Hi Acumatica, My objective is to join the subaccount field on the APTran table to a GI at the APInvoice level. If there are multiple different subaccounts, just join the first one available. The current issue I am having now is that any kind of join between the APTran and APInvoice tables result in addition of rows to the APInvoice generic inquiry. What is the simplest way for me to join the subaccount field from the more granular APTran table onto the less granular APInvoice level without adding rows to the APInvoice? Thank you,

Good day CommunityI have created a Fixed Asset from the Convert Purchases to Asset option and now need to add an additional amount to the same asset from the same screen.The Receipt dates are different but I need the In-Service-dates to be the same for both amounts so they will depreciate as a single asset.I am not able to do this on the Convert Purchases to Asset screen.Can anyone help please?Many thanks

Hi Team, We are facing an issue with the project transaction. In October, we used "progress billing" to invoice this project for 100% of the budgeted amount ($15,200.00), which it did invoice. Issue: Why does the project show its time records from September and October as unbilled even though the project was 100% billed in October? We discovered that none of those time activity transactions were displayed at all when we examined the Invoice Details screen. How can we prevent this from re-occurring, and why would it have happened? What should we do to mark those entries as Billed? Hello - We just set up a new branch in one of our tenants, and we are unable to Reverse, Reverse and Apply, or create a Credit Memo. I have never seen this before and cannot find anything in the configuration or Receivable Preferences that may be causing this. Does anyone know why this would happen?When I Go to reverse the memo, it does create a credit memo, but when I take it off of hold, it creates a new screen and the memo is gone, with no option to save at any stage: This is what happens when I remove hold:

When a user creates a Journal Voucher to reclassify an AP Bill (APB) and an AP Prepayment (APPR), they enter the correct Project and Project Task for both documents.However, after the Journal Voucher is released: The AP Bill retains the correct Project information. The AP Prepayment shows Project = “X – Non-Project” in the Financial tab. Why does the system ignore the Project information for the Prepayment while the Bill behaves as expected?

We recently implemented the credit card surcharge features available through Acumatica Payments. Almost immediately, a request came in to enhance the Payment Receipt (AR643000) document to better delineate these charges.Specifically, we needed to clearly show the amount charged or refunded to the customer, the associated fees, and the resulting total balance. Attached is the customized stock report we developed to meet this requirement. Hi,Currently, users create Expense Receipts, then manually transfer them to Expense Claims, which are submitted for approval. This separation causes confusion and is time consuming.We’re considering a new approach: Add approval to the Receipt. Once approved, use a Business Event to automatically create and submit the Claim. Remove the approval step from the Claim. Has anyone implemented this kind of flow? Is it practical or problematic? We're aiming for a smoother and more user-friendly experience.How do you use the both form with the employees?Thanks

Does anyone have any xml files for basic Cash Account Generic Inquiries?  I would really like to build something simple that just shows me a total for a cash account based on todays current Balance and adjust for any AR or AP that is due within the parameter date range I give it.  I want to be able to say, how much will I have on 11/20/2025 based on the balance of today, any due AR and AP, and any future AR and AP that has not been paid yet.  Almost all of the banking and finance inquiries are Customizations that do not let me pull that information in as a data source. And I am not experienced enough to mess with the customizations themselves.   Has anyone made something like this? Hi everyone,We’re facing a challenge with prepayments against Purchase Orders. Currently, Acumatica allows defining prepayment percentages either: At the Vendor Master level, or Manually at the line-item level. Our client, however, makes prepayments based on the total PO amount, not per line item. The percentage or fixed amount changes for each PO, so entering prepayment at the line level is very time-consuming when there are 10+ lines.Is there any standard way, configuration, or workaround in Acumatica to apply prepayment at the document level (either as a percentage or a fixed value)?Any suggestions or experiences would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

To elaborate the issue more the end user reports that there is a mismatch in amounts of EUR amounts against the base currency USD in recent months. He assumes that the cause for this could be some error/ mistake or not conducting process of MONTH END REVALAUATION OF AR IN EUR. This has caused a loss in their reports in EUR transactions.So, the end user wants the reason for this and what caused for this to happen.They assume that if something happened, it has happened after April 2025 and they want to confirm, whether the revaluation of AR in EUR could be done again From April to November 2025 for AR, AP & GL and if they could do it by taking the  exchange rates to the amounts at that were in those specific months or do they have to use the current exchange rate values as of now to do this revaluation again.And they want to confirm also whether this error in EUR amount could have a impact in journal entries with other currencies such

I have found many entries related to this same topic, but no “simple” solution.  Depending on type of sale (which is based on the customer), I need a different COGS account than the standard one on the Item. I’ve looked at using Reason Codes, looked at the Order Types, Posting Classes.. none of these appear to have a way of controlling the COGS account.  There is only the COGS on the Posting Class or Item.  But we need to sell the item in different scenarios and need a different COGS account (we can control the sales account but not cogs).  Any ideas besides customizations, GI’s to give data for users to generate GL entries to reclass…?Thank you!

Hello, There is an issue with several older fixed asset transactions that are in Unposted status, and I’m curious if anyone knows why they are unposted and how to get them to post.  Also, there is another one that is in balanced status and returns the following error when trying to release:  Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!

We have missed some months for revaluation and had done some mistakes when revaluating some months from April 2025 to Current. Now we want to do the revalaution again from April 2025( Financial Period 01 - 2025) to November 2025.Can we do the revaluation again from April 2025 to Current?Would that override that the past revaluations and the correct data from new revaluations to the system?If we are doing the revalutions can we use the exchange rates for those specific months when running the revaluation or do we have to use the echange rate as of now ? ( November 2025)we want to this for AP/AR & GL. Can this be done ?

I prepared statements for the date of 10/31/2025 and successfully sent those statements, however Acumatica is still showing the “Last Statement Date” of 4/30/2025. Why is this date not showing as 10/31/2025 since that was in fact the most recent date statements were generated?

I want to get the payments details of a specific customer reagarding the payments he did for this year from Jan 2025 to Current and the invoice details that were set off thorugh those payments.It can be a report or anything.Thank you

We have a few prepayments stuck in “Pending Processing.” They can’t be voided or validated.I’ve already tried disabling the “Enable Integrated CC Processing” box and then attempting to void, but no luck.We’re on Acumatica 24R1, so official support won’t assist. Furthermore, the transactions originated in Authorize.net, and the Acumatica team says they no longer support auth.net. Has anyone found a way to void or clear these transactions?Hopefully once we upgrade in a couple of months, Acumatica support will be more flexible — but I need to get these cleaned up in the meantime.Thanks in advance! Error when trying to validate:
