I am attempting to reprint a check using the same number in 25R1. I follow steps below but it reprints with the next number, not the same. What am I missing?After printing (without releasing), select “Reprint” action on the Release Payments screen, select the payment, and process. Status is changed to Pending Print.  Print / Process the payment again. Next number is assigned instead of the original. If I try to manually change, it errors saying the number already exists. Thanks in advance!

We cannot find a way where we can point the posting of sales tax payable amounts to individual sales tax payable GL accounts in Acumatica when the Avalara integration is active. IEIL Tax = GL account 2152PA Tax = GL account 2153OH Tax = GL account 2154How is this possible? Currently, all AR documents are posting to the same sales tax payable account listed on the tax GL account tab in the vendor master.

In all the Sales Profitability Reports there are two flags to choose: Released Transactions Only and Completed Transactions Only.Released Transactions Only is easy to understand as it will display only released invoices or all invoices regardless they are released.My question is about Completed Transactions Only. What does actually mean completed transactions? I thought it was closed invoices but, based on the testing I did, it does not seem it is that.  

At summit I seen a few cool examples of people using business scenarios/recurring tasks for month end checklists etc. I am not finding a lot of guidance on the web or in the documentation.Anyone have good examples and/or a good place to go learn more?Anyone using these for sop’s?Screens WZ201000/WZ202000.   

The prepare tax button and process/release was done mid month on accident. Now our GL is off and our generated AP bills are incorrect. Not capturing the second half of the month. The only solution I can come up with is creating a manual AP bill to pull the rest of the sales tax due in, but is there any other way to reverse what has happenned in order to just start over? Is there a way to capture the remaining tax due for October besides a manual AP bill? What would the ramifications be of creating an additional AP bill to pull in the rest of the sales tax due? How does that transmit into next months Sales Tax Prep in ACM? Does it mess anything up if our generated Tax due in ACM does not match what we actually file and pay?Thanks for any help!

Acumatica does not allow us to apply a 2nd Prepayment against a Balanced Invoice if a Prepayment  already transferred to the Invoice from the Sales Order.Here is our process:Create SO Apply Prepayment of 10% to SO Create Balanced Invoice (do not release, we have to wait until our customer picks up the product to release the invoice) - Acumatica automatically pulls the SO Prepayment over to be applied to the Invoice. When customer makes final payment prior to picking up the product, we want to apply a 2nd Prepayment against the Balanced Invoice - Acumatica does not allow this (I found a quirky workaround that if you temporarily unapply the SO Prepayment from the Invoice, apply the 2nd Prepayment, then reapply the SO Prepayment, it will allow you to apply both Prepayments).  The reason we use a Prepayment for the final payment prior to pickup is because we have situations where a customer makes a final payment but doesn’t pick up until the

Hi.  Our client is looking for best practices in tracking vehicle and equipment loans.  How have you addressed this?   Do you create a separate GL account for each loan?  Have you found a way to tie it to the Fixed Asset in the FA module?  Has anyone successfully used subaccounts to make 1 GL account and then use subaccounts to distinguish between particular loans?I know there is this idea out there.  If you need this as well, you can go to the post below and upvoteFixed asset Loan Tracking | Community

Hi everyone, i want to ask about the fund transactions. So, I want to send my money from bank account (USD) to the other bank account (IDR), so it’s different bank accounts and currency. I already fill the blank item in the Fund Transactions, but I don’t get it why my RGOL is still zero (0)?I mean in my source dan destinations have a different date but why it’s still zero RGOL.Please help me to answer this, I’m just confused, where I should put the adjustment transactions of RGOL?Here I put the screenshoot bellow, Please help me to solve this, I really appreciate it. Thank you 

Does Acumatica allow the ability to group multiple purchases to one Asset Under Construction?  A one to one relationship between a purchase and an Asset does not line up in all cases(Example--parts from one vendor and Service from another for one specific portion of an overall project).

Hello! I have successfully configured Acumatica Projects to order stock item to the Project. The item is correctly related to the project and the project has the material cost. The question is this: we are not invoicing a customer, we are using the material for R&D project.  The material needs to get expensed out of inventory (both the physical on hand quantity and the GL inventory account). I am not finding a way to accomplish this (I have some work around ideas but feel there should be an “out of box” process/solution for this).  Thank you to whomever is able to provide some ideas here. (Client has Projects only - Construction not included) 

Hello, Has anyone ever added a Vendor Ref # to the ACH export file? I do see this AddendaInfo.APInvoice_InvoiceNbr field but when I add this field value the export always returns a formula error (even if no formula present, tried removing formula all together).  Thanks, Eric 

We have a vendor for whom we paid multiple invoices in one payment batch. Therefore, there is only one payment reflected in ACU. However, the payment amounts for each invoice withdrew from the cash account individually, so there are now multiple bank transactions that match to a single payment. Acumatica allows you to select multiple payments to match to a single bank transaction, but it does not appear to work the other way around. Does anyone know a way to get this to work that I may be missing, or a handy workaround? I would like to avoid voiding and recreating the payments if I can, but let me know if that is the only way.

We recently upgraded to 2025R2 and set our site to use Modern UI everywhere. Some of our row sets use alphanumeric row codes (“1010A”) and this was causing an error: “Input string was not in a correct format.” The row set was unable to be edited without reverting the Row Sets screen (CS206010) to the classic UI. I then had to manually edit the row codes and formula references. The row set was then able to be converted to the modern UI.  Can anyone at Acumatica confirm if there is a fix coming for this? All of our other row sets converted to modern UI without issue. 

I have been using the Incoming Documents feature to bring in my invoices into Acumatica with the GL, however the subaccounts never populate even though I have it set up on the non-stock sku.

Is there any reason the Application Period would not be the same month as the Application Date on checks? On Prepare Payments screen the Application Period matches the Application Date (users do not manually change this field) but once processed it changes in some cases

Hello,We have a customer that uses ‘locations’ to ship to the various stores under the main customer umbrella. We noticed that the sales person would need to be added to each individual location for them to be attached to it. However, when we do this, it duplicates the customer in its entirety. I have seen in my research about duplication verification, but that is not on my enable / disable list.  I’ve also read that this may not be possible yet (i may have been looking at an old post.) Has anyone else experienced this issue and possibly know a fix?

So in build 25.201.0213, the following screens need to have modern UI enabled, otherwise you’ll get an error when trying to run it. We noticed for the AR and AP unreleased documents, but I switched them all anyways since likely it will be all of them. Site map of screens that needed to be switched. Error when trying to run the Unreleased AR Documents Then trace of it But like I said earlier, just needs to be switched to Modern UI to run them again. I do think they should be backwards compatible, or at least switched to Modern

This new Update Vendor Payment Methods (AP507100) screen in Acumatica 2026 R1 looks really nice. It's a way to bulk update the payment method on open Accounts Payable bills.See screenshot below from my Acumatica 2026 R1 (26.093.0239) beta environment.BUT, I have to enable BILL Integration on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) screen for this new screen to appear in my environment.Does anyone know why this is only available to Bill.com customers? This seems like a useful screen that EVERYONE should be able to benefit from.

Does any one know if it is possible to add a transaction date to the nacha file generated from Acumatica, which would be the day of creation, and use this date as the posting date for payment entry date in Acumatica?  Required to create nacha files with next business day selected to process by requirement of the bank. This creates a bit of confusion with reconciling because of the mismatched days.
