We have successfully set up the ACH Notification process to email out ACH remittance information to vendors.  The vendor payment information section only has one entry for remittance email.  Is there a way to set up more?  Can we just add a second email to that entry separated by a comma to sent it to more than one recipient or is there another place to add this information?

Hello everybody,We have many orders that come across as pre-paid and invoices are not created until shipment.  Can anybody tell me if there is a way to apply a bank transaction to an order instead of an invoice? Thanks,Sandy

Yes.  That is the statement.  Open debit and credit adjustments on a multi currency vendor account are not revalued.Why?I know that prepayments are not revalued which are slightly different but again why? ThanksJAmes 

What is the process to void an ACH payment?  We voided in the system, but it was not “exported” to the bank.

Unit Price column takes Default field from Stock Item and I cannot seen any other possibility to put any Sales Price on the layout and also later for Invoicing(Sales Price Screen is not an object for Billing rules calculation logic) If Kit functionality is used - is it possible to put on Invoice Finished Good instead of its components from Cost Budget that are purchased for that Kit to be created?I would be grateful for any tips. The financial report shows the detailed account code description values for actuals, allocations and budget figures by department. Since the upgrade to 2021R1, the first column will show the data correctly, but those after that only show the totals that are from the formulas set out in the rows (no GL account values are displayed).The summary report for this information, where the accounts are not expanded, show all figures correctly.Has anyone else had this issue with this new version?

Not sure if there is any way to solve in acumatica system?We have purchased item A USD1000 , however the item A will be temporary keep at supplier site for do some testing , we are holding the ownership of the item A , consider that is our inventory should reflected in financial report.In system , may i know how to locate these USD1000 inventory but not allow the system to allocat the order once order is placed for this item .Currently.we are try to put under different warehouse location but the qty is stil reflected under inventory qty and system will allocate the item once the order is placed where the item is not physical in our warehouse . Hopefully can get some solution for the above matter.Thank you  

Is it possible to change the match settings in process bank transactions. The ref. nbr. weight need to be Tran Desc - this field contain the reference details for the transaction. The Ref.Nbr field is bank generated and will not match to transactions. It will help if bank rules can be created for AP and AR transactions.Above will result in a greater auto-match result

Hi Not sure anyone know the reason that why only show the few of the bank instead of all the bank info?We should have 7 bank accounts but not sure why the current period balances is only showing 4 bank account? who can advise? 

I’m a user of 2020 R2.  I noticed that in the “Generate Intercompany Documents” screen (AP503500) - it shows all historic eligible transaction here, but i don’t see a button to dismiss the transactions that i will never ever need.  What this does is creates a giant backlog of transactions which Acumatica thinks are ready to generate intercompany tranactions that won’t ever be used.  This makes the navigation in that screen hard. is there a way to dismiss the unneeded transaction candidates if not, does anyone think introducing the “hide” functionality might be a good idea?

Version: 21.106.0024We use “No Rounding” for rounding and “#,##0” as formatting to display whole dollar amount on the report and but need 2 decimal when export to Excel for analysis. This works fine in 20R1 version, but 21R1, only whole number got exported to Excel, seems formatting actually truncated the decimals.

Our company has an ongoing problem of customers paying twice for invoices that they pre-payed on because the invoice doesn’t show payments applied to that invoice. I have added a subreport to show an invoice’s payments. Now, I need a way to use the payment total on the main report, which I know can’t be passed from the subreport to the main report. I ask about this on StackOverflow before I knew this community existed and someone there suggested a DAC extension, which I’ve never done before. I’ve read through the 2019 R1 Customization guide and have a weak grasp on how DAC Extensions work. The problem is that all of the examples are shown for user entry fields and all of the examples I’ve found on StackOverflow are for user entry fields, too. I need a extension field that is calculated for the report and I haven’t found an example for that, yet. Hi SirI would like to do bank recon in system. However , i am not able to import the bank transaction that i extract from bank under excel file (refer to below)  Not sure what is the problem? Could anyone give me a guide/step to import/upload the bank statement transaction to system for me to do the bank recon?  

Is there way to create a TB starting balance update? We have already uploaded a starting TB and need to change a few accounts. From what I see, even when I only populate the Trial Balance screen with my desired GLs once I release and the Journal Transaction is created it includes every GL and assumes the GLs I did not populate I want set to zero and the corresponding journal tran is populated with that assumption. I am unable to delete any of the lines for GL I do not want to touch.  Other than just posing a manual journal can this be done through Trial Balance?
