When will the Multiple Base Currency feature support all modules?I was quite excited to see multiple base currency support in 2021 R2, as this solves the single biggest pain point we have with Acumatica.Currently, we have a Canadian sister company that does a lot of interco transactions with the US company, and because of that company’s base currency being in CAD, we have to use a separate tenant.This creates a lot of manual re-entry of documents PO / SO / shipping docs etc and tends to be an error prone process, especially due to exchange rates etc.Now in reading through the details on this feature, I see to my dismay that there is a whole list of other  modules that are not supported by this feature. Meaning you can’t use multiple base currencies feature and these other modules. The modules that we use are in yellow: 

We are a multi branch company and we bill our cost to projects (COGS, WIP, etc.). One problem that we are noticing is that the Branch that the project belongs to is not pulling through whenever a time activity is released. Is there a way to fix this without customization. For example Employee A works on ABC company but does his timecard through XYZ company. How do I make sure that the COGS is recognized on ABC company’s books and not XYZ company’s books?  

Is it possible to process and enter expense receipts automatically in Acumatica by emailing receipt photos to an Acumatica email account, similar to AP document recognition, instead of doing it in the Acumatica mobile app?

We just implemented Acumatica and I’m beginning to prepare for using FIRE to electronically file 1099s for tax year 2025. When signing up for a FIRE with the IRS account it says that essentially tax year 2025 will be the last year that the FIRE system is available after which everyone will be forced to use the IRIS system to file electronically (which is available now). I know that Acumatica did not support IRIS for tax year 2024 but will they for tax year 2025? I would rather just sign up and use one system than use FIRE for one year only to change next year. 

I am creating a GI where I want to show GL account wise period wise and branch wise ending balance and turnover amount .Column A     |  Column B  | Column C |   Column D           | Column FGL Account  |  Period       | Branch      | Ending Balance    | Turnover amount   In the above GI (also attached the XML file ) , the ending balance and turnover amount for each GL account is not showing the correct data when compared with the Account Details screen.  

Hi,i am just wondering how can i set properly the workflow for approving credit memos, so that Sales Manager will always be the first to confirm new credit memo. Right now our AR map for credit notes is the Sales manager on the top and then the local controller, but in reality is other way around. The first the crontorller is getting the memos and then sales manager. Do you know maybe what is causing this flow?Thank you,Andreja Špindler

Hello!I am required to calculate sales tax on Invoices, but the tax should not get reported on the invoice but only when receiving the payment. Is there any way that I can do this?Thanks

Hi, I am doing an import bank transactions manually by uploading a CSV file. I have stated the beginning and ending balance, but when I create a new import bank transaction record for the same cash account, Acumatica doesn’t automatically set the beginning balance as the ending balance of the last statement. Could someone please explain clearly how this works? I would assume the system should’ve automatically detected last ending balance as the beginning balance for the current statement.

Hi,We frequently have customer invoices that are overpaid, and we handle the overpayment through a credit write-off, recognizing it as income.However, when we process the credit write-off for the overpaid amounts, the journal entry does not include the associated tax.Typically, the journal entry only debits Accounts Receivable (AR) and credits the income account. How should we handle this situation if we need the tax to be properly accounted for as part of the credit write-off?

Deposited payments are showing in Undeposited Payments reported. Can some one help me how to resolve this? 

Long-time Sage 100/Aatrix user attempting to file my first Acumatica-based 941.  Acumatica downloads the data, but on Verifying Data I receive the following error: The EIN in the AUF does not match the specified EIN for the user.  I have verified with Aatrix our EIN is correct (logged in and verified on the Aatrix website and verified with an Aatrix tech).Acumatica is passing either the wrong EIN or possibly a masked EIN (e.g., dash after the second digit as is common) or possibly a blank.  I have searched high and low and found no instances of errors or blanks in Acumatica setup.Anyone encountered this error and have a fix?

In the Chart of Accounts Screen. How can we add a fifth ‘Type’ as ‘Equity’ ?  

This Invoice has a payment linked to it so the balance should decrease by the paid amount.  When i was trying to create a payment for the remaining amount the below error arise;  Is this something to do with that bad debt reason code, but there is no write off amount.  I tried to reverse the payment done as well but it wont allow me to do it. same error occurs.  Could you please help if you’ve experienced same issue.

Hello Acumatica Community,Is there a way in Acumatica to default or prefill User-Defined Fields (UDFs) on the Invoices and Memos screen with values from Attributes defined on the Customer Contract?Specifically, when a Contract ID is selected on the invoice, can the system automatically pull the corresponding Attribute values from the Customer Contract and populate them into UDFs on the invoice?​​​​The Values below have been filled manually; I would like the system to prefill the attribute values from the customer contract screen? Kindly suggest if there is any way

Hello,       We have two customers who share the same boss. Customer A has a payment with some remaining balance, while Customer B has some open invoices. The customer has informed us that they no longer want to issue checks and have asked us to use Customer A's remaining balance to offset Customer B's open invoices.     I cannot simply void Customer A's payment because it has already been partially applied to some of Customer A's own invoices.     What is the best way to accomplish this?

We have some vendors that were incorrectly marked as 1099.  I can update the bills to remove the data in the 1099 Box column, however I can’t do this on a cash purchase.  How can we clear the box on the cash purchase so a 1099 doesn’t generate? 

I have received this error with currency translation worksheets :  Line #1 has an unexpected CurrencyInfoID or the wrong CuryID of the linked CurrencyInfo entry and cannot be saved. Please report this situation to your Acumatica support provider.

Hi Team.I am inquiring about Parent-Child Customer accounts. We have some customers that are part of our endorsing artist program. We track their orders through their own accounts, however for some of them, we actually send the product to their local distributor which is a different customer. The confusion we have is the customer that we send the product to is not connected to the document for invoicing purposes.We want to track the product sent to each individual artist through standard customer sales reporting, but also have it connected to the distributor that we “sell” it to. Can you confirm if the Parent-Child feature is correct for this? I would like to do testing in our test tenant, but I would like to confirm I am on the right track before I proceed.

Hi everyone, so i want to create user and role by Import Scenario, i successfully import the username for the user but when i try lo login with the username and password, i can not login and also the role that i already set up/mapping it not read it by system, there is a wrong mapping for my import scenario? I put my mapping bellow, please help me to look it out, i really appreciate your helps.Here is the user that successfully imported but not for the role 

I would think it would be a standard feature but I had to have my check stub customized to display the project ID.  The issue I am having now is that the project I and reference number are not in sync. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Good afternoon,I was curious if there is already an option or if its at possible...to be able to enter the invoice number of a customer directly on the payment screen to pull up their information to enter a payment?If there isnt, has there been discussion about possibly adding that feature to make it even easier to access a customer’s account on payment entries?  

We created an ARM Consolidated Income Statement with the following details: Report Code: CONPL Title: Consolidated Statement with Trees Issue:All units in the Unit Set are printing, including sub-units.Desired behavior:We only want the root-level units (directly under ROOT, such as AJ, AK, AP, AQ) to print.We do not want child units under those nodes to print (for example: AJ106030, AJ206030, AJ506030).We attempted to control this using Printing Group, but it appears that Printing Group only controls row/column visibility—not whether a unit itself prints.Question:Is there a way in ARM to prevent sub-units from printing

Hello, I have just started exploring commissions in ACU. As a first step I wanted to clear out all prior period commission calculation since you cannot calculate when past periods are open. I have noticed that my commissions calendar does not extend to current periods and ends in a prior fiscal year. I looking to understand how to extend the calendar to current periods and beyond?  

After the upgrading to Acumatica 2025 R1, on the Bills and Adjustments screen, when we enter a Vendor and Project ID and click Add Receipt Line, the system shows all the receipt lines for that vendor across all Projects.Earlier, it used to show only the receipt lines related to the selected project.Is this a change in 2025 R1, a setting/ configuration issue, or a bug? is there a way to restore the old behavior?
