Hello Everyone,For Acumatica 2020 R1 version, is there any possibility to fetch specific orders, based on specific BigCommerce order statuses from BigCommerce to Acumatica. For an example: I want to fetch only the BigCommerce orders having order status as: “Awaiting Payment” and to import further in Acumatica. Can we achieve this from any mappings/configurations or we have to do a specific customization. If customization is needed, can you please help with sample code. Thank you in advance !

Hello experts,I’ve been trying to add a new grid under a new tab in the Stock Items (IN202500) screen. But upon checking out it came to know that we have to add a new Data member property first in order to set the grid and its fields. Can anyone please let me know how can we define a new Data member/View for such a case in detail procedure? Thanks a lot in advance.

I want to format SOOrder.CuryLineTotal to read like 1,000.00 across the entire document. This is due to a formatting issue when having the report do math to the SOOrder.CuryLineTotal value. After the math, it comes out with no comma and more than two decimal places despite the ‘format’ column having of the text box having the right information. Any solutions?

In a sales quote, is it possible to enter in the anticipated costs of the goods on the quote? We can put in a non-stock item, but how do we show what the Gross profit percentage would be on the quote (internal info only of course!)

Hi all,I am trying to change the salesperson on the sales order line via a business event and import scenarioI have looked at the topic in the link below and while the solution there works for a manually processed import scenario it will not trigger a business event (which I believe is due to joins in the GI) I have slightly modified the Import scenario form the previous solution, however the salesperson only changes on the first line, is there anyway to have the import cycle through the details of each line? Thanks,Alan

Up until last week, the Payroll Personal View dashboard that is “out of the box” was working in showing payroll information for our employees.  For our employee’s direct deposit last week, it stopped showing data and this week it is completely blank.  Has anyone encountered this issue and how were you able to fix the problem?  We have not altered this dashboard in any way.  I did also try and do a “Reset to Predefined” in the Dashboard configuration screen and that did not work either. Current View:

Looking for a vendor that provides a check stock that matches the Acumatica default so we don’t have to configure the check form. Any suggestions?

Can anyone tell me how to update an existing line via import scenario? For example, I have a software listed that I am trying to add a missing data point but every time I do it, it adds a new line (duplicate) of the software instead.

Kindly I need support as I tried to make an invoice and then select the project but I can’t find the project I have created in the list??Only appear projects with Base Type: P and I don’t what it refers to?

Hi all,I am using Sales Demo data to test Engineering Change Request, and I am facing the error “Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Vendor value AASERVICES Error: Vendor 'AASERVICES' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object” when checking on checkbox Outside Process and selecting any Vendor. Currently, I am using Acumatica ERP 2020 R2 Build 20.222.0017.Have you any idea about the error or I missed any configuration? Thanks, in advance.

We create purchase orders for and item and then once we receive it, we do an inspection of the item.  Once the inspection is complete, we determine that we are going to pay less for the item than what was on the purchase order.  We need to change the inventory cost, pay the bill at the new amount, and close the purchase order.  What would be the most efficient way to do this?

Hi , In Create purchase orders screen I want to process only certain records according to a condition. And also,  for records those do not meet meet the condition, I want to print an error for each in the processing window. Can I put my logic inside POCreateFilter_Rowselected event handler or FixedDemand.SetProcessDelegate? What is the most efficient way to do this? Thanks

Hi Team,We have added two new custom fields in Process Shipment screen (Build 22.106.0015). One of the field is a date field, when we applied  sort ascending filter to that field, it is not working as expected. On our verification we identified that till 22 pages it worked fine but after that the dates sorts are irregular. In the above screen shot original order date jumped to 11/21/2022 to 7/21/2022.  Can you please review attached sample code and suggest the modifications to fix the issue.Thank you!

We get a warning on many Sales Orders that there are cross sell items available. The message says “Cross-sell items exist for this item. Click the button to select an item.”See screenshot below:We don’t want to see this message any more and it distracts from actual issues like items being out of stock etc.  Is there a way to disable specific warnings via a customization (or elsewhere in the config)? Thanks, Phil

This is a question related to reporting for date-based activities. In an ideal situation I’d be able to create the below Pivot Table showing a column for each day in the upcoming work week. If there is an activity scheduled against that day, I’d be able to display it in my pivot table. If there is no activity on that day, the day column would just act as a “placeholder.”This would be to help users interact with the data and having a Calendar feel.I see a possibly related question here that looks unresolved.Just curious if, within the Generic Inquiry used to generate the pivot table, if I cross join to:CS Calendar? Field service calendar? Payroll calendar?I’d only want to do this in order to generate the upcoming calendar dates. Or maybe there’s an add-in or another way to solve this.Would be great to hear any ideas.ArlineIdeal layout concept is sketched out here:

Good morning Acumatica users! Are you aware of a quarterly 941 summary produced by Acumatica?  Here is  an email thread from our employee that processes payroll to our VAR (it’s easiest to start at the bottom - and screenshot from our VAR is attached.)..and Thanks to anyone who reads this! :)  : They would have to combine three different reports just for the 941 returns. Seems like it should be way easier than this.  Thanks, Candace Moore   Hi Candace, Have you ran any of the Annual Reports or any of the “Employee” Inquiries?  The Annual Reports are grouped by the quarter, but do not show grand totals.  The Inquires are also grouped by the quarter and they also have grand totals.   Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if you would like to setup a meeting to discuss in more detail. Tammy,I’m looking for what Acumatica is, I guess you’d say, telling Aatrix what should be done for taxes on the employer end.  For instance, what pulls into AP when I pull in the weekl
