We use Project Issues as a custom forms solution in via PM Classes and Attributes assigned to those classes.  As of today, we have a number of users whose iOS devices have updated to the most recent Acumatica Mobile App. In so doing, the ‘Attributes’ menu in the ‘Project Issues’ screen is no longer visible.  We found a workaround whereby uninstalling the app and reinstalling it seems to reinstate the Attributes availability on the Project Issues screen, but for a bunch of users that are relatively unsophisticated, it’s an incredibly arduous process to uninstall, reinstall, reconfigure server, go through two factor, etc.Is there a logical / good reason this happened?  I’m not trying to complain, but bugs like this are what make users / companies less confident in a system that they’re trusting to help run their business.

Hello,I’m reviewing the AR Aging report and it seems that I have a discrepancy between a payment and subsequent invoice. Is there a way that I can zero these both out and remove them from the AR Aging report?  Thanks,Brandon McIlhargey

How can I reverse it if I accidentally extend a Business Account to a Customer (or a vendor) without any transactions?

HI! I’m seeing this error on receive and put away. I’m not sure why it’s trying to add an extra line.The scanned quantity exceeds the quantity in the PO receipt for the item.Would you like to add a new line in the receipt for the 1 EACH quantity?

How does the “Keep Audit History” under security preferences work exactly? I understand it’s an integer of months, but….Does it run immediately after saving?Do I need to optimize the databse or anything to get it to trigger?I have a LARGE audit history, many many GB and I know that if this triggers it will take a moment. I’d like to be minimally disruptive with my system. How do I use this function properly? How do I know it executed?

Im trying to get all expense receipt  using  GET https://{BASE URL}/entity/Default/22.200.001/ExpenseReceipt but nothing is returned on postman. Can any help ? what am I missing here?If i replace ExpenseReceipt with Vendor, I get a list of all vendors. 

I have found some - by looking at GLTran, I have found all the labor, OH and WIP adjustments transactions.However, material issued and finished quantity are posted by Inventory ID, not by WO.I reviewed events for the WO - there is not event for finished goods.I went to the FG part and reviewed history and found the transaction and looked at the GL trans.  It doesn't reference the WO.  But I can not do that for O/S, as that is a non-stock inventory item.

Hello,Is there any current functionality that allows for item substitution on a PO?

       We are a traditional enterprise, and our picking operations still mainly rely on printed pick lists. Currently, we are considering introducing scanners. However, due to certain reasons, we do not want to switch our main picking method to being fully reliant on scanner operations. The method we hope to adopt is as follows: Print the pick list, which includes a barcode. When the picker starts picking, they scan this barcode to mark the beginning of the picking process. After the picker completes picking, they scan this barcode again to mark the end of the picking process. --- Actually, this is our core requirement: we want to record who picked which shipment and the duration of the picking process.       3.For actual data entry, we still rely on the current shipment screen, where basically all fields are pre-filled by default, keeping the operational method the same as it is now. With that said, does Acumatica natively support such a process?

I have created a new local installation of Acumatica as a test bed and created a user with the hope of using OData access to pull the data from Acumatica. The user that I created was assigned the role of API user and the Tenant name is Company.I can log in as the admin user interactively but when I try to use Postman to simply get a list of OData exposed generic inquiries (I exposed one so there should be something on the list) I simply get the 401 Unauthorized response. The url I am trying to access is: http://localhost/ACUERP/t/Company/api/odata/gi/Please give me some direction on this.Thanks in advance!

Screen SO301000 added new checkbox to sales order line using the customization project editor. New field shows in column configuration for line in details tab. When the field is moved from available columns to selected columns and I click OK, the field shows on the line for a second and then disappears. I examined the generated HTML and I see the field there but the colgroup element for my column has a width of 0px?I have reviewed all the layout properties and they look correct to me, must be something simple I am missing but I am a newbie. With the B2B features of Shopify, an order may be placed for a customer having terms like 30 days. The Payment entity only supports importing from Shopify.  If the order is paid in Acumatica how can that information be sent back to Shopify?

Good day,We are having a quite an issue with BOM/Production Order unit cost converting correctly. EA to SQIN“Originally the SQIN converting numbers was incorrect.  Based on prior issues, the below corrected the issues since the PR determines the unit cost.  We use FIFO. We did the below to correct the situation.So far, we have adjusted the Stock items to correct SQIN converting amount.  Did an adjustment removing the inventory for these items down zero and then did a receipt for the quantity in EACH to bring them back into inventory at the unit cost.  Recreated the BOM (using the copy command) and still the unit cost is showing the EA unit cost where it should show the SQIN unit cost.  The production orders material totals are eating up the inventory and out whack.  We can’t change the unit cost on the production order to match the BOM (not why that is not allowed).  Everything lines ups to expect the BOM/Production process is in sync.I am at a lost for next steps.  Any assistance.  I

I need to show the attribute description in the grid on the Line Details popup of the Purchase Receipts screen (screenshot attached). I tried adding the description field via customization, but it’s not available there. From what I can see, the description comes from INLotSerClassAttribute. Do I need to override the grid’s view to include it? If so, what’s the best approach?  Here the Description is not available. Lot Serial Class Screen Purchase Receipts Screen 

I use Acumatica’s default inspection tools to find the business logic code. However, sometimes I run into issues. For example, in the case shown below, the grid’s view appears as lotSerialAttributes in the Element Properties dialog. When I click Actions → View Business Logic and try to locate where lotSerialAttributes is defined, I’m unable to find it. I also opened the POReceiptEntry file in Visual Studio and searched there but still couldn’t locate the definition.  Please let me know whether I’m missing something, or if there are any other approaches I should be using.

Hello,I am having trouble getting a parameter with lookup to =Report.GetFieldSchema('ARShippingAddress.State’) lookup works but returns an empty list, I am guessing that I need to indicate the country for the lookup or something I am missing ?Any help would be greatly appreciate it.

In a Customer Profile the Primary Contact section has an Email data field with a button to create an email to the Primary Contact. When selecting that button, the email address is the To line of the email does not auto populate with the email from the Email data field in the Primary Contact section:The Customer Profile also has an Additional Contact Info section with an Email Data Field and a Create Email button. When selecting this button, the email address from the Additional Contact Email Data Field in auto-populated in the To: line of the email:The odd thing is if there is an Email address entered into the Additional Contact Info Email Data Field and the user selects the Create Email button from the Primary Contact Info Email Data Field the email from the Additional Contact Info Email Data Field auto populates in the To: line of the email. Even when there is no email entered into the Primary Contact Email Data Field the email from the Additional Contact Info still auto populates in

Does anyone know where this perm lies? I need to activate it so a user can edit a customer contact. I have searched in Sales Order, Receivables and Hidden but have yet to find the correct perm.

I have a prepayment that was applied to a SO. For some reason the correct amount of money was not transferred to an invoice, and I had to manually apply part of the prepayment to the invoice document. But now the “transferred to invoice” total does not equal the same amounts of all invoices (that are paid via that prepayment) Below are some screenshotsPrepayment:Application History: As you can tell there is a remaining balance and applied to order but the sales order still has an awaiting payment status.

Hi Team,’I am getting this error when I try to select an inventory item in journal transaction entries.  Never got it before; I am the administrator so makes no sense, and I cannot address on own. Cannot accrue and have Inventory IDs listed on accrual entries and therefore cannot bill (again…) the xxxx project until this is corrected.  Please advise.

Hello everyone,I’m new to Acumatica, so apologies if this is the wrong place to ask. I recently installed Acumatica 2025 R2 and successfully created an instance using the U100 demo data. I’ve been really interested in exploring the AI features, especially the Anomaly Detection functionality, after watching a recent webinar where it was mentioned that these features are available now.I also read through the Acumatica 2025 R2 Beta documentation, which states that the Beta release gives early access to the code and requires contacting an Acumatica Partner and completing a Presales Support Case to participate. However, this didn’t seem applicable to my situation.When I go to the Enable/Disable Features form to enable GL Anomaly Detection, it prompts me for a license and won’t let me activate the feature. I’m not sure if there is a generic license key available that could be used to test or demo this feature. I tried the license key that is provided in S100 System Installation and Maintenan

I made a mistake when applying the wrong prepayment to the bill.I want to reverse the check and payments then it move me to create Debit Adjustment. After creating a mess, i totally lost now.Can someone help me to solve this issue ?
