I want to add a line item to a Sales Order, AR Invoice, Journal Entry and/or AP Bill, and be able to move it up above another line item. Has anyone been able to do that?

For Sales Orders, yes! If the Sales Order is on HOLD, you should be able to drag and drop the detail lines into the order you want. Acumatica maintains a Sort Order for the lines, so this changes the sequence rather than just visually sorting the grid.
For AR Invoices, AP Bills, and Journal Transactions, I haven’t found the same native drag-and-drop functionality. Those appear to behave differently from the Sales Order detail grid, so accomplishing the same thing there may require a customization.
If anyone has found a native way to reorder lines on those Financials screens as well, I’d be interested to see how you’re doing it.
