Browsing the Forums, it seems many people have Easypost working with Acumatica to generate their Customs Documentation automatically from Acumatica.  I’ve installed the Easypost customization and have Fedex and UPS working, but I can’t determine which fields on the shipment I’m supposed to enter the required Customs information (Commodity type, Customs Value, Harmonized Code, etc.) to generate the commercial Invoice. It seems easy enough to create the Customs Object for the Easypost API, but I can’t find any documentation on the Easypost customization project (that I believe Acumatica maintains) that shows what fields map to what.  The project does add some extra fields to the shipment.   thanks!

Hi all,I want to bring project ID in Customer details GIIf I dont use the formular it shows the project ID in text. But if I use Isnull formular it shows the result in INT, the formular I use is “ =IsNull([ARInvoice.ProjectID], [ARPayment.ProjectID] )”Does any one know the reason why when using isnull formular the result is different. My aim is bringing project ID from Arinvoice & ARpayment table into 1 column. Thanks in advance!

When sending a quote to a customer is it possible to have the email sent from the owner of the quote?I know you can do this by clicking ‘print’, then sending the email from the this screen and changing the ‘from’ email, but is it possible to set this as standard for when you click ‘send’ from the actions menu?Thank you

Hello,We have multiple warehouses each of which is managed by a different user.****We want to limit the users at each warehouse to only see and alter data for their individual warehouse.****I created a restriction group for warehouse 100 and assigned a user to this.My expectation was that they would not be able to see or do anything in the system for anything other than their assigned warehouse. However, as a test, I logged in as the restricted user and was able to alter sales orders lines assigned to other warehouses.Have I set something up wrong or are my expectations out of line with what restriction groups do?Again, I am attempting to limit a user to warehouse 100 only for every screen in Acumatica for user 3PL.Only warehouse 100 is checked in the images below.

In attempting to import discounts with a Discount Type of “Line” and Applicable to “Customer Price Class and Item Price Class” I’m unable to get the import scenario to create separate sequences for all my combinations (i.e. Customer Price Class = 1, Item Price Class = ABC, and a single Break Point of 0 with a specific discount percentage).  Each row of my source file contains just those three values.  I’m hard-coding the Discount Code and hardcoding ‘<NEW>’ for the Sequence.  If I activate 1 row at a time and import it, I get the desired result, which is a new sequence number for each row of my source file.  But if I activate all rows in the Import by Scenario screen, the all import into a single discount sequence record.  I’ll attach the Import job if anyone could take a look, but I’m guessing I’m missing something basic.  Thanks for any help!

Where can I see our Acumatica “usage”.  My understanding is our Acumatica license cost is based on usage.  So, I want to monitor our usage so I can compare  our usage to what our license allows or what we are paying for.  Thank you for any help you may give us.

Hello,We have a quote with material on the operations.  We want to update all of the material costs used on the quote with the current material’s costs.  There does not seem to be a button or anything that says “update costs” or “refresh costs”.  It seems the only option is to manually research the current costs and manually enter them, or delete the material and re-add it to the quote. Am I missing something?  (Probably a big red button in the middle of the screen I am not seeing!)

Is there anyway when setting parameters for ROP to NOT include production orders?  For purchased component parts, I do not want the calculation to include production orders as that qty should be “allocated” to that production order, therefore shouldn’t count as available inventory.

We would like to have a sales order type such that when selected to start a new sales order the ship-to address and ship-via for pickup will always be the same address/SHIPVIA and override the customer’s and/or customer class ship-to address/SHIPVIA.  Is this possible?

I mentioned a problem that we were having in crediting and reinvoicing a service order in another thread, and then I discovered that this was the problem. We have restricted all users access to cancel invoices (we have specific users who need to create credit memos in specific ways, so we don’t want them to use this shortcut).  As a result of this, the ability to “Add Return Line” has also automatically been restricted.  See below.  The orange should be restricted, the green should be allowed:@Anacarina Calvo  you mentioned that I should log a case to see why the “Add Return Line” was not allowed, would you agree that the Cancel Invoice access should not affect the “Add Return Line” access?  These are two separate functionalities in my opinion.

We issue some POs in which we will physically pick up the goods. Is there a way to change the Ship To details on the Shipping tab of a PO to reflect a Pick Up rather than a shipment?

We have several different warehouses that we stock our component parts depending on which building they are consumed at.  I am trying to set a different ROP for each warehouse.  When I go into stock items and add the other warehouse, I am getting the following message: Error: Another process had added the “INItemRep” record.  Your changes will be lost. In Acumatica can you have different ROP’s for multiple warehouses?

hi, i’m sure i’m just not doing this correctly but i have some conditions in place and would not like to show cancelled or invoiced sales orders. however the cancelled is coming up for this customer. does anyone know what i am doing wrong?

I am attempting to add new columns to the Shipping Zone (CS207500) page. When I ‘Customize Existing Screen’, I can select “Shipping Zones”. However, when I publish (even before adding columns), I get the following error:Building directory '\WebSiteValidationDomain\CstPublished\pages_cs\'.\WebSiteValidationDomain\CstPublished\pages_cs\cs207510.aspx(1): error ASPPARSE: The file '/WebSiteValidationDomain/CstPublished/pages_cs/CS207500.aspx.cs' does not exist. The file '\WebSiteValidationDomain\CstPublished\pages_cs\CS207500.aspx.cs' does not exist. This happens during the validation phase of the publish.Using:Acumatica Cloud ERP 2021 R2Build 21.212.0039 What am I doing wrong?

I'm currently trying to test some of Acumatica's command line functionalities. I created an Instance on a computer through the CLI Tool, and then copied the instance + database over to a different machine. I got the site running by starting it directly with IIS and up until now it’s been running succesfully. However, I am now trying to upgrade the site through the CLI Tool, and Acumatica doesn’t seem to recognize the site's existence. Is there any workaround to get Acumatica to detect the site so that I can run the upgrade/other additional commands?I’m attaching an image for reference on the error I’m getting. Just to be clear, I can only manage this machine through CLI.EDIT: this is the command I ran to start the Site with IISNew-WebApplication -Site 'Default Web Site' -Name 'Acumatica21.1' -physicalPath 'C:\AcumaticaInstances\Acumatica21.1')

Hello,I would like to override the ‘Create Service Order’ action from Projects, as shown below.I’ve found the source code for the action in a class called DialogBoxSOApptCreation but I don’t know how to extend the class or override the action. The class and action definition are below. public abstract class DialogBoxSOApptCreation<TExtension, TGraph, TMain> : PXGraphExtension<TExtension, TGraph>        where TExtension : PXGraphExtension<TGraph>, new()        where TGraph : PXGraph, new()        where TMain : class, IBqlTable, new()    {        public CRValidationFilter<DBoxDocSettings> DocumentSettings;        #region Actions        #region CreateSrvOrdDocument        public PXAction<TMain> CreateSrvOrdDocument;        [PXButton]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Create Service Order", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)]        public virtual IEnumerable createSrvOrdDocument(PXAdapter adapter)        {

We would like to move the opportunity stage to a “stale” stage if the customer hasn’t responded in 30 days.  I was thinking that a Business Event would be the best way to do it, but I am unsure how to take the estimated close date, add 30 days to it and then have the business event change the opportunity status from proof to stale.  Has anyone done this yet?

Hello,I am running/emailing the Sales Order Detail by Customer via a scheduled business event. This is working as expected with one exception.I want to run the report for “Uncompleted Lines Only”.  So I want this box checked. As I said, everything works fine until I try to check this box as shown below.  I have tried a value of T and Y.   I’ve enclosed with quotes and everything else I can think of.Any thoughts?THANKS!!!!

Hi I have a GI with one sort order (due date).  When adding to a dashboard as a data table widget and setting filters, it does not sort as per the GI.  Any suggestions?

We were just told by Procore that we must upgrade our Procore customization in Acumatica or the integration will fail on Monday.Would like to know if anyone else has taken this upgrade especially if they switched from Acumatica’s to Procore’s customization to synchronize between Acumatica and Procore. Our instance is self-hosted in Azure and self-maintained. The instance is comprised of Acumatica 2021 R2 Build 21.212.0039 with customizations only for ProcoreBuiltCustomizationPackage2021R2V3 and VelixoConnectedAppConfig (v6).

I edited the InvoiceNotification template and assigned it at the Sales Order Preferences level for SO Invoices. However, when test emailing an SO Invoice, it still does not use the notification template assigned. What am I missing here?I tried assigning the notification template at the customer profile level and that worked. But, it’s not practical to assign the notification template at the customer level for 3,000 customers.I tried the same thing for Purchase Orders Preferences to assigned a notification template for mailing ID PURCHASE ORDER and it is not using that template when testing a Purchase Order email.

hi, currently our salespeople receive commission on paid invoices only so we are using the payment option to calculate commission. However, if a customer is a discount customer and gets a discount if they pay in a certain amount of days, Acumatica is giving the salesperson commission on the discounted amount.ex: if the sale is for $1,000.00, discount is $10.00, the salesperson should be getting commission on the $1,000 but instead is getting commission on the $990.does anyone know how i can change this or work around this so the salesperson gets the correct commission amount on the full sale?
