Has anyone created a quote process in the service module?
Quote to sales order is working well in the main system, but I am struggling to make the same duplicate process for quote to service orders.

Step 1 - Creating a service quote
Service quotes are created using the Service Orders screen, by selecting a Service Order Type where Behavior = Quote.
This allows creation on a service order that serves as a quote rather than a confirmed job.
Step 2 - Confirm the Quote
Once the customer has agreed to have the services at the quoted costs, you confirm the quote by clicking the confirm action on the service order.
Step 3 - Converting a Quote into a Regular Service Order
Once the quote is confirmed, you can copy it into an MRO or regular service order.
After that you can create an appointment(s) linked to the service order to carry out the quoted work.

Thanks for the reply.
The consultant who set our system up didnt even have the quote option set up.
Have since resolved this by creating the option and it is now in use.
