Hello EveryoneI am trying to create a new Purchase Receipt type. Currently we have the default types of Receipt, Return, and Transfer Receipt. I am trying to a new type to this drop down called “DNS Return”. I basically need it to function in the exact same way as the current “Return” type.I understand how to add the value to the dropdown via a customization project and adding the new value to the combo box. But what I cant figure out is how I also modify the workflow so it handles this type using the RN workflow as there doesnt seem to be an area to control that in the workflow editor.For reference, I am on Acumatica 2022 R1.As always, any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Hello Community, I have created a UDF that should display both vendor & customer records. But when I add this UDF under projects screen it only displays the records of the type=Customer not for vendor.  Am I using the incorrect schema object or what. Please guide me. Or is it do I need to add a separate UDF for Customers & separate for Vendors?Thanks in advance.

Looking to extract data from the Project Budget PM309000 screen via integration. We’ve successfully used the ODATA method for GIs, but this screen is not a GI. What would be the recommended method here?

Hello,I’m wondering if there is a way to change the default column that gets sorted for ship vias on the sales order screen? It’s currently set as Ascending order by the Ship Via column. I would like to have it sort in Ascending order by the Description column by default. Is this possible?Thanks! 

I am working on a customization that will change the appointments summary (FS400100) page ordering to descending instead of ascending which it is currently (this build is 23.108).  While i was working on this issue, I realized that it is sorting in descending order on Build 23.111.0019. This does not make sense as the business logic is identical. I also unpublished all the builds on both instances to make sure that a different customization wast the causing this. Was this fixed in the new build? or am i missing something. Thank you

We would like to add the CustPORefNbr from the Service Orders screen to the Appointments screen so we don't have to go to the service order to enter the customer order ref number every time.I took a look on the Appointments FS300200 screen editor and it doesnt show as an option when I select add data fields.

I added a field to the Users table. Then I created a customization project to modify the screen.I published the project, and this field was visible to me. The field was called “JoinDate”.I unpublished the project and deleted it from my instance. The screen has returned to its original state.However, each time I get into users, I get this error on the screen. (Screenshot). Where do I need to go to get rid of this field completely? I am trying modify the automation schedule of creating shipments. The issue is that we want to give time for a person to put it back on hold and make changes before the shipment gets created. Also, if you remove from hold and quick process, there may be a timing issue.So I added Last Modified On timestamp to the Process Orders grid so I could use it as a filter. The issue, is that it is set as read only in the value field, so I cannot even try working on it.I know I could write a customization on create shipment from mass process to check that timestamp, but I would much rather build it into the schedule and not even attempt to process the record. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Team, I have added Project Generic Inquiry (PM3010PL) in Acumatica Mobile by checked Expose in the Mobile Application checkbox.However, I would like it so that when I click on the Project ID in the Generic Inquiry, it navigates to the Project screen in the Acumatica Mobile app. Could you please assist me in achieving this? Regards,Sagar

Does anyone know about using Exchange Integration with the Employees screen? Goal is to sync employee contact info with Exchange. In the documentation I see Contacts as an option, but Employee record is not mentioned.  Appreciate any advice!

So I was able to piggy back off a couple of import scenarios that everyone here provided in the forum  to create users and assign passwords.  I see there is a user type that when I select the type it assigns the roles and enables them from within the user app.  When I run the import scenario it does everything and assigns the user type and even assigns the roles but it doesn’t enable them.  I am new to all this so I think I am missing something.  As assigning a user type will be way easier than assigning a group of roles.  Any help is appreciated.Import Scenario:After Import

I've created UDFs to track MAC Address, IP Address, and Room Number related to stock inventory items within the PO302000 form.  I created the same in the IN301000 form.  I also modified the workflow within each of those to allow those fields to be modifiable regardless of the status of the documents.  All of that has worked.  For the most part, simple stuff to this point (I think!).  Now I am attempting to process a PO -> POR -> Inventory Receipt.  The UDF data entered within the line details of the POR is not carrying forward to the Inventory Receipt form where I hoped/thought it would display in the line details as well.  Can anyone help me understand what I'm missing.  If you've not seen any of my other topics, I am not a developer by trade, but I am gaining my knowledge of Acumatica customizations through trial and error (and Community help!) as I go.  Acumatica 2022 R2, Build 22.205.0026

Hi Everyone. I am trying to make a checkbox required but I am having some trouble. I tried updating the attributes by adding PXDefault(true) and [PXUnboundDefault(true)]but that didn’t make the checkbox default to checked. I looked at this article but still no luck. What else can I try?

I have created a Business Event based of a GI related to Purchase Orders.   I have a Task Subscriber and everything is working correctly until I try to set the Owner of the task to be the Owner of the PO.   I have tried all of these options and end up with this error. Interesting is I can Execute the Event again from the Business Event History failure and it does create the Task but with myself and not the PO Owner as the Tast Owner.Thanks.Brett
