   I’m trying to set an Automation Schedule for the Recalculate Customer Balances mass-process screen. The client hasn’t locked any periods, so the filter defaults to the first period in the system.In 24R1 I could use the Relative checkbox to adjust the period. In 25R1 Acumatica got rid of the box and says the date-relative options can be used, but I can’t enter @PeriodEnd in the Filters to Apply tab.Is it a permissions thing or roles?Release Notes2024R1 Auto. Hi All,We are trying to enable the audit history on the Sales prices screen AR202000.  We have it configured but when opening the audit history from the screen’s tools menu, nothing happens visually but when trying to navigate after, the site is slow and unresponsive until you close the browser window and reopen.  Does anyone have any insight as to what the issue might be? 

Hi community, I am trying to setup a few financial reports to email weekly out of the system, and I know I need to save the template and then schedule the template. The issue I am running into are the financial period parameters. Is there a way to set a template that dynamically pulls in the current financial period so that I can then put that template on a schedule? Otherwise, I don’t see a way around having to create a template for each period which wouldn’t work in the long run. Thank you,RJ

We’ve found a part on Create Purchase Order suggesting a order of 50 parts under IN Replanned. However, this part already has 88 units in stock, and SS is 10 and Reorder point is 20. Why is this part appearing here, and what does IN Replanned even mean?

Hi,  I am adding a pop up note in one of the customer.  Should this pop up note can also be displayed when creating project?Currently it does not show the pop up note and wondering if this is just normal not showing up in creating project.  Thanks 

We are experiencing issues with push notifications firing successfully but not being received on the mobile app. This was first identified when our clients wanted to enable multi-factor authentication, and upon investigating, we found that in our demo environment we could successfully create notifications but we didn’t receive them either. Here is a test notification I created that fires successfully, but no notification is received. We tested with multiple mobile devices, all with the notifications turned on for the Acumatica app, but nothing is received and the system shows no errors??   

Hi, I just realized that the system stores the date and time in UTC. I need to display the Created Time in GMT.What formula can I use in a Generic Inquiry (GI) to convert the UTC time to GMT?Thanks!

I was trying to test out the new capabilities of sending multiple documents in one email and it created multiple emails instead of one.  I didn’t have an email template so that might be the issue, however I get an error when I created and attached a template. After attaching the template, I get an error “There is no active notification source to process the operation”.I had both check boxes clicked, Send documents in One Email and Combine Into One file.  I looked at enable/disable features and I didn’t see anything that specifically said Print/Email Sales (or Project) Quotes form.  I also noticed the date range doesn't do anything. I didn’t see invoices and quotes on any of the same screens so not sure how this works entirely.  The release notes states “Good news for sales and project managers: You no longer need to send multiple invoices, quotes, and orders one by one to a customer or prospect. I am setting up a daily email for tracking information on Invoices that have been released and have a date of “today”.  My GI is working, the Business event runs manually, but I setup the schedule and it is not running.  It sends but sits in the “Pending Processing” and as soon as I open the BE, the emails pop into my email (I’m testing all of them to my email for now).  Any answers?

Hello,I have a scenario where when the user navigates to Customers » Print statement and click on ‘send’ the email activity pop up is generated with the default email template configured in the Report designer Template ID.  However when the user clicks on select template » replacing email body the fields mentioned with ((XXX.XXX)) such as ((CustomerDefaultBillingContact.EMail)) in the email template is not getting populated.  This is the header of the email template the user selects when changing the default template to the custom one

Is there a way to set up a default task in acumatica that has preset sub tasks? For example if we want to create a task to process a customer refund and what some of the bigger steps associated with that task as sub tasks, is there a way to have that pre-programmed in Acumatica?Thanks!

Hello,User emailed an Invoice from the Invoices screen and noticed they wanted to make some changes.I made some minor text changes to the notification template for invoices.I opened the invoice in the Invoices screen and emailed it a second time to see my changes.It seems to be using a different template completely the second time as I did not change the subject line, but you can see it is different.  My changes are not in the email.  Below is the notification template I edited.  You can see the subject still says “available for viewing” at the end.  I search “is now available” in templates and do not get any templates related to invoices.“is now available” is in the top message in the image above.  It is the second email after I made my changes.

In 2021 R1, Acumatica provided the ability to take pictures of business cards and automatically add them as leads or contacts using an AI/ML engine. In many situations, the business phone number was not recognized (see image 1 below). Hi, I saw a post regarding this:But the resolution is not feasible to us. Is there any other way to restrict users to a specific vendor class? Purpose of this is we would like only one user to view an create transactions for a specific vendor class. This user shouldn’t also view, enter or edit bills for any other supplier class.

I created a business event based on Vendor Price changes which executes an import scenariio to update a stock item custom field.  The user has delete access to both Vendor Prices and Stock Items however the business event does not fire.  If an admin changes the vendor price, the business event fires???Does a user have to have access rights to both the BE and the import scenario subscriber?  I an not aware this is required since other business event fire.
