Hey there, We’re working on migrating to Acumatica. We uploaded our stock items, but the move to new system has been delayed, and the data is outdated. I’d like to just mass delete the records, and do a fresh upload, rather than go and update 100’s of products.  How do I mass delete records? Deleting 10,000 products one at a time would take a long time. Thank you!

There is a ‘Print Quote’ button on the mobile Acumatica app. Has anyone gotten it to work?Just got a notification ‘Uploading to Acumatica...’, apart from this nothing happens. 

Hello Acumatica Community,I am currently working on customizing the Tickets Screen (CR306000) in Acumatica and have added the following toolbar button within the aspx file: <px:PXToolBarButton Text="NOTIZ ERSTELLEN" Tooltip="Eine Interne Notiz erstellen" Key="AddActivityEN"> <AutoCallBack Target="ds" Command="NewActivityEN" /></px:PXToolBarButton> However, when displayed in the UI, the button text does not reflect "NOTIZ ERSTELLEN" ("Create Note" in German). Instead, it appears as "Create Notiz", where "Create" remains in English while "Note" is translated to “Notiz”. He seems to use the Activity Description here.I can’t seem to find out where i can translate this - or get rid of the “Create” as this doesn’t seem to appear in Translation Dictionaries. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I am building a GI that would link service orders with sales order. In this case, the service order is not created from the sales order, so they are not inherently linked. Instead, the sales order number is entered manually in the description of the service order.So I am looking to join the service order and sales order tables through the service order description text field. How would I do this join?The join above is not getting me any results. 

I am trying to create a projection query this is the sql query which works. When I attempt to release a purchase order from hold via the API, sometimes I get the following error:Operation failed: At least one line is not present in the cost budget of the project. Either add the corresponding budget lines to the project or select the Allow Adding New Items on the Fly check box on the Summary tab of the Projects (PM301000) form I get the same error when try to do so from the user interface:Oddly, if I try a second time, either via a repeating the API request, or by pressing the button again, the error does not occur. What could be going on?

How can a mass update of Vendor payment type be done, if at all?  Import Scenario? Generic Inquiry?Several vendors were set up with this informaion missing and instead of opening and updating one by one hoping a mass update can be done.  I am new to working with mass updates in Acumatica so any and all help/instructions is greatly appreciated.

Hi,I created Sales Order 01 last month for a customer with the credit term A (the customer's default credit term is A). This month, I created another Sales Order 02 for the same customer with the credit term B (the customer's default credit term is now B). I created separate shipments for both sales orders. When creating an invoice that includes both sales orders, which credit term will be automatically selected by the system? I observed that the system prioritized the credit term from Sales Order 01 instead of the customer's default credit term. Is this correct?Regards/Prasad

Hello all,I have been working on report designing and have not been able to figure out how can I print the content to the next pages. I have a word doc of as long as 20 pages. and I am looking to get these into report designer and the output should be printed in 20 pages as it does in word doc. No tables joined. It is just a simple form with 20 pages. I am currently adding the content in detail section bar but we can stretch the height as long as we want which is then making the report long. I am designing this report in A4 size.Thanks.

Hi,One of our customers practices the following scenario.They buy an insurance policy prior to the Receipt of goods and create a bill to make the liability for the insurance company. But does not pay that amount until the goods are received. When the goods are received this amount needs to be allocated to the inventory appropriately. In Acumatica we couldn’t find a way to create a landed cost/bill prior to the purchase Receipt and attach the Bill to landed cost lately. Since the customer is not paying the amount, we cannot assist them to use the prepayment request method, pay the amount and create a prepayment and apply the landed cost once the goods are received.Is there a way to handle this kind of scenario? Please assist me on this regard.Amanda

When I click ‘Add PO’ or ‘Add Receipt’ nothing shows up even when there are received POs for this Vendor and Stock Item.

Hello! I have created two generic inquiries to be pulled into a main one. Numbers on the subqueries are correct, however the numbers are being pulled into the Main GI incorrectly. Any ideas are appreciated! I have tried changing the join type for some tables and changing aggregated functions but has had no luck. The goal is for the GI to display amount applied to invoice, payment amount, amount applied to SO, $ value of shippable items, and $ value of non-shippable items, all grouped by SO. This is the main GI - SOByLineItem and PaymentGi are two separate GIs used as sources. These are the fields being pulled from the other GIs.This is the payment GIThis is the SOByLineItem Gi 

My client would like to use Acumatica AR Invoices and Sales Orders and then have the tax calculated right in Acumatica. It would work just like to normal Acumatica / Avalara plug in but it would be for telecommunication tax not sales or use tax. I’ve checked with Vertex and Avalara and neither do telecom tax with their integration with Acumatica.   Also ideas?

I read through the Acumatica MRP literature, and it clearly states that blanket sales order lines should be reflected in MRP as forecasted demand however I cannot seem to get this to work. Is anyone working with blanket sales orders for manufactured items and able to get them to show in MRP Display?

Hi All, I have a bit complex task assigned to me.I'm working on customizing a report in Acumatica Report Designer  Sales Profitability by Customer Class report. I want to add a GroupBy parameter that allows grouping the data by Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or 5-Year periods. Like if Select the Quarterly it should the prior 3 months data and it should be visible inside report too. Any Idea on how to this task? Any help would be great.Thanks

We are trying to run an import scenario to update all rows in Forecast that match our criteria.  We have the following XLS data provider. And this import scenario:There are multiple records for each inventory ID as well as each warehouse, that differ by the begin/end date.  We want to update all records that match the inventoryid and warehouse specified in the data provider but the import scenario only updates the first match and moves on to the next record.How do I configure the IS to match all records instead of just the first match? Thank you in advance.Matthew

I am adding customers with the ERP api. Part of this process is assigning the default salesperson to the customer. For things like the MainContact/Address, I can just $extend the customer entity being saved, but this does not seem to work for Salespersons, How do I attach a default salesperson to a customer with the api?PUT /20.200.001/Customer?$expand=Salespersons,MainContact/Address{..."Salespersons": [        {            "SalespersonID": {"value": "SALEPERID"},            "Default": {"value": true}        }    ]...}This will result in 200 OK, but no Salespersons will be assigned to the customer.{..."Salespersons": []...}What do I need to do to get this salesperson assigned to the customer?

Hello,Our controller asked me to post this question on the community. Can you please let me know what he is questioning? Why does Acumatica AP module put a BL as a prefix to the AP ref number?  This is a system generated number that is not manually entered.   

I did not think this was possible until i noticed on the Customer record on the mobile app you can open the Appointment History (Appointment Summary) screen.On the Customer record there is an Action called Equipment Summary which opens the Equipment Summary GI.When i try and add this to the mobile app the action is there but when i click it i get a redirect fail I have tried changing behaviour to void and also changed recordAction to ViewEquipmentSummaryInquiry but keep getting same error. I also tried redirectToScreen = “FS400200”  

Hello,I am trying to put a negative quantity in a subcontract line item, but it errors out.Anyone have a work around for this that doesn’t require a debit adjustments.  I am trying to keep all the details on one invoice. We create the invoice for subcontractors and tie them off to each pay applications.  If we create multiple invoices it creates confusion. I found I can put a negative dollar value which makes the $ side work, but i don’t think it will work on the total qty side. Thanks,Jeremy  

Dear all,I am using Acumatica 24R2 and encountering an issue when creating an SO Invoice from a Shipment, as described below:I have a shipment with 2 lines (2 items) and would like to generate 2 SO Invoices from this shipment—one invoice containing 1 lines and the other containing 1 remain lines.However, whencreate the invoice, the system displays an error message: "Sales Order/Shipment cannot be invoiced partially."Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?Thank you very much for your help!   

When our company was moving into ACU supposedly we were told that Acumatica could use per-determined rules to disperse specific expenses into each of our branches.For example:Any marketing expenses will be dispersed via the followingBranch A 29%Branch B 30%Branch C 41%I could not find a way to do this so I am assuming I may need to do this manually?
