Does Acumatica Provide a Standard Configuration to Prevent Users from Reusing Their Current Password?

​@chameera71 I dont think there is an option for reusing a password.Blocking the current password is a smaller requirement than preventing reuse of the last several passwords, which would also require password history management.

You could potentially add a FieldUpdating handler for Users.Password and check the new & old values do not match. I wouldn’t say I recommend messing around with the system maintenance screens though!

At the present time, functionality to prevent a user from using the same password when prompted to change their password does not exist.

You will want to look into customization in order to accommodate this.
