I have found some - by looking at GLTran, I have found all the labor, OH and WIP adjustments transactions.

However, material issued and finished quantity are posted by Inventory ID, not by WO.

I reviewed events for the WO - there is not event for finished goods.

I went to the FG part and reviewed history and found the transaction and looked at the GL trans.  It doesn't reference the WO.  But I can not do that for O/S, as that is a non-stock inventory item.

Not all GL transaction in Acumatica includes the Work Order (WO) number. You found those because labor, overhead, and WIP modifications typically display the WO in GLTran. Finished products receipts and material issues on the other hand are posted via the Inventory module and make use of the Inventory ID and transaction numbers rather than the WO.similarLY  non-stock items from outside services post through PO/AP and do not forward the WO to the GL.

So filtering GLTran by itself will not provide you a complete view. The most effective method is to begin with production tables where the WO is tracked, such as AMProdItem, AMProdOper, and AMMTran, then join those to INTran, POReceipt, or APTran. Lastly, link to GLTran using the batch or transaction number. By doing this you can track how all labor, material, FG, and outside service expenses related to a particular WO post to the GL.

@MComan62

  1. Check INTran Table:

    Look for INTran records where TranType is Issue or Receipt.
    See if RefNbr or OrigRefNbr ties back to the WO or production order.
    2. Use Production Transaction History:

    Go to Production Order History or Production Transactions screen.
    Look for the material issue and FG receipt entries.
    These may have internal references to the WO even if the GL doesn’t.
    3. Review Posting Class Setup:

    Check if the posting class used for the FG item includes the WO in the subaccount mask.
    If not, the GL won’t show the WO reference.
    4. Use Generic Inquiry (GI):

    Build a GI that joins AMProdItem, INTran, and GLTran to trace the flow from WO to Inventory to GL.
    This can help you visualize the full transaction trail.
