Hello,We are attempting to use the “Print Invoice and Memos” screen to send out a large number of invoices at the end of the month. We have the customer classes set up in the AR preferences to send the invoices to specific contacts (Screenshot below). when we processed the invoice through the “print invoice and memos” Screen, it was only sent to the primary contact. I have attached another screenshot of Customer mailing preferences. Are we missing a step to use this for this customer class?AR preferences > Customer Classes Customer Mailing and printing settings:  

Hi,  I have a prepayment applied to a check and a partial bill that I need to void.  The prepayment doesn’t allow me to reverse the application and is requiring me to reverse it on the check level. However I can’t reverse the check application either since I don’t have what to apply it to.   

We seem to be having an issue with our reports changing balances for previous periods.  Our Aged Period Sensitive report under Receivables is no longer tying out to our Trial Balance Summary report.  This issue seems to go back to February 2022, and each month from February to November no longer agrees. The issue seems to be invoices that were credited in subsequent months.  For example, the February Summary Trial Balance report shows a balance for the AR Trade (account# 11000) of $3,852,680.46.  The Aged Period Sensitive Report under Receivables shows a balance of $3,805,177.77 for a difference of $47,502.69.  This variance is due to AR invoice #38530 now not being picked up on the Aged Period Sensitive report when you run it for February 2022. This invoice was credited in May 2022. Our construction company recently went through implementing Acumatica. I have Bills and Debit Adjustments that have been closed but still show on my AP Aging because there was retainage that was unreleased when the Debit Adjustment was applied to the bill. Is there any way to undo this?

Hi all,We create a prepayment from Bill & adjustment with project. (Document A) at this time It Does not generate any transactions to GL and not on the aging after release.When we pay prepayment, we do in Check & payment with Check type and Apply the prepayment number A. We also update Project in financial tab, At this point the PP is on the Aging, and update transaction to GL.But when we run the aging report, it does not show the project.Does any one have any ideas, please share with meThanks in advanced.​​​​​​

Hi,I’m working on a ARM report. The report shows the data expanded by sub accounts for some accounts. I need to add unit set to the report. the unit set should be triggered by a on segment of the sub account (the report should be filtered by the segment of sub account)Example - Sub Account 1 - ORG-DEP-000. in here, in the middle shows the expense category. there are multiple expense categories which is the second segment of the sub account. How can I create a Unit set to filter the report using that middle segment of the sub account.  Thanks,Dulanjana

Hi Team, Do we have the concept of “Low value Assets” in Acumatica. Which means if an asset has minimal cost then it should be considered as low value assets and it should be depreciated within a year or less. Even though it has useful life more than a year. Any threshold limit is available for the assets are considered as a low value asset. Awaiting for your replies.

I am having several issues when applying customer payments as they come in.One issue is where a customer might issue us a check for $50.00 more than the invoice was created/open for. I cannot apply the $50.00 overpayment as I get the error stating the payment must be less than the balance.Customer mistakes like this are extremely common. How can I receive the check in and keep my customer’s balance correct (I should show them a $50.00 “credit” for the overpayment when all is said and done)

I understand that it’s suggested to not changing the decimal precision of a currency once transaction created and released. But, I just like to know what the problem exactly is. There are indeed transactions have been made on the currency (this is not base currency setup in the system) but most of them are having two decimal places on the amount, only one AR invoice has 3 dps. If this invoice is reversed and the decimal precision is changed from 4 to 2. What might be the impact? 

I have a prospect that receives payments for a scheduled training session i.e. month-1- payment is received however training can be scheduled to take place in month-3- but very often training classes are not yet full so they push training out again say to month-4-. How flexible is our deferral codes or deferral schedules in these instances? I.e., if a scheduled month or two months are missing and do not get ‘run’ or posted, what happens? Can they just skip months as necessary, then run the applicable month and update the schedule somehow? Thanks,

Hi guys, in some countries (e.g. Germany) the accounting regulation requires corporates to carry forward the balances of the general ledger to the new fiscal year. It’s basically like a reversing entry, to take every account balance out from the last year’s ledger and record the exact balances into this year’s ledger. Is it possible to do this in Acumatica automatically? If I change the default cash account for AP on the Payment Method and Vendor Class level, is there a way to push that change to all existing vendors? 

I’m trying to generate a report to submit to the bank for positive pay.  The check register has everything I need except it only shows 10 characters of the Vendor Name.  Is it possible to show all of the characters? Thank you!

Prior to 22R1, we were able to display AP Bill Line data linked to a Project Invoice.The joins to get from ARTRan to APTran are:ARTran Left Join PMTran on  RefNbr = ARRefNbr AND  TranType = ARTranType  LineNbr = RefLineNbr PMTran Left Join GLTran on  BatchNbr = BatchNbr  OrigLineNbr = LineNbr  'AP' = Module GLTran Left Join APTran on  RefNbr = RefNbr  TranLineNbr = LineNbr  Module = 'AP'  TranType = TranType Acumatica used to populate both he orig doc number and the line when posting the GLTran row, but they stopped doing that in 22R1.The Tran Line number is NULL now.Our clients need to see  the AP Bill details related to the Invoice.Is there another path to join ARTran to APTran with project invoices?Thanks

Hello All,Trust you are fine.I was about running disposal of fixed asset and it complains of UNRECONCILED ASSET CAN NOT BE DISPOSED. However, The depreciation has been calculated up to the month of disposal Please, any help on how to reconcile under the reconciliation tab and what is meant by that. Thanks in anticipation of swift response from the community.
