Hi,Has anyone successfully removed prepayment and payment amounts from the calculation of the aging buckets on the AR Aging report. I have the report filtering out the prepayment and payment transactions so they do not show up on the report but those prepayment and payment amount are still showing up in the aging balances. I need to remove the prepayment and payment amounts from the aging balances. Thanks! 

We have a specific use case regarding Equipment Time Cards: currently, when a time card is submitted, the system automatically generates transactions that post to both the General Ledger (GL) and the respective Projects. We would like to capture these costs within the Project module for tracking purposes only, without triggering a post to the GL. Is there a standard configuration or a workaround to achieve this?

If I am wanting to use a statistical ledger for headcounts, what is the recommendation for how those values are recorded in Acumatica?  Is it by entering only quantities or debits and credits?  If quantity, how do you report on it?  If debits and credits, is there a way to just enter monthly totals and not have them aggregrate?  I am trying to create a way for our HR group to just enter monthly headcount figures against specific HC categories, so that we can then report off those values.  We also have Velixo.  i have tested but can’t seem to get quantities to pull into any reports or Velixo formulas.

We’re facing an issue with deleting a payment made via ACH-Ebiz Check. The customer received their payment quote and paid using the direct link we provided. They entered their wire information, and EBiz successfully captured the payment. However, after a few days, the transaction failed to deposit into our bank, and our bank informed us that the ACH wire was unsuccessful.Upon investigation, we discovered that the customer had mistakenly typed the routing number, which caused the problem. We then re-sent a new link for the payment through Acumatica - ACH Ebiz check link, and the customer successfully paid for the order.Now, we have two payments: one that is still open (the failed payment) and the other that was a successful Ebiz check charge.Unfortunately, we cannot delete the first payment that failed. Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with Project Template security: I have assigned a Project Group to a Restriction Group to limit access. In the Project Templates (PM208000) screen, it works correctly (users outside the group cannot see the template). However, in the Projects (PM301000) screen, when clicking the Template selector, all templates are visible and selectable, regardless of the Restriction Group settings. Why the visibility restriction is not applied to the Template lookup field in the Projects screen?

Does anyone have insight on why our Bank Feed Transactions are progressively being available later and later? If I remember correctly, when we first started using Bank Feeds, yesterday’s posted transactions from the bank were available early the following morning. Now, they’re not available until after 1-3pm PST, and sometimes even later than that.We’re on 2025 R1, upgrading to R2 in a few months, using Plaid for the connection to Chase Bank.I’d think Plaid would be able to grab the transactions as soon as they’re posted in the bank.

Has anyone used a 3rd party product for AP automation? Companies like TRAILD, Tipalti, etc?We use the native AP “New Document Recognition”, but it is really klunky, and slow.  We have a ton of 3rd party Landed Costs and outbound freight.   We spend too much time processing these vendor invoices when they should simply just flow through the AP process. thank you.

Good morning,Is there a way to mass update a Customer Class while not changing any of the other settings on a customers account?  When I try changing the class, this pop up appears and it defaults to “Yes” but we want it to click “No” so our customers accounts aren’t changed for their terms.  

Hello everyone. So, I wan to import journal transactions for the Trial balance, base our currency is IDR. So, I got the data of the TB amount is using base currency (IDR) but there is one cash account that i set to USD (The Cash Account is from Account Bank and the transactions of bank is using USD). What should I do if i want to import the Journal Transactions if there’s one cash account that i set to USD (not base currency). Please help to give the explanation and guide of the importing trial balance using Journal Transactions. Thank you.

When using Report Definitions for a consolidated report for Parent Company A, how can I eliminate transactions between subsidiaries B and C to avoid double-counting values?

Hi everyone,I’m looking for advice on the best and safest way to purge data from Acumatica. Specifically, I’d like to remove older transactional records (such as Sales Orders, Invoices, and GL entries from past years) that are no longer needed for daily operations.I understand that transactional data often links back to the General Ledger and other master data, so simply deleting records could cause imbalances or impact historical reports. So we want to be extremely careful. Has anyone successfully purged old data while maintaining data integrity and proper audit trails? Are there any built-in tools, best practices, or third-party solutions you’d recommend? Is it better to archive certain data instead of deleting it entirely? If so, how? I would like to create a consolidated P&L for two tenants, but exclude sales between tenants. More specifically, tenant A sells to tenant B, but that revenue shouldn’t be considered. Can the row set exclude revenue for a specific customer?Any suggestions are appreciated.

How can I set up a consolidated report to eliminate intercompany transactions between Company A (Branch AA) and Company B? I attempted to use the Consolidation in Acumatica but couldn't get it to work. Any advice on what I might be missing? Thank you for your support!

I've set up a Unit Set hierarchy for consolidation, where Company A is the parent of B and C. Based on the documentation, Company A should show the consolidated data of its sub-units. But when I run the report for Company A, it’s not totaling B and C correctly. Is there a specific setting in the Unit Set or Report Definition that I might have overlooked?  

I need to transfer funds from one bank account in 1 currency to another bank account in a different currency. I can’t have a funds transfer or a journal entry with accounts that have different currencies. Is there a way to do this? 

In 2025 R1, Acumatica released electronic payment method to allow for file creation type that used by RBC to pay vendors in the US from a Canadian bank account (like an ACH). Good day. I’m having an issue with my subreport. When I use the reference number range (from and to), it only retrieves the first reference number, and all the results end up being the same.  and this is what i put on my SubReport 

We’re trying to display our current bank balance in the Acumatica system. However, we have found that the balance that Acumatica is wildly different than what the Bank reports. Is there a way to get the tow balances to accurately reflect each other. I think this may have to do with a delay in updating, but I have no idea how to rectify this.

Hey, team - I have a way around this issue, but I’m curious about Why it’s even happening.As a background, our customer has their chart of accounts significantly restricted by Branch.  I know I can simply grant more visibility to the account in question, but I’m curious why I’m getting the error in the first place.  Our customer (not live) is attempting to release a Funds transfer, and the system is attempting to reference the Cash-In-Transit account from the Cash Management Preferences, but the criteria for using it only states that it’s when the Transfer Date precedes the Receipt date.  This is not the case in this transfer.  I’ve also attempted this with the business date equal to the Transfer Date and got the same result.
