New SaaS upgrade request screen not loading

Good day everyone, I have a few amounts that are not depreciating but there is still a value for the fixed asset in the system. How do I remove the balance on this module so the value is 1? Thank you in advance!   

What is the best way to handle delegation of permissions for time card approvers so that an approver can modify the timecard entries, such as change the billable time or change the assigned cost code?I have the approval map setup and it’s assigning to the user correctly. However all they can do is put it on hold then resubmit it. Seems odd that when they put it on hold, that removes the pending approval status as well. So if they happen to put on hold, not make changes at that time, and go back into Acumatica, they’ll no longer see that time card under their Approvals.is there a couple specific permissions I can tweak so that they can just modify the time + cost code then resubmit? Is that the proper sequence to modify? Put on hold, change, submit, then approve?We do have company tree’s setup so that User A can enter time for User B, C, D. But the approver is not in that tree.

I need the ability to upload pictures from the Gallery area of a phone into a mobile Shipments widget I created.Basically what I want to do is once I go into the shipments order be able to upload, from my phone and the mobile app, a picture to that shipment.My apologies also.  WHERE I want to add this picture is to the specific Line Item of the shipment.  I already know I can click the “paper clip” and upload a file to the shipment order document.  I want to add pictures to shipment line items.How do I do that?  (I can include the WDSL, which is very basic right now, if needed.)The shipment widget I created I am attaching screenshots of.  

I’m having the most trouble with PO approvals. I have a simple PO approval that is just checking for a particular project. While I get the approval task for the assigned person, the workflow continues on and doesn’t provide the “Approve” or “Reject” buttons. Any ideas?Side note: i just had this working a few weeks ago. It seems to randomly work and stop working. Not sure what is going on.  See below:

I am trying to edit the Generic Inquiry on the Customer Portal called My Orders and My Documents ( when you are logged in as a customer) I can not find what the name of the GI is. Does anyone know how I can find the name of the GI’s that are used on the customer portal?  

Hi. Im looking to get employee`s email on UDF, but unfortunately under Schema fields or I cant find Email field. Is there any way to resolve this?  

i’ve noticed that more and more screens have the ability to add a UDF but i have not seen it on the Employees Screen (EP203000).  i have a few customers who want to use schema objects that are not available to be used on the traditional attribute tab.also, if attributes are considered deprecated and no more improvements will be made, it would be helpful to have the option to create a UDF

1. Receipts not processing with functions unresponsive - can't release.2. Can't complete shipments3. All 'export to excel' functions are not working4. Can't create POs5. Can't download postings or run reports. This all occurred overnight with no changes to our env. Only occurring in our PROD env. the DEV. env. is working fine. The error in the trace is the same for all:at System.Web.HttpApplication.PipelineStepManager.ResumeSteps(Exception error) 

Why has the ability to link 2 separate sales orders to 1 single purchase order been removed?We have many vendors that have a free shipping dollar amount threshold. We have many customers that send in multiple purchase orders throughout the day for the same product line.  Sometimes 2, 3, or even 4 separate orders.  We used to be able to take all the customer’s purchase orders, create sales orders, and link their sales orders to a single purchase order, place the order with the vendor and get free shipping for our customers.  We no longer can do this without making a workaround.The workaround is as follows and it is truly ludicrous to have to do:1. Create 3 separate sales orders for the customer’s purchase orders from the day​​​​​​​Put all the sales order line items onto 1 purchase order. Send the purchase order over to the vendor. “Break” apart the purchase order into 3 separate purchase order internally

Hello Community,I have been trying to record a payment manually under Payments & Applications form but not able to add the Sales Orders. I checked out in other demo instance, but it does allow me to add. Not able to add SOAble to add SOPlease let me know if there’s anything I am missing out here.Thanks in advance.

I need instructions on how to enter an Accts Payable vendor credit.   I was advised to select Credit Adj and then remove the negative value from totals.  But once processed, credit is not showing up as a credit.  Cannot leave negative value in there because Acumatica gives me an error message saying it won’t release invoice as a negative value.  To which I think, “uh duh, it’s supposed to be a negative value.”  lol   Debit Adj also does not work.   Help please!  ;)    Thanks! 

Any idea on how to remove items from the “Create Purchase Orders” Screen?I have 2 items that showed up from inventory replenishment, but for some reason the quantity is 0.00. as you can see here:It will not allow me to create a purchase orders to clear it out, because the amount is 0.It will also not allow me to change the number to anything greater than 0. I completely cleared the replenishment settings, but that still didn’t work. Any ideas?

Checking to see if anyone has come across any issues yet with 2023 R2? Even though we have been advised it is best to wait 3 to 6 months after the release to upgrade, there are some big changes in 2023 R2 that will make a huge difference in the way we are utilizing the system. Just want to make sure that there isn’t a major issue that might sway our decision.

The Project Quote “Ship-To Address” does not copy to the Project “Ship-To Address”. We currently have 2021 R2, so I was thinking it might have been fixed in a later version.

Hello I’m curious how you change the “reset to default menu settings”.  We would like all users to start with a common view then customize from there.  Another way would be to share the menu configuration settings?  This would allow us to establish what is visible in the show all and show less categories.  Thanks.

After my previous question about approvals, we have a new issue.The solution we are wanting to go with moves the Finance approval to the beginning of the queue, rather than the end. Our PMs and department heads aren’t (usually) going to make changes to items.The new problem that arises is that several of the items on Expense Receipts are still editable, even after the approval process has started.Project Number Project Task Tax Category Expense Account Expense Sub Sales Account Sales SubHow can I make these read-only AFTER the approval process has started (in other words, how do I force users to have to put the document back on Hold status in order to make changes to these fields)?

We are currently dealing with a minor issue regarding approvals. While the approval maps work as-intended, our users aren’t always as keenly aware of account/subaccount structures as Finance is, and so a few purchase orders, projects, and the like are being coded incorrectly by non-Finance users and approved by their non-Finance supervisors. We usually don’t catch these until after they have already been submitted for processing.Is there a way we can set up something in Acumatica so that we don’t need to start the whole approval process all over again when we code-correct any submissions?​

Hi All, We are currently working on a simple Data Integration via .csv file through an SFTP server.Our client gave us all the credentials and we are able to connect via File Synchronization onto the Server (no security setting issue). Our problem is that Acumatica is not taking the file.As it is only my second time creating this, I was wondering if it has something to do with these settings down here: What do I need to keep in mind?We tried multiple things with the Import File Regular Expression and in the last test we just had a file exactly named this way and it didn’t pull either.Despite that, the wishful format is “Ott-Inv-YYYY-MM-DD” that we are pulling from the Server and we want to save a new version in Acumaticas file maintenance that then triggers Import Scenarios

Is there a way to add a 'grand total' label above the column on a Stacked Column chart (like below)?I found how to create the legend, and there is one showing, but it’s not showing a ‘grand total’ for the Series.  

Hi,Just looking for some advice on what steps need to be undertaken for the upgrade process when there are customizations using extension libraries.   We always have issues on the live site post upgrade so obviously we are not doing something correctly.  This is our process:We get a sandbox environment and take a snap shot, Next create a local instance of the new build, import the snapshot, and test the code compiles.  This is done by the developer (ie. me) and as long as the code compiles and publishes locally I don’t do anything else  We get our users to do some testing in the sandbox.  This is fairly undirected and probably too light (meaning there are problems on the sandbox that don’t get identified pre upgrade) Assuming that no issues are picked up in the above we wait for the upgrade to occur Post upgrade we republish the customizations.  On the new live site all customizations appear as unpublished.

I have user who wants their salespeople to only see Sales Orders of a certain type in the primary list. A filter is not enough, they want All Records to be hidden. But they want users to open Sales Orders on the entry screen and have delete level access. Also want this in mobile app. My idea was to remove primary list as replacement for entry screen, and make a copy of primary list with desired restriction on sales order type. That way they can have entry screen without having the unrestricted primary list. In a test environment, I removed primary list as replacement of entry screen. Created copy of primary list with desired conditions. Kept Sales Orders as the entry screen on both. Added new GI to mobile workspace. It appeared, but no option to insert records in mobile (screenshot attached), even though there was in browser. I then tried adding the entry screen to the mobile workspace as well (screenshot attached), but still doesn’t work.Thanks in advance for any help

When I check the reminder box in any activity, event, task, etc.. (See below) Nothing happens.. Is there a business event I need to set up to send a reminder email? Any info or help on this would be very much appreciated :)  Thank you!
