Hi ​@JSpikowski  - No, we are real!  I wrote this (perhaps too formally?) for visibility as we are both settling into our roles and we pinned it to help people know who to reach regarding CRM topics.  Michael and I are both excited to collaborate with users.  Thanks for your response!
