Is it possible to install the outlook add-in for a shared mailbox? I have it installed for my inbox, but it’s much more useful if I can access from the shared mailbox. When I click the inbox for the shared mailbox, the add-in disappears from the ribbon.

Hello Experts, How can we design a dashboard were open invoiced status whose payment is left and payment status which is completed, to be show in single column chart graph

I created a business scenario for the month end close.  Essentially a checklist of everything that needs to be done before financials can be run.  On the Scenario the assigned to column shows the PKID# and not the employee name.  You see the name if you were to go into the task.  Is there an easy way to show the name instead of the number.   I am assuming there is no easy way other than to create a customization project for it. I took a quick look and the scenario ( WZTask) is a child of the ContactID table so I assume I would have to link that table to WZtask and use the Membername field from the ContactID table.   It seems weird that it wouldn’t default to the name.  

I want to know if this is possible. I am trying to color this field, when the number is greater than 0.I think it's in the customization project area, but I cannot find it. 

I want to change color code of a grid. I try changing the color of this grid in customization project, but i could not. Can I get help in doing that.I believe this does not involve code. 

Hello, I am trying to install Device Hub via Acumatica Builds. I have downloaded my file version but am receiving this error: I looked through the originally downloaded ERP files and do not have one for Device Hub. How can I download Device Hub? 

How do we give access to the Screen Configuration for a user without granting ‘Administrator’ role?

Hi Community,Our client requires that all newly created Inventory Items are reviewed for quality control and approved prior to activation.My initial thought was to simply change the default status of new stock items to “Inactive” so that the item can be placed in a review queue GI/Dashboard.  As I was thinking about this, I realized the client may have a legitimate reason for marking an Inventory Item as “Inactive” for reasons other than the item having been newly created.  I thought that I could couple this with a “reviewed” attribute, but we don’t have a viable to lock down a single attribute prompt without locking them all down for a group of users.  This led me to add a new drop down value to the Item Status field called “RE - Needs Review” which we would use to drive the review.  The problem with this is that there are no business rules to prevent the newly created from being used with this status.   

I’ve been playing with creating a new state in our sales order workflow.  The goal is to have a “Staged for Setup” workflow on certain order types that would take place between Open/Backorder and Shipping.I was able to create the state easily enough, and the transitions into the state.  My problem comes up with getting out of that state.  While I have a transition out of “Staged for Setup” for “Create Shipment->Shipping”, the “Create Shipment” action is disabled when I’m in this new state.  I did add the Create Shipment action to the Actions tab of the new state but it is still disabled.Is there something I’m missing for getting the actions that I want to be able to take enabled in this new state?

Business Case:Business would like to be advised on the changes to a POLine.PromisedDate.Solution:Create a SQL view to extract the previous POLine.PromisedDate and the date it was amended. Is it possible to download multiple selected files as a ZIP file?Able to download one file at a time, but I need to download multiple files together as a ZIP file 

I have created a basic GI, listing the GIs in our system along with Notes:Works beautifully, except that many of the ScreenIDs are missing (in the above screen shot I’m looking for the value GI989031 or GI.98.90.31). The DAC Schema for GIDesign indicates SiteMapScreenID is nonexistent, so I linked to SiteMap. I can see the GI listed in the Site Map. But since SiteMap is related to GIDesign through PrimaryScreenID and it appears many of my GIs do not have a PrimaryScreenID, the SiteMap.ScreenID value remains blank in my results list. How do I get my GI results to show GI989031?The only other values in common: GIDesign.DesignID is contained in SiteMap.URL… but attempting to set up a relation there has not been successful. Am I missing something simple? Any thoughts?

Why do I have full access to the Customization Project screen but still cannot use the Add and Delete buttons, even though I am able to edit existing elements?

Is it possible to change the transaction description that is automatically generated by intercompany transactions?Currently the transaction description is “Balancing entry for: BRANCH” but the branch is the same branch that the transaction posts to.  It would be more helpful to people reviewing the general ledger transactions to know what branch that the balancing entry was from.  These two descriptions should be swapped to be useful:It is not helpful to see PRODWHOLE has a transaction that is a balancing entry for PRODWHOLE.  It would be more useful to the person reviewing the transaction to know that the branch PRODWHOLE has a balancing entry that came from PRODRETAIL. This issue is sort of related to these:

Is it possible to change the Transaction Description (ARTran.TranDesc) for the invoices created when using Credit Terms with the Multiple Installment Type?Currently it generates the invoices with “Multiple Installment Split” as the description. After 8 years on Acumatica (company size 80 employees) with 171 User Roles, 53+ AD User Roles of which each user had between 8-24 overlapping roles, I just cleaned up access for our company, and we are down to 32 roles where each person has just:1 role for their dept 1 role for Internal User for allowing the user to change personal settings, Help & Activities, File Maintenance etc,  1 role for accessing field-Level AuditThis project took about 8 weeks as I was also triaging daily activities, problems and inquires as the companies ERP admin. I’ve added links below if anyone else needs help with this as the only sources I found were documents and links from over 5 years ago. Aug Forums link (Eva’s notes were the most helpful):2020:

What’s some opinions on organizing No/Low Code Customizations. ( new added fields, customization creates fields, new checkboxes, minor changes , etc).Would you roll them all into one , with multiple customized screens, separate them by module( sales orders, opportunities, etc). Or one project per change?  I am trying to figure out what makes the most sense for years down the road with the best organization practices or potential issues.

Hello, I have an action in the project screen (PM301000) which generate a report.This report is sent to the customer using the email template defined in the report.I’d like to register this email in the project activities, but i don’t know how. I’ve tried :Link to account in the email template ActivitySource in the email settings of the report But the Activities tab on the project screen still remain empty : Any ideas ?Thanks. 

Right now  the error message reads as ‘Value cannot be null. Parameter name: key‘.Instead of this can I rename the error message to read as ‘Billing Rule is missing’  Is this possible through point and click or through customization or all error messages are standard and cannot be changed ? When I change the project task status as ‘active’ and give the billing rule , i do not get the error.
