I’m trying to run a business event with a import scenario, however, when I try to run the following IS, I get the error “Phone 1 cannot be empty.” Any advice to fix this issue?This is the Import ScenarioThe Error 

Can someone explain to me the capabilities of the Acumatica - SendGrid Integration. I do not see much literature on the integration since 2022.  Does this integration work successfully on a consistent basis? What can it do vs what can it not do via its integration?  I am a new client of Acumatica, and we are looking to do our email marketing directly out of Acumatica and then pull the information into campaigns. We need the ability to mitigate risk against being blacklisted after sending out an eblast, can it unsubscribe users from a list, does it allow the use of templates inside Acumatica, do the analytics only live in SendGrid? Any and all information on this integration would be very helpful. Also, if there is a better integration to look into please feel free to share. Many thanks in advance for anyone’s time and consideration. 

Good Morning,We are attempting to create a live sync with a sales demo site with a dev sales force site. Everything works except for the live sync. If we go to the salesforce sync page in acumatica and start the processes. Acumatica comes back and says all is good, no error messages. However the status of the SalesForce Sync is always Stopped. I’ve seen video’s and screenshots of that status as “Running”. I’m out of ideas of why this isn’t running and staying as running.As mentioned early i’ve run a full resync and all the data comes in and goes out to SalesForce. Its just the Live sync that doesn’t seem to want to work.Appreciate the help!

Hello, We are working with the client on quotes being auto sent out of the system. The GI is built off of the CRQuote table and that is the entity we are trying to link the email activity to. Therefore it is not a join issue.  The schedule is auto processing and attaching the quote, but it will not write back to the CRPM Time Activity. Basically it is not creating the email activity as it should based on that entity field being linked.  See attached of where it should be writing to.  Attached  is proof of the email processing.  Anybody know why the link to entity is not working?  

There is no ability to prevent the Opportunity from being created when the Baccount is on hold or any other form of restriction at this time.When a BAccount/Customer is ON HOLD we raise an Opportunity without any warning and it’s later in the process when it is realised. Could there not be a warning of the BAccount/Customer status on initial entry.

Good dayOur Marketing manager wants to connect  Campaigns to Leads to Contact to Opportunities/Quotes and Sales orders.  The issue is that the Source, nor the relations information flows from one transaction to the next.  i have created to GI however this the problem; if the relations are not entered I can’t attached the information from Lead to Contact to Opportunity/Quote to Sales Orders.  The main goal is to try associate the source campaign to the sales order and if there is no sales order than to the opportunity and if there is not opportunity than to the lead.  Each steps requires another input; our sales rep are not going to that. Questions,  What is the best way to set up a relationship.  From the Leads?  Or Opportunity?I have made a GI that can get the Campaign from the Opportunity to Sales Order.  However it is missed the issue of a Opportunity without a sales order. We are trouble-shooting an error with several customers with the Last Message of ‘404 not found for the record’ The record is present in BigCommerce and is updated with the sync. Just trying to understand what the 404 error is from. Any advise for trouble-shooting this error? We sent this to support and it has been months with no answer or resolve for the errors. (There are several pages too!)  

My team is wanting to add their Email Signatures to mass emails, but I am stuck on how to add them. So far I have enabled and created an email signature in the user profile, and I’ve also created a notification template the is just “((GeneralInfo.MailSignature))” to go at the bottom of the mass email body, but I am having no luck with it actually showing up. I’m wondering if it has to do with our mass emails only have the “Contact” datafield to pull from?Test Signature in User ProfileEmail Template in Mass Email and it’s preview screen.  Datafield Available in Mass Emails

The "From Date" and "To Date" fields have been added to the "Process" screen, automatically populating the date range from the current date minus three days. This is working as expected.When we select a specific date range, it resets to the default dates and retrieves data only within the default date range. Below is the screen shots for DAC and Events.   Could any one please suggest a solution

Hello all,I have created a selector Attribute id as below: I am trying to add this attribute id under Opportunity Class screen, but when trying to add it doesnt show up. Am I selecting an incorrect schema object?As this attribute ID would be used in Contact class, account class, customer class screen. And the data will be forwarded from opportunity to the above mentioned screens while we try to convert an opportunity to create contact etc.

There is a ‘Print Quote’ button on the mobile Acumatica app. Has anyone gotten it to work?Just got a notification ‘Uploading to Acumatica...’, apart from this nothing happens. 

My company wants to start automatically assigning lead ownership in a Round Robin order, i.e. Employee 1, Employee 2, Employee 3, then back to 1 and continuing the cycle.  I know I can set an assignment map with Rules for each employee or workgroup, but I want to make it as fair as possible and evenly distribute leads to our Reps.  Is there a way to do this automatically without having a rule for each different employee?

I’m trying to make a GI that shows the total, probability, and weighted total for an opportunity. The total and probability show in the GI, but the weighted total is blank. In the form, all 3 are populated. The total is a manual amount, probability comes from Stage (out of the box functionality), and weighted total is calculated. In the form, it’s all there, but in the GI, the weighted total is blank.    

Hello,I have been trying to setup an assignment map for biz account class, based on the class condition. So if any account is created under Class A it should be assigned to Employee A etc.. But I am not able to find the exact entity to which I can apply the condition in Assignment map, where i am searching for Field Name = Class. 

Hi! When I use an employee user in the customer portal, I am not able to view the item details, catalog, or checkout screens without associating the user with a business account. Do all users (even employees) need to be associated with a business account to view this in the portal? These users have the portal admin and system administrator user roles assigned.The user also doesn’t have access to view Sales Order or invoice printed form even given access and has report designer role. I couldn’t find any documentation that specifies this, is there a configuration I missed?Thanks!

Hi! We have a user who sees an empty contract screen when drilling into a contract. We have checked and have given the user the delete access level for this screen for all the roles she has under the ‘Unrestricted External User’ type. A user without this user type and has the system admin role can login to the customer portal and view the contract fine. We tried matching permission for this screen to the system admin role and had no luck. Any ideas on why the contract screen is empty on customer portal for this user?  Thanks!

We’re trying to set up an business event to send out emails to customers following the completion of a Marketing Campaign. However, we don’t want to pester our clients with emails. Ideally, the business event would send out a email to a customer, the customer would read it, and then be removed from the mailing list for a set period of time before being reintroduce the pool of potential recipients. Is this something that can be done within Acumatica, and if so, how?

Is there a way to generate a sales order and attribute it to an ongoing campaign to it. We sometimes have orders come in over the phone where we directly put a sales order in instead of putting them in as a lead or opportunity. Is there a space on the sales order where this can be put to account for the sale and attribute it to the campaign to track the success of it?

Is there a way to see if an item is in stock when creating a quote? You can do it from a sales order, but not from what we have found for a quote. Was also wondering about weight. We use that to quote freight, but that too is not available from the quote. One idea was to create a 2nd quote form that is used internally. Then add available inventory as well as weight from the other tables to the quote form. Has anyone tried to do it that way?
