Hello! I am working on my cash flow statement to combine all branches to show ending balance through specified periods. I am not able to determine why not all of my branches are pulling into the rows - below are the setting I have currently… some lines are matching I assume to not having activity in other branches or post periods...any thoughts or ideas are welcome! 

Good day,Questions:Has anyone had an issue with Customer Statement Automation?  Meaning the statement should have been emailed but didn’t.  All the likely areas were reviewed.  Check boxes, AR Statement reference set up.  Customer profile reviewed.   We even had a statement go out but the emailed box was not checked.Does On-Demand update the email box on the Customer Statement History?Last one (promise): When you put two conditions on the Automation, it is an AND condition or OR Condition?  (OK. One more). Statement Date vs Business Date. If payments are made after the Statement Date, does the automaton need to be set to Statement Date or the business date of the prepared statement automation.  For example, if the customer made payments after the statement that show a balance on the statement date, but the balance was Zero at the time the statement is prepared.

I am currently working on the Dunning Letter functionality in Acumatica.The requirement is to send different email notifications for each Dunning Letter level (for example, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc.).Each Dunning Letter level should have: Its own email template Different email content and tone based on the severity of the overdue status The correct template selected and sent automatically when a Dunning Letter is generated for that specific level Each email should have Outstanding Amount in Dollars I want to understand the best approach to configure or customize Acumatica so that the system sends the appropriate email template corresponding to the Dunning Letter level.

Hello! Is there any way to include the Sales Order info on the installment invoices?I’ve heard feedback from our Accounting Team and many of them express that their customers have a hard time processing the installment invoices since they do not have any detail outside of just the description saying “Multiple Installment Split” and no relevant Sales Order data is present on the form. This further delays payment as there needs to be lots of correspondence and deliberation when it comes to finding which parent invoice the installment invoice is connected to and then further, which Sales Order the parent invoice is connected to. The feedback I've received is that due to the business being an engineer-to-order manufacturing business, most Sales Orders primarily have installment terms. And without any connection to the Sales Orders, it seems to just communicate, “Hey Customer X you owe us Y dollars on this due date” without any backing information from our end a

Hi,Quick question about Corporate Credit Card receipts created from Bank Feeds.When we import transactions using Retrieve Bank Feed Transactions (CA507500) with Create Expense Receipts enabled, the receipts are created and automatically matched to the bank transaction.Because of that, fields like Qty, Unit Cost, Tip and Taxes become non-editable for the user unless we Unmatch → Edit → Match again.Is this the expected behavior, or is there a way to prevent the automatic match during import so users can adjust taxes/amount/tips first?Curious how others handle this.Thanks! Example:A corporate card transaction is imported for $61.40. Part of the amount is taxable and part is not. To match the receipt correctly, the expense amount needs to increase while the taxes decrease, but the final claim amount must remain $61.40. Since the receipt is already matched, these fields cannot be adjusted unless the transaction is first unmat

I’ve created a GI to find gross margin on appointments. One issue I’ve run into is that if a purchase order has been returned, the item is still on the appointment with the costs showing but it is marked as “completed” as well as a “free item” to remove the price so it doesn’t bill out. Is this an issue with the steps purchasers are taking, and they should be doing something differently on the appointment? Having theses costs show without a price is greatly affecting margins on some appointments. 

Hello, How do you clear the purchase accrual account when you have a receipt and a return for a vendor, but the amounts don’t match exactly?  Example: You have a PO receipt for $500 of goods and PO return $450 – I am guessing that it may have something to do with the average cost changing between when the goods were received and when they were returned. The opposite of the above could happen as well – PO receipt for $450 and a PO return for $500.

Hello,How do you get the cash discount date correct when you have 2% 10th prox net terms with an invoice cut off date of the 25th of each month.  Example: Customer is invoiced on 2/20/26 – cash discount date is 3/10/26 due date 3/31/26 – cash discount date is usually right on this one Customer is invoiced on 2/27/26 – cash discount date is 4/10/26 due date 4/30/26 – cash discount date is usually wrong on this one

With Projects, we are forced to use GL Accounts that are associated with an Account Group.  That’s decent validation.With Non-Projects (e.g. “X”), what is the best way to not allow COGS Accounts to be used on those transactions?Ideally, there would be a way to not allow non-COGS (and Rev) Accounts to be used in Account Groups OR at least require the GL Account being used is in an Account Group that is budgeted on THAT Project/Project Task/Cost Code.

I’m currently working on a Bills and Adjustments Generic Inquiry where the client requires the Project ID to be included. The dataset only contains around 6,000 records, but the GI is taking quite a long time to load.I’ve already tried applying groupings to improve performance, but the loading time is still quite slow. The main requirement from the client is to keep the Project ID visible in the inquiry.Has anyone experienced a similar performance issue with the Bills and Adjustments GI when including Project fields? Are there any recommended approaches to optimise the query or improve the loading speed? Any suggestions or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in adv

I am in the process of implementing a client with multiple companies in multiple countries.I am trying to set each companu up with it’s own bas currency but I haven’t got the option to do so.I have seen comments about certain things need to be enabled on tenant level and also, that you need to purchase extra features.Where can I see the tenant features that are enabled and where can I see if the extra features is part of the current license? Regards,Carsten

Hello, I am required to initiate an approval process for Cash Transactions.However, I do not want the approval process to apply when the Cash Transaction originates from the Process Bank Transactions form, as those transactions are released by default without manual intervention.Is there a way to identify the origin of a Cash Transaction and bypass the approval process when it has been created through the Process Bank Transactions form?Thank YouAmanda

Hello, I am requesting assistance on an AP issue that is currently preventing us from closing the month.For background, we recently transitioned from our old accounting software to Acumatica. During the migration phase, I processed several checks outside of the old accounting system. I tracked paid invoices manually in Excel and issued checks accordingly. Once we fully transitioned into Acumatica, I began entering backlog payables, clearing checks, and processing current activity. During this process, I inadvertently issued a check to a vendor for an invoice that had already been paid during the migration period. In January, we received a refund check from the vendor indicating that the December payment was a duplicate. The original invoice was paid in November, and the duplicate payment was processed in December. The November invoice and check have already been properly cleared. My question is: what is the correct way t

Hi, i need help to set up company with 3 subsidiaries in 3 different countries. Therefore we will need 4 different base currencies, but 1 consolidated base currency for the group (USD). The 3 subsidiaries must also be able to report in their local base currency on day to day operations, including local taxes. 

Hello!  We recently went live with Acumatica and are using the Acumatica Payments.  The embedded help information says that for a payment link to be automatically sent with an invoice a Processing Center must be selected.  - First screenshot I can’t find a way to default this processing center to ACuPay (or something that’s not blank).  Is there a way to do this or does our Billing Specialist have to populate this for each invoice?  - Second screenshot

Hi all,I created a GI with pivots for my company that shows unit sales, $ and margin by period as in the past it was done by calendar month.All totals line up and even individual amounts add up as well. There is just one particular set of months from 2 fiscals ago where the units don’t show up same as the calendar date report but instead show up 2 periods later. I was wondering if this would go away if I used TranPeriodID? only thing is the TranPeriodID is formatted differently which causes the reports to show up as “20-2602” instead of “02-2026”. when I try to format it it then messes up the internal comparisons and none of the unit sales line up properly anymore. in short, is it fine to stick with FinPeriodID from ARTRAN? Joseph

Hi All,As per our requirement I have created a new COA 20040 - while creating the same selected use default sub account check box and saved.  At the same time while creating Non Stock Items selected this sales account and updating  default sub account.  it is not allowing me to save and showing an error as below 'Sales Sub.' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.  I have verified all access rights and provided necessary accounts.  Stil showing same error.  Please help me how to fix this issue.  

It would be nice to create the Prepayment as a “request” to send to the customer. But the Sales Order status remains as Awaiting Prepayment until the Prepayment is Released. While the Prepayment is still Balanced, that would indicate that the payment is not yet received.  A workaround is to create the Prepayment in AR Payments and don’t link to the Sales order until after payment is received. But this requires more effort on the part of AR team and making sure they link to the correct Sales Order.Is there any way to control this?  To leave the Sale Order Awaiting Prepayment until the Prepayment linked to the Sales Order is Released?

Hi Team,I’m having a hard time with a refund to a customer.Back on Dec 29, 2025, a payment from customer XXXXX was deposited into our bank account (they’re on PAP)Payment XXX for $1594.05Part of the payment was for an item that was not yet in stock, and part was for an order that was invoiced and sent.The $1554.07 that was intended for an item that had not yet been invoiced was left as an open payment on their account.The customer later cancelled that order, and I refunded them.The initial payment (XXXX) and the refund (YYYY) both show as open in Acumatica. How do I connect these dots and close off the payment and the refund? The refund is appearing twice in the Payment Transaction section of the application history, and it is also reflected in the Refund Transaction section.
