How to create a business event notification when there is a note created on the case?

Hi! Currently emails that come through on the Acumatica cases, we also receive them in our outlook inbox. Is there a way to set up notification for when a ‘note’ is created on the customer portal? Or to just notify the case owner in general if there is a new activity (that is not email) created on the case?

Hi ​@nhatnghetinh Looking at this again, I am able to create a Generic Inquiry for the note activities that are created by internal users. However, none of the notes created from the customer portal are showing. I am using the CRActivity DAC for the GI, I went to the DAC source data and see 98 records of notes because it does have all notes created in customer portal as well for the case. But even with no conditions or sort/group, my GI only shows 75 records, excluding the notes created on the portal. Any idea why that maybe?
