Custom Vendor Status Value, Allow on selecting on PO Entry (and other Vendor related Transactions)

Hi All, We are currently running into an issue where we cannot use a new Vendor Status as the Selection of Vendors on a Purchase Order is limited to Active, One-Time and hold Payments. This seems to be limited in the Vendor Attribute Doing some research, I also found out that we Vendor and PO Vendor Attributes with the differences that the PO Vendor is excluding Employee Records except for Transfer PO Types. We tried the same logic for the Vendor Attribute as we wanted to control which Statuses are showing up. Getting an error when changing the Logo

How to hide or disable an Button with condition

Hi All, Purpose: the button UPDATE IN on Shipment SO302000 is only displayed or enabled when the Shipment Type = Transfer or Customer Order Nbr = EQ. I have created a condition. And Add that condition into Action UPDATE IN I tried it with the option Hidden and Disabled but both options do not work. With the above condition, I have seen the button UPDATE IN for all Shipment Types (Shipment and Transfer) Do you have some idea for this?

How to grant access to edit/create user-defined fields without full Customizer role

We need to allow users to create attributes and add them the to screens that use the USER-DEFINED FIELDS tab, but don’t want to give them the Customizer role. They need to be able to get to here: And it looks like you should be able to grant access to this screen to solve the issue: But adding just that functionality doesn’t work. The user still is not able to manage user-defined fields: What am I missing? Thanks!

NAVIGATION Side Panel missing from action type

Double IMAP for Outlook integration (Inbox and Sent)

Hello, I created two IMAP instances for the same email. One looks at the outlook “inbox” and the other at the “Sent Items” folder. When receiving an email to inbox, acumatica automatically adds the email to a customers account. I am attempting to do the same for the sent folder. While i am able to get all emails from sent folder into the processor to show up in Acumatica. They do not connect themselves to the “related Entity” or “Business Account” . Looking forward to your thoughts.

Delete UDF without going through the Form?

Hi, We broke something when setting up a UDF in Shipments Form - the UDF is now referencing an invalid selector table. However, we are not able to click ‘Customizations > Manage UDF’ action on the Form to remove the invalid UDF, since the Form throws a trace error in load due to the invalid table. Similarly, we are unable to delete the attribute since it is currently being used in a UDF. The Attribute is greyed out and stuck at the Selector. Is there any way of removing UDF from a screen through a customisation project or other screen? Or prevent the form redirecting to the Error Trace screen, so I can invoke the Manage UDF action?

Create new Purchase Receipt Type

Hello Everyone I am trying to create a new Purchase Receipt type. Currently we have the default types of Receipt, Return, and Transfer Receipt. I am trying to a new type to this drop down called “DNS Return”. I basically need it to function in the exact same way as the current “Return” type. I understand how to add the value to the dropdown via a customization project and adding the new value to the combo box. But what I cant figure out is how I also modify the workflow so it handles this type using the RN workflow as there doesnt seem to be an area to control that in the workflow editor. For reference, I am on Acumatica 2022 R1. As always, any and all help is greatly appreciated!

UDf to display both Vendor & Customer Record

Hello Community, I have created a UDF that should display both vendor & customer records. But when I add this UDF under projects screen it only displays the records of the type=Customer not for vendor. Am I using the incorrect schema object or what. Please guide me. Or is it do I need to add a separate UDF for Customers & separate for Vendors?Thanks in advance.

Change Sorted Column for Ship Via's on Sales Order Screen

Hello, I’m wondering if there is a way to change the default column that gets sorted for ship vias on the sales order screen? It’s currently set as Ascending order by the Ship Via column. I would like to have it sort in Ascending order by the Description column by default. Is this possible? Thanks!

Appointment Summary (FS400100) is sorting by Asec instead of Desc

I am working on a customization that will change the appointments summary (FS400100) page ordering to descending instead of ascending which it is currently (this build is 23.108). While i was working on this issue, I realized that it is sorting in descending order on Build 23.111.0019. This does not make sense as the business logic is identical. I also unpublished all the builds on both instances to make sure that a different customization wast the causing this. Was this fixed in the new build? or am i missing something. Thank you

Add the CustPORefNbr from the Service Orders screen to the Appointments screen

We would like to add the CustPORefNbr from the Service Orders screen to the Appointments screen so we don't have to go to the service order to enter the customer order ref number every time. I took a look on the Appointments FS300200 screen editor and it doesnt show as an option when I select add data fields.

Displaying UDF value Description via Report Designer

Hello Community,I have been trying to display the description of the UDF fields, but not have been able to do so. I have been able to display the value but not the description: i have added a UDF field in the projects form that fetches the value from ARCustomer table The above report only displays the Account ID, i have been trying to display the Account Name of the customer too. How can I achieve this or is there any workaround to do so? Also the Schema field, Attributes (CS205000) form doesn’t display any values relating to Account Name

How do I undo my changes completely?

I added a field to the Users table. Then I created a customization project to modify the screen. I published the project, and this field was visible to me. The field was called “JoinDate”.I unpublished the project and deleted it from my instance. The screen has returned to its original state. However, each time I get into users, I get this error on the screen. (Screenshot). Where do I need to go to get rid of this field completely? I am trying to learn here, so the purpose of creating this field was to understand customizations. ​​​​​​​Thank You!​​​​​​​

Hi All, Does anyone Have an idea on how to perform the below activity? “Need to attach the Current File to ‘Files section’ as a PDF and concurrently update the relevant processing screen as well.” E.g. Using Last Modified on for Automation Schedule

I am trying modify the automation schedule of creating shipments. The issue is that we want to give time for a person to put it back on hold and make changes before the shipment gets created. Also, if you remove from hold and quick process, there may be a timing issue. So I added Last Modified On timestamp to the Process Orders grid so I could use it as a filter. The issue, is that it is set as read only in the value field, so I cannot even try working on it. I know I could write a customization on create shipment from mass process to check that timestamp, but I would much rather build it into the schedule and not even attempt to process the record. Any help would be appreciated!

How to link Project GI to Project Screen in Acumatica Mob.

Hi Team, I have added Project Generic Inquiry (PM3010PL) in Acumatica Mobile by checked Expose in the Mobile Application checkbox. However, I would like it so that when I click on the Project ID in the Generic Inquiry, it navigates to the Project screen in the Acumatica Mobile app. Could you please assist me in achieving this?
