When a purchase receipt has been matched to an AP invoice, to do the purchase return doesn't need to reverse AP invoice?

CASE: A purchase receipt #66 has been matched to an invoice #77, when I do the return for this purchase receipt, Acumatica generated a return #88 directly, Acumatica doesn’t require the matched invoice #77 to be reversed. So in the end, I returned the goods to the vendor through purchase return #88, but I can still pay the invoice #77 to vendor. This is very dangerous. Also if I don’t reverse invoice #77 and do the purchase return #88, GRNI account will not be correct, it has two debit amount, one from invoice #77 and the other from purchase return #88. Any comments or experience why Acumatica doesn’t force the matched AP invoice to be reversed before doing the associated purchase return? Thanks!

Inventory on appointment, not on invoice

I have a service order with an inventory item on an appointment, but the item did not flow through to the invoice. I am not sure how this could happen. Any thoughts?

Bank Feed Import Date

Does anyone know why the Bank Field Import date isn’t adjustable after you setup? For some reason our bank feed only pulls data as an example from 11/22/24. I like to do daily bank reconciliations but for some reason I can’t edit and pull in posted transactions from 11/23 to 11/25. For one other account, it can’t seem to get past 10/31/24 and I can’t edit. See below.

ACH - Bank of America - CashPro - CTX Payments

I have a customer that needs to the ACH File for BofA (CTX Payments) ASAP. The problem we have is with the Record Type 8, and the Entry/Addenda Count. Acumatica standard does not have the option to add a Counter. Any feedback will be highly appreciated!

Purchase Accrual Report Not Showing Receipts Not Billed

I’m encountering an issue with the Purchase Accrual Report in Acumatica. I have a Purchase Order (PO) with multiple Purchase Receipts (PR) and some returns against it. However, I noticed that: The returns are appearing in the accrual report. The purchase receipts (that were not yet billed or returned) are missing from the report. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any insights on why the receipts are not showing and how to correct this? Appreciate any guidance!

Error: Another Process has added the 'APInvoice' record, Please try again.

Good morning, we receive the following error when entering a record for a vendor. The Vendor was recently created on on 1/17/2025. We were able to add a record on the 17 but then it didn’t let us add a second record. We were able to workaround this issues by changing the record date to 2015 and then once the record was accepted we changed the it back to 2014 date. Is there any settings that may be preventing us from entering Bills from 2024?

Customer payment method import scenario data is not linking to customer master

Hi, I've created an import scenario to import customer payment methods, and the import completes successfully. However, the imported payment method is not appearing under the Payment Method tab in the Customer Master screen. Could someone assist me with this issue? Quick Search for Vendor field on AP reports parameter tab not working

Hello, We have seen that for 2024R2 build 24.204.0004 and 24.208.0020, the quick search for the Vendor field on AP reports parameter tab does not work. Additional testing shows that it works in 2023R2 (23.208.0026) and 2025R1 (25.093.0036). Therefore, we assume that it got broken in 2024R2 and then corrected in 2025R1. Acumatica, will this be corrected in 2024R2? Someone had posted about this 2024R2 issue sometime last year but I have not been able find the article. It referenced that the =Report.GetFieldSchema('VendorReportParameters.VendorID') may have an issue in the DAC. The backdrop to this has to do with an upgrade we are looking to do for a client, from 2023R2 (23.208.0026) to 2024R2 (24.204.0004). We discovered the issue during sandbox testing. Below are some screen images of the parament screen for the AP Balance by Vendor report. The first shows the issue with the quick search and the other two shows it working. How do I apply a Vendor bill to a Customer invoice?

How can I use Customer Invoice to pay for a Vendor Bill?I saw the option to "Extend as Vendor" on customer screen and "Extend as Customer" on vendor screen but I didn't find how do I apply a vendor bill to a customer invoice...I would appreciate any suggestion. Thanks

Report column set - trying to get blank column

I am trying to create a report with a blank column to divide out actual vs budget columns. When I run the report there are zeros on some rows but not others. I can’t figure out why it is pulling the zeros. Everything else looks correct for the actual columns.

Has anyone managed to successfully setup the GL Anomaly Detection within the Sales Demo environment? I’m trying to train a model using the PRODUCTS company but the training keeps failing and the following warning is displayed: ‘The model is not ready for analysis. Not enough data was sent to the model for accurate analysis. You can attempt to train the model after adding transactions.’

Mass update of Vendor payment type

How can a mass update of Vendor payment type be done, if at all? Import Scenario? Generic Inquiry? Several vendors were set up with this informaion missing and instead of opening and updating one by one hoping a mass update can be done. I am new to working with mass updates in Acumatica so any and all help/instructions is greatly appreciated.

Credit term selection when create a Sales Invoice

Hi, I created Sales Order 01 last month for a customer with the credit term A (the customer's default credit term is A). This month, I created another Sales Order 02 for the same customer with the credit term B (the customer's default credit term is now B). I created separate shipments for both sales orders. When creating an invoice that includes both sales orders, which credit term will be automatically selected by the system? I observed that the system prioritized the credit term from Sales Order 01 instead of the customer's default credit term. Is this correct? Regards/Prasad

Sales tax for Telecom

My client would like to use Acumatica AR Invoices and Sales Orders and then have the tax calculated right in Acumatica. It would work just like to normal Acumatica / Avalara plug in but it would be for telecommunication tax not sales or use tax. I’ve checked with Vertex and Avalara and neither do telecom tax with their integration with Acumatica. Also ideas?

1. Truncated Module Menu Descriptions Some of the module menu names are too long and get chopped off, making it hard to figure out where to go. Right now, you have to hover over them to see the full text, which is kind of annoying. It’d be so much better if the full names just showed up without needing extra clicks or hovering. 2. Misleading Validation in Generic Inquiry Formulas When you’re setting up formulas in Generic Inquiry, the validation check isn’t always reliable. It might say everything’s fine, but then you run the inquiry and—bam—errors pop up. That’s frustrating because you think you’re good to go, but you’re not. Creating Expense Distribution Rules Between Branches

When our company was moving into ACU supposedly we were told that Acumatica could use per-determined rules to disperse specific expenses into each of our branches. For example:Any marketing expenses will be dispersed via the following Branch A 29%Branch B 30%Branch C 41% I could not find a way to do this so I am assuming I may need to do this manually?
