The voucher needs to be created to the end of previous month always. Example : If the business event triggers in October the voucher needs to be created to the date 31st of SeptemberCan you please help me with setting this up in the import scenario? Thank you,Dulanjana

We are likely using Workato for our HubSpot/Acumatica syncing.  I am looking for suggested scenarios and triggers if anyone has planned this out.  We will not be using the CRM module in Acumatica.;• Customer Data to/from• Company Data to/from• Quotes to update deals in HubSpot• Big Commerce also will be in the mix. 

I am trying to automate the creation of an AP bill to a specific vendor “AP5166791306” each time a particular payment method “AP CC” is used to pay a bill. To elaborate, the “AP CC” payment method will be used to record payments made with a credit card to close out open AP bills. Once that happens, we want to automate the creation of a separate AP bill to the associated credit card vendor “AP5166791306” for the amount of the payment.I am using a GI which only returns payments paid with the “AP CC” payment method. Happy Monday! I have been spending some time with teams-based notifications, which has some incredible potential. I would love to be able to send a message when a SO line has been changed and what has changed. The use case would be if a Customer changed the QTY or we had to remove a line, it would be nice to keep everyone involved on the same page via teams. While I can notify when a line has changed (see image), I can’t really say what has changed. Is that possible?   

Hello,I am currently working on the integration between Acumatica and Microsoft Teams, and I would like to know how to configure a Business Event to automatically mention a specific user or group in Teams. The goal is for the notification to appear in a Teams channel with the the specific user or groups being tagged (e.g., @username), for example the new owner of a Ticket.Is there a way to set this up using the native Teams integration in Acumatica? Hello all,I just added some new Attributes for us to expand functionality of our stock items. When I go to the Stock Items > Attributes tab, I see our current/live attributes, but I see no way of adding (+) the new Attributes I just created.Do these need to be added/enabled via a customization?

Receiving a lot of feedback from our company regarding the ease of submitting Time & Expenses. Generally speaking, the feedback has been negative and the UI can be a bit daunting to someone who doesn’t want to fully understand what they are submitting.I am curious- has anyone ever leveraged PowerApps to create a simpler submission for Time & Expenses? Is it even possible to do so?I fully understand that there are other solutions out there for these, but I am not necessarily looking to add another vendor to our mix. I would prefer to leverage the investments that we have made in the Microsoft environment, ex. PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate.With that being said, if possible, does anyone have any recommendations for outsourcing this development, if possible? We had a larger firm give us a quote for setting up the infrastructure for PowerBI reporting, and it was an outrageous amount of money.

Hi everyone, We currently have an external system that has a field containing commodity information for inventory items. This needs to be imported into Acumatica, this is also going to be information regarding inventory/stock for our company.Currently we are trying to implement this in the CROSS-REFERENCE tab as an "Alternate ID" using the "Global" Type. However, this might not be the correct implementation as this could be used in the future for something else that is an industry as best practice.Our main question is, is there a better location/way to store this value in Acumatica?
