Acumatica won’t update your Instance automatically, it will show you the newest version available for you version, but you still need to update it yourself.

Thank you for the update. But the system has been automatically updated and all the customizations have been unpublished.

Is that happened because of the Use Update Server check box is activated?

I would log a case with Acumatica Support as it’s not supposed to update automatically, but in the meantime until Support are able to assist you, maybe deselect the “Use Update Server” as it seems it’s causing it at the moment.

If you are on the Always Current licence then Acumatica will download and upgrade your instance of Acumatica automatically as we have a number of customers on this and this is what happens. They will inform you in advance of these with a window of the update datetime. You would need to talk to your VAR/Acumatica as to how you can be taken of this type os licence.

The always-current program is only available for SaaS instances. 
To opt out from the always-current program, Acumatica Flex must be purchased.
