Recalculate Price - Access Rights

Does anyone know where I can find the Access Rights needed to allow a Role to Recalculate Price on a Sales Order?

As an Admin, I have this permission, but the Sales Base Role we have doesn’t have the option.

We are currently on version 2023 R1.
