Solved

Hello,A bit of a weird one here. I have created a new custom screen that is essentially an inquiry. I have complex parameters that I need to default which is why I am going this direction in lieu of generic inquiry. Anyway, I cannot get it to be found in selector when trying to add it as a dashboard widget. I have a feeling that there is a view or filter attribute that I am missing. I looked at Project Transaction Details (PM.40.10.00) and Commitments (PM.30.60.00) screens for reference, to no avail. I have a feeling it is something small that I am missing. Very simplified code below (I have not set where clause to interact with filter): public class BlyCommInq : PXGraph<BlyCommInq> { public PXFilter<BlyCommFilter> Filter; public PXCancel<BlyCommFilter> Cancel; public PXSelect<BlyComm> BlyCommView; [PXHidden] public class BlyCommFilter : IBqlTable { #region Year ... #endregion

Hi all, I need to create an email template, which will send the email to the created by and all approver when the CA being rejected or approved.I already created a business event, and the process is successful, but the problem is, not sure why the email will only send to 1 approver. For example: below transaction need 3 approver to approve,After rejected, email should be sent to the document creator and 3 of these approvers. But the result only sent to the creator and the approver in the first line.why will this issue appear?

Hi All, We are having the following error when generating invoice for a contract.Issue: User is logged into Branch A Trying to generate invoice under Contracts screen. Branch for this Contract is B. If the logged in user changes the current branch to B and then generates invoice it works fine. This used to work in our previous version of 2019R1, recently we have upgraded to 2022R1 and hence started seeing this issue, so just thinking if the upgrade has put in some sort of restrictions for Cash accounts based on the branches.

Is there a way to remove the viewing of a column from all users? I can remove the column from my view by using the Column Configuration pop up window, but is there a way to apply this to all users?Screenshot below for reference. Thanks

Hi Team,Need to know how to save only selected rows records only. Can someone help me out? Thanks

I have recently been experiencing performance issues when uploading data files for import scenarios or import scenarios which contain data files. These are not huge files.I can upload to sharepoint and other platforms.  However, Acumatica is almost unusable for this.I’ve had others upload for me and they go right up without issue, so it seems to be me.However, as I said, I can upload the same files to other platforms like Sharepoint without any problems.I have recently moved and using a new ISP, but I am unsure why this would only be affecting Acumatica uploads.Any thoughts?

Hi sometimes we have entries missing in GI if we view it 100% via google chrome.Example for this appointment 029583-1. It shows up in 80% view. But it disappears in 100% view. Is there any resolution around this? It’s inconvenient for our team and make us missed out on appointments that we don’t even know were missing.See the screenshot below. It doesn’t appear below and we thought 029583-1 would appear in the next page . But as you can see in the next page, It skipped 029583-1 completely and moved on the next number. This is not good and very risky for us to missed out data. Please advice oh what we could do to prevent this. Changing the zoom view is temporary and might make other entries missing as well.

Any ideas?  My customer would like to be able to track a type of 'backorder' on a transfer between warehouses.  If in one warehouse the goods are normally stored and a transfer to another warehouse is needed. When there is insuffiencent quantity in the standard warehouse to fullfill the transfer, a ‘backorder’ transfer is then created.

Hi,Our users is asking us to Add “Uber Freight” as new Carrier plug-in. Do you have example/Documentation on how to implement that?

Hi, I added GeneratePaymentLink Action in Web Endpoint Services, so the problem is, in API it is always proceeding but in GUI there’s error: “Amount Due is Required”. How can I catch that error in Web Endpoint Services?

Dear Team,I tried changing the DisplayName of the Contact field on the Case screen by doing it on “Customize Attributes”. But it didn't work.[PXUIField(DisplayName = "Contact", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.Visible)]Change to [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Contact Person")]  Please help me the solution ! Note: Acumatica Version 2020 R1 Best Regards,NNT

Has anyone encountered this error before?: GL Error: Cannot update the record. The record Account (4000-103) has been marked as deleted. Your changes will be lost.  We are working on an implementation for a client and had deleted the “4000-103” numbered account. Acumatica now wont let me recreate the same account #? Is there a specific root cause for this? Anyway to get around this?

HI All,I’ve had 2 upgrades in the last week and the users have complained that their system is slow after the upgrade. I have told them to clear their cache for all users, but does anyone else have any tips??I looked to see if this was a known issue and could not find it.  Thank you!

We created a Customer Sales Price specific to warehouse: Prices aimed to a particular warehouse. This is a Sales Price Worksheet. On a Sales Order for the customer the customer price for the warehouse updateOn at Project Quote for the same customer the sales price is not updating from the Sales Price worksheet. The Customer setup for shipping instructions is setup for a default warehouse. Is this correct that the Project quote does update on the warehouse setup for the customer

Hi Community.  I am writing an Excel VBA macro to chug through invoices and price books to update vendor costs and retail prices for stock items in Acumatica via the REST API.  If it finds an item on an invoice that is not currently in Acumatica, it can create it.  It sets the vendor costs and retail prices by calling VendorPricesInquiry and SalesPricesInquiry respectively (a sample of the former is given below).  All is working fine.  If the item already exists and I want to update the vendor cost, say, from an existing vendor, I kind of run into a problem, since that item already has a vendor cost for that vendor.  I have found a workaround by deleting the old cost and inserting a new cost.  Not pretty, but it works.  How exactly would I just do an update?  Also, I’m pretty new to REST API, so I haven’t been able to get a date to work (every time I try to include a date, my query fails).  I want to set the EffectiveDate to a specific date, when I update an item.  How do I do that?  I

Is anyone aware of how to override the default replenishment settings on an import scenario for stock items?

Have formatted the excel import file date field to not display the time.  When imported into Acumatica, it brings a time stamp.  Just need the date, not the time.  Have attempted setting the field on import scenario to “=TEXT([column name], “dd-mm,yyyy)”This does not work.Any suggestions?

I am still learning what Time & Expense actually does.  One question comes up.  If I have a time card where part of the time entries are in, (for example), the month of November and the others are in the month of December, (or even if part of the time entries are in Fiscal Year 2023 and the others are in Fiscal Year 2024), how does Acumatica process those split entries when we want to close our Financial periods at the end of every month and the end of every year?Thank you,

Can Acumatica issue pay cards to those employees who do not have a bank account?

Where can I find the lists of product suggestions from users and then have the ability to vote upon suggestions?   I am going in circles trying to locate this service. Thanks!
