How do we stop the outlook plugin from logging off/out?

We run MYOB Advanced which is essentially Acumatica. I have loaded the outlook addin and for some reason for each email we want to push to Advanced it requires us to open the addin and re enter MYOB credentials... Highly unacceptable from a UAT point of view. Showed our consultant today and they have never seen this before

Amazon Integration

Hello Everyone, I would like integrate AMZ using project (https://github.com/Acumatica/Acumatica-AmazonIntegration/). Access Key. , Authorization Token and Access Secret need to be specified there. Do you know, if that data refers to Application in Amazon Seller Center or that related wtih IAM in AWS? Regards,Kamil Stasiak

Adding Project to Custom Project Editor

Hi,I have developed a project which integrated in such way   Selected my Custom Project    Pressed Binding to existing Provided way to my project that is located in Project folder in App_Data Where Acuamatica instance is located                                                                                                                 C:\Program Files\Acumatica ERP\AcumaticaDB_new\App_Data\Projects\MySolutionAfter  that my visual studio solution was successfully attached to Acumatica and I created application.Now I need make the same thing with ready libraries of my project, so I have putted project libraries to same folder for client’s instance But I receive such error How to Bind My Solution to Acumatica with built project ?

Tenant update to another tenant

Good day,Does anyone have any ideas/or maybe some documentation on how to set-up an update from an existing tenant to another tenant.  We have production tenant that needs to be update from a development tenant.  The development site has be updated/migrated with information from QB for prior and 2021 AP and AR, Customers, COA, etc. transactions which we now need to move into production.  Production has only 2021 data.  I can’t use Snapshots because the dev tenant is four months old and we are updating or adding new production transactions (none which are been posted).  Our vendor is working on programming a connections between to the two tenants and communicate updates to from dev to production.  Any insights?  Or have has anyone done a similar project before.Happy Holidays

Acumatica Webhook not trigger after Bigcommerce connector sales order sync.

Hi Experts!I have noticed that when we sync an Order from Bigcommerce using the Commerce Connector it doesn’t trigger the webhook that we have created. Do we need to add additional setup for this or is this how usually it works? When we try to create an Order inside Acumatica it seems that the webhook trigger properly and we received the POST request from our server.

Login with branches - All records not showing on the System Monitor screen

Hi,We tried to login the Acumatica instance using different branches through postman. When we check the System Monitor screen, it always showing the first logged in record and other records not showing on the screen.Can any one please let us to know why all the records not showing on the System monitor screen?

Salesforce Integration Sync

See attached document. Why do the two salesforce sync screens show a different list of entities? Is there a way to make them the same? If not, is there a way to schedule the integration for the entities that are not on the shorter list?

Email Integration - adding a configuration setting to prevent the original email from being marked as "read"

Sorry to the misleading Subject text.  I meant to first ask if anyone knows if there is a way to prevent Gmail emails from being marked/flagged as ‘read’ after it is synced with Acumatica.Ideally, it would be great to have a configuration setting that enables to you turn this off so that the original email in Gmail (or Office 365) still appears as “unread”.

Filter warehouse by Branch/Company

Smartsheet 2021R1 Integration Error

Hello,I’m trying to publish the 2021R1 Smartsheet Integration in our demo site but I keep getting the below error “The type initializer for “ListPMTaskAttribute’ threw an exception”. It suddenly started working yesterday but now it’s broken again. Can anyone help out?  I only have the customization published to one tenant and the other tenant is having the same error. I do not get this error when the customization is unpublished.

Smartsheet Integration Error

Hello Everyone,I setup the Smartsheet Integration in Acumatica and connected with Smartsheet succesfully.Then I created a project in Acumatica and when I’m trying to sync the project getting below error. Can you please help me with this?And also, observed that “UsrSmartsheetContractID” field is NOT filling in Contract table.

Can Azure AD allow two domains to login via AD?

If a company has two domains, meaning their email addresses can end in @ABC.com and @XYZ.com, and they use Azure AD, can both domains be allowed to login to Acumatica via AD?Currently, the users with emails ABC.com are successfully logging in via AD, but not the XYZ.com users. The error they get is “Error: Login failed” beside the AD login in icon.(I can login as the XYZ.com users from the Users screen and can see the screens to which they have access, so I know the Acumatica access side is OK.)I read the in the S200 course guide that the web.config file has to be configured for AD access, and the specific domain name is a part of that, which is what leads me to believe that either the second domain hasn’t been added to that file, or that only one domain can be allowed in via AD.  Or maybe I’m misunderstanding that altogether.Thank you!

Records deleting when pressing save

Good day.I have created a new form tab(Project Sub-Tasks) with two tabs on it, BillOfQuantity and SubContractorQuotes.Both of the tabs should save and then write into the costbudget of the project it is linked to, this works fine.My error comes in when I press the save icon on the SubContractorQuotes screen. It deletes all my records that I have entered into the grid. Trash bin deletes all entries from grid instead of only the current one

Hello,I have a graph with a grid filled with some entries.Dataember is the same as the PrimaryView of the DataSource. SkinId is set to Primary.It shows a trash bin with tooltip ‘Delete (ctrl + delete)’. Pressing this button displays a confirmation ‘The current entry … will be deleted.” Instead it deletes all entries so that the grid becomes empty. What’s wrong here?

The purpose of CloudTenantID field ?

In 2020 R2, a new field CloudTenantID was added to screen SM203520.I don’t find any information about the purpose of this new field in release note pdf document so i m posting some questions here :Is this information is used for authentification ? Is it confidential ? Is this information should be displayed for any user or any role ? What’s the purpose to show this information in the screen SM203520 ? Is there is any drawbacks if we hide information from this screen ? Is this information is generated once by tenant at creation or can be updated/modifed ?Thanks in advance
