Acumatica Mobile App Tier 3 processing

There was a topic from about 5 years ago that verified that Acumatica is not compatible with Tier 3 credit card processing using the Authorize.net option.  Is this still the case?  

If Acumatica does support Tier 3 processing through Authorize.net, does entering a new card from the mobile app also support Tier 3 processing?
