In a Customer Profile the Primary Contact section has an Email data field with a button to create an email to the Primary Contact. When selecting that button, the email address is the To line of the email does not auto populate with the email from the Email data field in the Primary Contact section:
The Customer Profile also has an Additional Contact Info section with an Email Data Field and a Create Email button. When selecting this button, the email address from the Additional Contact Email Data Field in auto-populated in the To: line of the email:
The odd thing is if there is an Email address entered into the Additional Contact Info Email Data Field and the user selects the Create Email button from the Primary Contact Info Email Data Field the email from the Additional Contact Info Email Data Field auto populates in the To: line of the email. Even when there is no email entered into the Primary Contact Email Data Field the email from the Additional Contact Info still auto populates in the email:
Is it possible to fix this with a Customization? I want the email addressed that is entered in the data field corresponding to the Create Email Button to auto populate in the email.
