Posted batches not appearing on the Trial Balance and GL

Are you using Branch Roles?  Could the entries be in a Branch that has a Role, and your user is not a member of the same Role?

Are you using Restriction Groups?  If so, perhaps the Subaccount is not a member of the Restriction Group.

When you say “not appearing on the on the Trial Balance and GL” do you mean same transactions are missing from financial reports like P & L and Balance sheet?

In Report definitions, we can toggle whether to use Restriction Groups -- turning them off temporarily will be a good way to identify whether Restriction Groups are causing the omission.
