I have created a generic inquiry to track the last time stock was counted (this is to identify items that have not recently been counted).  It works well until I activate the parameter for warehouse.  If the user captures a warehouse, the parameter value automatically becomes cleared after you capture it.  Has anybody experienced this before?  I’ve attached the generic inquiry.

Hi @MarciaW,

Have you tried resetting the caches and restarting the application from the Apply Updates screen? This might be a caching-related issue.

For reference, I tested the same Generic Inquiry in my 24 R2 instance (installed at my workplace), and it’s working as expected.

Note: If you're working on a production instance, please perform these actions during non-working hours, as it may impact active users.

I have this inquiry at two different customers - one is cloud based and one is not.  The problem is only at the cloud based customer.

I’m attaching a better version of this GI for anyone who wants it, I redesigned it to use a “sub” GI.

Hi @DipakNilkanth

For now I have just removed the filter completely, but if I get some time, I will log it as a case.  The behaviour of the two should not differ, and I have seen a similar problem in another GI before.  Thanks for your suggestion!
