Is there a way to notify users in their acumatica home screen about an alert or change . In other words a system wide message that notifies the users in their acumatica interface (not sending or receiving in email).For example : ‘we are upgrading our acumatica system in one month” something like this , that is broadcasted to  the entire users without sending them email. And it is visible as soon as a user logs into acumatica.

I mistakenly created a cash return and want to void it but do not see an option to void .  

Hiii, i wan to testing some transactions including Witholding tax but when i try to Release in Check and Payments form, there is an error (you can see the screen shoot below).I also put the set up for my taxes and i already create some vendors as tax agency.Please help me to solve about this, it’s happen when i try included taxes but if the taxes were non included, i can release the Checks and Payments, Thank you  

Hello,My company will be receiving purchased inventory directly to the warehouse, and storing it from there. The warehouse team will be using scanners to automate the process, and they are equipped with PO Receivers we’ve provided to them (With barcodes for both PO and Inventory Items), and Location Barcodes.What we’d like to happen is they remotely use the Receive and Put Away function to create a purchase receipt (with auto generated serials) against against the PO for the corresponding inventory that they are receiving. It should be simple, however I cannot get the Receive and Put Away function to accept a purchase order number/barcode. It only asks for a purchase receipt, which defeats the purpose as the warehouse team is the first to receive it.Am I missing something? Any help provided would be greatly appreciated!!!

Dear Team,I have map my fixed asset with wrong transaction Reconciliation Type Deduction, my step as details:Open Fixed Asset → Click Tab Reconciliation → Choose Reconciliation Type Deduction Check the corresponding transaction on the grid → click Process    Click SaveSystem generate a FA transaction type Reconciliation -. However, I check a wrong transaction but havent no how to fix. If I do reverse that GL, it’s not update on FA.Thank for your advice!Yen Chi

After a specific date, all disbursements (and receipts) are showing as receipts on the Process Bank Transactions page. Has anyone dealt with this before? I have tried updating the bank credentials on the Bank Feeds page, reloading Acumatica and reloading the transactions. Nothing has worked. 

Hello Acumatica Community ,Is it possible to add a Date Range filter to Financial Reports in Acumatica through a customization? I'm trying to enhance financial reporting and would like users to be able to specify a from/To date range before running a report. Service order tax is not correct (missing county tax) but the tax on the appointment is correct.  I’ve tried recalculating the service order, refreshing the address (verified in avalara), but no luck getting the county tax added to the service order.  Any ideas? 

These errors started appearing last week out of the blue, as far as I can tell. I have been importing the files using the same process as usual. We are fairly new users (implemented Sep 2025) so this is the first troubleshooting I’ve had to do. I’m generally a pretty savvy user but this makes no sense to me. Has anyone else seen this error?

Good Morning!We just went live with Acumatica today and we are having an issue with purchase receipts. If the receipt has multiple lines, it expects each line to be greater than 0. So if we have three lines, and we only receive for one of those lines, it won’t let us release. It throws an error. I’m an IT guy so accounting is lost on me. That’s the best description I can provide.

Client of ours is frustrated that the Cash Return does not have a void. They are obviously just creating new Cash Purchases, but would at least like the option. Let me know if that is something ACM team should add to the roadmap.

We just implemented Acumatica and I’m beginning to prepare for using FIRE to electronically file 1099s for tax year 2025. When signing up for a FIRE with the IRS account it says that essentially tax year 2025 will be the last year that the FIRE system is available after which everyone will be forced to use the IRIS system to file electronically (which is available now). I know that Acumatica did not support IRIS for tax year 2024 but will they for tax year 2025? I would rather just sign up and use one system than use FIRE for one year only to change next year. 

 Hi, i want to create a request but the while i try to select one of the chart of account and subaccount form on of my item request, there’s no option to selected the COA and Subaccount. I already import the COA and also create the Subaccount. We find ourselves in a position where the subaccount structure that we have is very unhandy to modify or extend. Yes it can be done but it’s cumbersome and will make reporting look very messy as subaccounts will overflow all standard text fields.Acumatica has virtually 0 flexibility to change anything with an existing subaccount structure. How do companies that are growing, adding new regions, new business divisions etc do this? A 20MM business does not have the same reporting needs as a 50MM/100MM/300MM business.You can’t plan the future perfectly and it feels like there’s no flexibility in Acumatica’s subaccount structure for this change and growth. Generic Inquiry assistance needed! We are currently reconciling our general ledger balance of accounts payable with the balance from our AP Aging report. I asked copilot how to create a generic inquiry to help us find the difference, and despite following the provided steps, I am receiving an error that reads “’Parent Field’ cannot be empty.” From my perspective, parent field is not empty. Can someone help me resolve this issue? I have attached a screenshot that displays what I am seeing. Thank you! 

I have a customer that needs to the ACH File for BofA (CTX Payments) ASAP. The problem we have is with the Record Type 8, and the Entry/Addenda Count. Acumatica standard does not have the option to add a Counter.Any feedback will be highly appreciated!

Hello, I have created an Invoice and have released it using the “Process Invoices and Memos” form. When I check the Invoice later, it shows me the Balanced Status, but the Journal Transaction for the Invoice has been already created and posted. Then I performed the “Hold” action to check what will happen and now I am unable even to Remove Hold the invoice. We have not made any customizations to the form as well.  Any idea why this is happening?Thank You!

Have an Invoice/Check and Payment record in status reserved with a journal entry attached that has already been fully posted. Is there a way to just fully delete this record from the system?

Hello Community.We are receiving an error when trying to Release an AP Bill with status Under Reclassification. I’ve combed through similarly reported issues in Community, but not finding this exact issue or identifying any resolution. Unfortunately, this is on 23R2 so I am unable to get support from Acumatica until upgrading (within the next few months).No batch is created.We do have one customization that is related to AP Bills, but it is controlled by a switch if on/off. I have turned it off to rule that out.Thank you i advance for anyone who can shed some light on this.
