Configuration and Installation

Is there a place on the community or portal where I can obtain a snapshot of the Sales Demo for a specific 22R2 build ?  In understand the sale demo instance is part of each install.  Are the snapshots available as a separate file without installing the build?

My client would like to prevent users from accessing the mobile app. I logged a support ticket and was told I could use IP filtering, which is not an acceptable solution. The other option I was given was to create a customization. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? They are looking to completely disable mobile app access for the time being.Thanks

 I already generated a company employee name in the Configuration >Employee module, but when I wanted to create a new user, the employee's name didn't come out in Linked Entity. Can refer to the error 'contact ... already associated with another user'. So how can I solve this issue.

Has anyone else encountered this with Sales Demo snapshot Build 22.212.0046  

Good day, I used a Tenand ID that was not being used, thenant was on status Unlicensed, and change it to Test Tenant. After this, I imported the Demo Snapshot (Demo 22.211.0034), restored this snapshot to the Tenant, and after a few minutes, the tenant was not selectable, and now I cant access that tenant, is not showing on the tenant list screen, and it will show as a tenant on the Space Calculate screen. I am using the admin user, with all superpowers, but still can make the tenant to show up. Any ideas?

Hi All,I want to remove warehouse guy access from some warehouse id.So I create a Restriction Group called BRVT Warehouse type A Inverse - this group will have access to all warehouses except DN, HCM, LMX, HN as imagedThen I assign user TEST for this group. As my understanding about Restriction Group Type A Inverse, User TEST cant see anything about DN, HCM, LMX, HN.When I sign in User TEST, it still can seePlease advise any things wrong with my setting.Thank you,Yên Chi

I am getting this error when creating a new instance, any idea how to resolve it is much appreciated.  

We just upgraded to 23R1 and discovered that the document nbr search (within the document screen) is now searching other fields besides the document number.  Is there a way to restrict this to only search document numbers and not customer IDs, as shown below? I search for SO # 1224 and get 1132 in the dropdown.  1132 is an SO# that has a CUSTOMER ID of C1224.  My users don’t want to find a customer number in this particular search box. This same dynamic occurs in the Production Order Maintenance screen and probably other screens as well.

I am wondering if anyone can help me find the steps to enable SSO (Microsoft Azure AD, OAuth 2.0) on Acumatica Cloud.Do not need the steps to create an application in Azure AD. Only the Acumatica side.We are not able to create an external identity provider, and all of the instructions I find are for on-prem instances not SaaS and require modifying the install filesThank you!!

How could I export it from source environment?

Hello community,I would like to know if we can have sub-licensing in Acumatica. We have a prospect where they record the transactions from different companies (probably their own clients) and they are looking if Acumatica allows sub-licensing, as they would also like to get the system implemented for those clients, under the same instance but as a different tenant. Came to know that we might not have the sub-licensing feature. I was wondering about the customer portal for all the clients. I would like to have your thoughts/suggestions on this, as to how can we implement this.Thanks in advance. 

When my company users login they get a home page that is not my company’s.  The company’s home page has been setup in site settings and in all users profiles.  However, it does not show up when login in. Instead a “generic” acumatica page shows up.  The user has to click on the company logo (Upper left corner) to launch my company’s page.  Users are finding this very invasive!  We need help asap!

We are seeing an issue where the System Monitor Queue - Push Notification Queue Processing Time Threshold is resetting back to 2 seconds after each app restart. Does anyone know how to permanently set this so that it doesn’t keep reverting? 

Does anyone know how to get the “System will go into maintenance mode” message on the login screen to display a Time Zone other than UTC? I did the following: 1. Scheduled a Lockout for 6:00pm on 6/13/2023 using the Apply Updates (SM203510) screen (1st screenshot below)2. The Login Time Zone on the Site Preferences (SM200505) screen is set to (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (2nd screenshot below)3. But the message on the login screen only shows 10:00pm UTC; it doesn’t show 6:00pm Eastern Time (3rd screenshot below) Is there a way to get the message on the login screen to show 6:00pm Eastern Time? 

I have a few reports set up to run on schedule at month-end and none of the reports ran this month.  When looking at the automation schedule it states the last run date was 5/31.  Thoughts?

Hi ,We cant sign into multiple email accounts, on the system email accounts. All the email accounts are configured in the same way. with Auth2First email is signed in and working, other accounts are giving errors, error attached. If any clue pls. 

After our upgrade to A2022 R1,  users are cannot create a Timecard for employees that are not setup as users.  We have the delegate assigned.   Error:Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Employee value 000001562 EP Error: The employee record is not associated with a user.IF this is the requirement, then this seems will cause major business process changes to enter time for employees associated to projects that are not users. 

My company previously had Acumatica PCP license, and we had to change to PCS because acumatica stopped selling the perpetual license. Now, our acumatica country agent is insisting that we move to AWS because PCS cannot be hosted on local server. I found multiple online sources saying that both PCS and PCP licenses can be deployed anywhere, on-premises or in a private data center, depending on your preference. But I still wanted to confirm it Can we install acumatica PCS on our local server?

We’re running 21R1 with a system email account configured to use Azure Modern Authentication.  I’ve had users report a few instances of messages not being downloaded by Acumatica.  They’re finding this out when customers send follow up responses that quote their previously sent message.It appears that these emails are just being skipped for no reason I can discern. The system schedule history does not show any errors for processing during the time that message would have been downloaded.Each time I have confirmed that the message is in the inbox for the account Acumatica is configured to use.   These messages are marked as unread in the Outlook web UI and no one other than myself has the password to sign into this account directly.  None of the emails I’ve investigated were being marked as junk.The most recent instance of this happened last week and as far as I can tell, nothing is amiss with the message.  The end user did not modify the subject and the To addre
