Solved

Hi Team,Below is the screen shot of my question. I clicked “Load Documents” to show all the open invoices for my transaction period, customer and location. 1) it shows 13,646.73 Applied to Documents after unselecting all invoices. Should it be $0.00 if I unselected all invoices? Why does it show $13K invoices selected? 2) It does not show all open invoices. It only shows 19 invoices when there are 59 open invoices. The next arrow is greyed out. How can I show all open invoices for my criteria?

A client of mine requires restricting access to projects for their project managers. They do have around 15 Project managers. Their access needs to be restricted for projects, Purchase orders and Purchase receipts.I’m just struggling to think of the best way to handle this. I thought of restriction groups however not sure how to do that for 15 different people who require access to a single project or two, purchase orders raised for that project and can do purchase receipts for the project. In the instance, a procurement manager raised a bulk purchase order for different projects at the line level these managers need to be able to pick up the relevant entry for their projects.Any ideas ?

Hi, thanks for any help - rather new to integrating against the Acumatica API and to date have done so only against existing endpoint to create, retrieve and update invoice line details.  This is a first attempt to use a Generic Inquiry and expand the web service endpoint.I have followed the same steps outlined in Accessing Data in Generic Inquiries using Contract Based API’s - Acumatica Cloud ERP to expand the Rest API endpoint with a generic inquiry that provides employee leave balance. The inquiry has no required parameters so simply have {} in the body. The API PUT call fails with  "exceptionMessage": " The given key was not present in the dictionary."I am not very sure where to start to address the error.Note the inquiry uses payroll related and other tables that are not exposed anywhere else in the rest api - if any fields listed in the inquiry mean extending further the web service endpoint to add the objects, please help explain how to know what to add. Please see the screen captu

Good morning! When i convert a sales quote int he CRM to a sales order, it assigns the wrong branch. Is there a setting somewhere that i can manage this through? the sales quote in the CRM does not have the option to choose a branch so when it is converted i guess it just automatically defaults to our ABC branch? I feel like i am just missing a setting somewhere but i have looked and can not figure out where it would be. Any help is much appreciated :) Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know how Acumatica distributes shipping charges on a single shipment that contains multiple sales orders?

TLDR: I want to add Acumatica specific data to the Sendgird Dynamic template for operational emails.  We’re currently testing an email notification triggered by a record update in Acumatica. In the CRM module when an Opportunity moves into a “To Estimating” stage and is saved, a business event triggers an email sent to the contact letting them know their project is being estimated. The problem is the HTML builder were using (stripo) doesn’t work well with Acumatica (the image hosting is outside of Acumatica so none of the images pass through to the email). We now have a SendGrid account and are using the dynamic template builder to create this new email, however I am not sure what I need to add into the html to allow for Sendgrid to pass Acumatica information like: >Estimate # ((CROpportunity_opportunityID)) <The other option is to build the template in sendgrid and copy/paste the html into the notification template in Acumatica...but if we are using the sendgrid API isnt the ema

Hi,I have added a custom field to the ARTran table but I am getting an error when trying to access the extension of this table to update this custom field via code.I imagine I need to replace ‘ARTran’ with something else, but not sure what it would be.Here is the code I am currently using to access this extension:var row = (ARTran)e.Row;ARTran rowExt = row.GetExtension<ARTran>();And here is the error I get:\App_Code\Caches\ARInvoiceEntry.cs(55): error CS0311: The type 'PX.Objects.AR.ARTran' cannot be used as type parameter 'TExtension' in the generic type or method 'PXCacheEx.GetExtension<TExtension>(IBqlTable)'. There is no implicit reference conversion from 'PX.Objects.AR.ARTran' to 'PX.Data.PXCacheExtension'.What do you suggest I replace ARTran with to access the custom field via the extension? Kind regards,Andrew

A client was using the formula MonthName(@MonthStart,-1) in a column heading.  Obviously this use the current date and does not allow the specification of a starting period.  Using Report.FormatPeriod(@StartPeriod,-1) gets the period as 10-2021, 09-2021, etc.  Is there another formula that would return the description of the period as Oct 2021, Sep 2021 etc?

Good day,I used this import scenarios a number of time.  Now I am getting the below message.  I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is now.  Attached is the HTML.   Any suggestions?  Need help.  Operations needs these orders upload ASAP.Thank you@Naveen Boga  Your help is always spot on. =The system failed to commit the shipmentlist row. Hi Experts,One of our customers looking for creating customers from the mobile App.I would appreciate your response in this case. Thank you.

Hi, I have developed a custom screen, it’s working fine in my development instance. Then we published it in a UAT instance for testing and when we checked , it was working previously but now the screen is not visible in the workspace we added. Even the admin has the right to access this custom screen but the screen is not there. So we unpublished the customization project and removed it from the instance. Then we published again the same project package and this time the screen is not available in the project as well. we unpublished it and published again, still the screen id is empty as below.customization project in the uat instancedoes someone have an idea on this issue?Thank you in advance.

Is there a way to stop freight lines from being taxed on invoices.  We have implemented avalara avatax.

Acumatica will only allow items from the same warehouse on a shipment.I’m trying to understand the logic for why this would be limited.I have customers with multiple warehouses in the same building and items on a sales order could come from any of those warehouses. They would like to be able to have all the items on one shipment record. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

How can I see non-replenishment items on sales orders that I need to order?  Here is my issue.  We often have a salesperson put an item on a sales order, and we  have zero of that item in stock (and zero on order).  The item does not have a replenishment set for it.  AND the sales person does not mark the item for “Purchase Order”.  How can I prepare a Puchase Order and have this item show up on the Purchase Order?  Or how can I “see” this item so i know to put it on a purchase order?  Thank you in advance for any help you can give to me.
