed a few hyperlinks that used to open in the same tab, now open in new tabs.  For example, in projects, if we click on the hyperlink to get to the pro forma, it opens in a new tab.  Is there an easy way to revert this back to where the hyperlink opens in the existing tab? Thanks!
