When sending a quote to a customer is it possible to have the email sent from the owner of the quote?
I know you can do this by clicking ‘print’, then sending the email from the this screen and changing the ‘from’ email, but is it possible to set this as standard for when you click ‘send’ from the actions menu?

Okay, so if the user has default email account set, then the system should automatically use that rather than the main system email account?
The users have that set already, so I shall test it.

If you have configured multiple email accounts in Acumatica, each user can select a default in their user profile.
