Hi community,

Does anyone know what access rights allow for a role to log into the site under Maintenance Mode? I know it says only system administrators can log in. If I copy and paste the System Administrator role in Acumatica to a new role, can that new role log in under Maintenance Mode? If not, is it possible to be changed?
I am looking for a role that has almost everything the System Admin has; however, I want the role to be able to login under Maintenance Mode.

Thanks,

RJ

I just tested this in my local with copying the Administrator Role and it does not allow you to login in Maintenance Mode. I noticed when I copied it I was not also able to put Acumatica in Maintenance Mode so even though you are copying the role, not all settings are copying to the new role from the Administrator Role.

@rkenna  As per my knowledge,  A role that can log in during Maintenance Mode but doesn't have full Administrator permissions  → This is not supported by Acumatica.

Only the built-in Administrator role is permitted to log in while the system is in Maintenance Mode.

  • Only users with the Administrator role (or the built-in system administrator account) are allowed to sign in.
  • All other users are prevented from logging in, regardless of the roles assigned to them

And no one knows of a way to change this either as a configuration or as a customization?
