Hello,I accidentally ended up with almost duplicate Inventory ID’s for some products.  Correct Inventory ID - HEMWPAAD2027 - not associated with any other recordsIncorrect Inventory ID - HEMWPAAD02027 - SO’s and inventory all associated with this ID.Difference is the 0 after the D.  I am trying to delete HEMWPAAD2027 as a tock item, which it looks like it does.Then I want to Change ID on stock item HEMWPAAD02027 to the now deleted (but correct) ID of HEMWPAAD2027.I hit delete, and it appears that this item is now deleted. Hi There, We had just migrated to 2023 R2 and I can’t release wire batch payment. The error message is below. “Check the remittance settings of the LAMTD cash account and the WIRE payment method on the Cash Accounts (CA202000) form.” The bank setting is below. We don’t experience this error prior, the bank setting was not changed 

I am having some challenges copying Dashboards in 2024R1.In 2023R1, when a dashboard is copied and pasted to create a new dashboard the system automatically assigns a new screen ID that is separate from the original DB.  This is exactly what I expect to happen. In 2024 R1, when a dashboard is copied, pasted, and then saved then “View” is clicked, the site redirects to the Welcome Screen.  In another scenario, if I attempt to copy, paste, and publish the copied dashboard with a new screen ID it creates the new screen ID but deletes the original DB.Does anyone have the exact steps on how to copy a dashboard in 2024R1?

Hi, we have automated emails each night to send copies of invoices, which are working fine. However, when we make a sale of type CS (Cash Sale) and quick process it, invoice emailing fails with the error “There is no active notification source to process the operation.”Cash sales are setup with “Email Invoice” and “Release Invoice” ticked in the quick processing tab, within the Order Types setup page.See attached image showing the error, which occurs as part of quick processing.Our local partner has been unable to fix this problem after 5 months, so are now reaching out to the community in hope that someone knows.  Thanks!Geoff

Hello,User emailed an Invoice from the Invoices screen and noticed they wanted to make some changes.I made some minor text changes to the notification template for invoices.I opened the invoice in the Invoices screen and emailed it a second time to see my changes.It seems to be using a different template completely the second time as I did not change the subject line, but you can see it is different.  My changes are not in the email.  Below is the notification template I edited.  You can see the subject still says “available for viewing” at the end.  I search “is now available” in templates and do not get any templates related to invoices.“is now available” is in the top message in the image above.  It is the second email after I made my changes.

Hi Acumatica,I am trying to add parameters to a report for Inventory Transfers. I need to add DocType and RefNbr. I have run into this issue before, but the DocType allows me to select from the dropdown of Document Types; however, I cannot get the RefNbr to do a lookup of the Reference Numbers.  

Is it possible to reorder the user filters on a List/GI?It seems to keep them in the order they were created which isn’t necessarily the order we’d like to see them.For example: a filter to show today’s Purchase Orders would be very handy to have right next to the ALL RECORDS filter regardless of when the filter was created.A drag/drop of the filters (like column headers on a grid) would be nice but even a simple feature to reorder the filter tabs like the column chooser would be helpful.I have figured out how to do it manually directly in the database so I know it can be done but that’s not practical for the users.Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thanks

Log out and log back in and it seems the main screen seems to hang and can take about 30 to draw/display.Known bug? Something we can try to alleviate?

Our client started testing the DocuSign integration in a testing sandbox with 23.117.021 and a DocuSign developer account this summer and everything worked. Now, they are currently testing their 24.110.0017 upgrade and the DocuSign 24R1 package using their DocuSign Business Pro account. Everything is the same for them from creating the file in the Sales Order screen, moving through to File Maintenance and then ESIGN. However, now when they press send, an error appears “ An item with the same key has already been added.” After reviewing the code, it appears to be using the DocuSign API to send, and we can’t see anywhere else on the Acumatica side that could be generating the error.   Does anyone know how to resolve this error? 

Does anyone know of a configuration option (or an app that we can integrate with Acumatica) where users can record their time on a real time basis i.e. start and stop a timer when they are working on a specific task? Many thanks!

Hello, we’ve came across an issue when using the carrier UPS Ground, it does not allow us to create more than one box in an order. We tried it with FedEx and we’re able to.We also tried to update the label format from PNG to PDF and ZPL but still didnt work.Can you help us with this, thank you! 

We are new to Acumatica.  When we print the AR Aging report the invoice number is cut off, see attached.  We tried to modify it in report designer but it errors out and wont open.  Is there a way to extend the column that the invocie number is in?

We are seeing this error when printing or emailing some invoices.  Not sure how to correct.We have tried clearing cache, multiple users have attempted and on different days. 

I have a Business Event that Triggers off a generic Inquiry, once a day at a set time.I want the activity to be logged under the Vendor.If I run the report manually the activity is being logged under the vendor, when the email is generated.When I trigger the business event using the Notifcation Template, an email is generated but the Activity is not logged to the Vendor.Any ideas on what I am missing. Here are the images of the notication template. Notification template  Link to Entity and Account filled

Hi, All I am trying to update the UDF in the customer form. But when ever I am trying to use PUT API. It showing me the the Customer.AttributeAGDCRAN is not available in data set. I have also extend the API and populate this field in customer>>Attributes As you can see in below screenshot. I’ve moved over to using Firefox with Acumatica for some of the productivity extensions (like TST) and have noticed a weird issue that I didn’t have when using Chrome.After I publish customizations, the navigation buttons disappear: Reloading, signing out, clearing cache and cookies doesn’t work. I have to complete exit the browser and then re-enter for it to reappear. When loading a page I see a lot of console errors: --“Cookie “timeStamp” does not have a proper “SameSite” attribute value. Soon, cookies without the “SameSite” attribute or with an invalid value will be treated as “Lax”. This means that the cookie will no longer be sent in third-party contexts. In the previous versions of Acumatica you could go into the Automation Steps to add values to the Source drop down on Opportunities.  There are no Opportunity StepID’s defined in 2020 R2 so how do you go about changing that drop down list?

Good day! Have you guys encountered any issues when unable to delete the on hold issues document?Basically, we wanted to delete issues document because of incorrect branch. Our organization doesn’t apply the inter-branch mapping in Acumatica. Therefore we would like to correct this issues document. If we create issues document directly, we don’t have any issues to delete it.UpdateIN has been performed and the shipment has been confirmed. Hello,I have 2 DH running very well on one server for my client, but I do run into some issues when the Application Pool (IIS) recycles, Acumatica restarts, but sometimes it takes longer than 30 seconds to come up again. My client works 24 hrs. a day, and they are calling at very odd hours because DH hangs due to this issue. I would like to get some of my confusions clarified regarding implementation and go-live for a customer.I would like to know if it is possible to get a live production instance installed over a server if the customer doesn't want to get it implemented by any Acumatica partners. I know it is better to go with Acumatica Partners but is this exception possible?If yes, please let me know how can a customer achieve it. As I have seen many of the community members are themselves Acumatica customers, so was wondering if they have implemented their systems without any partners.Also, my other confusion is related to the demo instance. I have seen whenever we create a new tenant, not in the production instance, the complete tenant is like a vanilla environment. What if the customer opts for such a vanilla environment instead of going with the licenses. This is the scenario where the customer doesn't look for any

 I can’t seem to find a way to match the print job ID to the Shipment # that the print job was generated from in a GI. We are printing our shipping labels from the process shipment screen and would like to reference and print older labels on occasion. The only way to do that is through the print job screen, but the problem with that screen is we can only see the print job. Trying to reprint a label through the print job screen is a guessing game as there is no way to know which print job was connected to which order.  Am I missing something?
