Is there a way to fix this?
Issue: We start a SO and mark items for PO. Sometimes, PO is created and gone through the normal process. Other times, PO is created but then customer changes their minds and cancels the order all together. We “cancel” the SO accordingly. But it’ll still show these in the dashboard for “POs to create.”
I was able to go in a few, reopen SO and uncheck the boxes. But some, it won’t let me. Gives me an error message saying it’ll cause the inventory ID to go negative. UGH! I’m just REOPENING the SO. I’m not finalizing anything or invoicing anything. There is more than in this screenshot.
