When I open trial balance, it show me ”account cannot be mapped”. How to solve it

Hello @kevinheng21 ,

  1. Does account 10010 exist on your Chart of Accounts?
  2. Is account 10010 Active Status on your Chart of Accounts?
  3. Are there any restrictions (Restriction Groups), such as Branch-Account or Account-User restrictions, that prohibit your login user id from posting to the account?
