Do we store the return label tracking number in Acumatica?

We have a client who, in the normal course of business, takes photos of their work.  In their legacy system, they have the ability to not only embed these images to their customer-facing forms, but can also annotate them with labels to briefly describe what their customers are looking at.Has anyone encountered this requirement and if so, how did you solve it?

Hi All,I want to save the huge xml response in SQL Server.At present, I am trying to convert total xml response to string and saving to DB, but here total response is not saving as the content is very very big.So want to try like saving the response as it is like xml. In the previous versions of Acumatica you could go into the Automation Steps to add values to the Source drop down on Opportunities.  There are no Opportunity StepID’s defined in 2020 R2 so how do you go about changing that drop down list?

How can i apply payment for AR invoices from a bank statement? We go by the bank statement on whether or not the customer paid. We want to bring this excel file and apply on open invoices.

Hello, I believe I know the answer to this question but I wanted to confirm as I am still just learning the system. Is there a way to create a mass 1 step transfer for multiple items on different dates? All of these will be going from and to the same locations so only the dates for the transfer would be different. Seeing as the date is in the document header for a 1 step transfer I am thinking I cannot do an upload with all of the transfers on separate dates but I wanted to confirm.  Thanks,

We are trying to create a business event that is sent out every Friday prior to everyone getting to work.  We are a world wide company so the start times are all different.  What time would the automation schedule use to send the reminder out?  The originators time zone, branches time zone?? Thanks

Anyone else using Chrome having issues with Aatrix? I just allowed Chrome to disable Flash since it will be retired in Chrome this month. I’m assuming this has caused my issue as Aatrix will no longer open. The Government Reporting processes and shows a green check-mark that the operation completed after running a report but Aatrix never opens.I opened Microsoft Edge and was able to complete. So I’m not sure what the issue is other than Flash.

Some of our deposits were posted to the bank deposit as a date in the subsequent month in error. I see the option to reclassify the journal transaction related to it, however the date I need to change to is in the previous month (different period). It gives me a yellow exclamation mark with the error, but there are no options to change the period? I also just tried to process and proceed, but it does not move forward.  

Dear community, I would like to show a message to the user from an event handler. In my case it is Events.RowInserted.I tried throw new PXException and PXSetPropertyException. Both are logged to the Trace but nothing pops up in the browser. Any help is welcome.

Hi guys,I want to tracking serial number for some high value item. I enabled Lot and Serial Tracking feature. I created a Serial class and used on an item. Than I tried to follow below manual to test it but there is no separate line let me scan serial number. I was wondering how well our Acumatica distribution takes care of planning purchase orders and inventory projection (calculation). Attached is a possible scenario in Excel format.. I have also submitted this to AUGForums.com  (https://www.augforums.com/forums/acumatica-distribution-modules/replenishment-demand-calculation-and-order-types/#post-6068 )., I didn't check D250 but I did search the help.acumatica.com and didn't find any answer. The projection of SOs, shipments, POs, receipts and inventory level for a particular item in to the next 4 weeks is a basic necessity for warehouse people. purchasing people and manufacturing people. It should be available in the inventory module and the MRP module. When inventory falls below the ROP for instance in week 2, a red flag should be raised. In the Azure AD integration documentation it states that “Your company should have a Microsoft Azure subscription to register your Acumatica ERP instance in Azure AD”.  Does that mean that a premium-level P1 or P2 subscription is needed for each user or will the “free” tier included with Microsoft 365 work?

A client is syncing Active Directory credentials from their on-premise domain to the “free” tier of Azure AD included with Office 365. They are using a cloud-hosted instance of Acumatica.  Can AD integration be set up with their Azure AD instance or would ADFS be required since their on-prem infrastructure is still the authoritative source?

In the old site I remember there was a way to filter the ideas to see just your own. I can’t seem to find this functionality in this new website. I tried to search by my username, but it didn’t work.

Is there a formula or function to count the days from the beginning of a period to the end of a period specified to the ARM report form?  I tried the following but it’s not giving the correct result:=DateDiff('d', @PeriodEnd, @PeriodStart)

Is there a way to Re-activate a Service Contract if it has been cancelled? A client of mine has cancelled an Imported Contract by mistake and has to keep using the same number. I know that I can’t delete or suspend it, so is there a way to do this without a data change?

Hi!I run a report for our sales team every week that includes the following: The problem with this report is that the column “OrderStatus” gives me that status of the sales order, when i really need the status of the sales order line.  Ex: The sales order has 5 lines on it, 4 of the 5 lines are shipping but the one that is not shipping shows up on the report with a status of “shipping” because the status of the sales order is shipping but the line is not.  Is there anyway to get a line status put in there?

Does anyone have a clever way to use a Parameter in a Generic Inquiry to generate a HAVING clause in SQL right after the GROUP BY clause? It generates a WHERE clause which doesn't allow me to work with the aggregation results.I can do an on-the-fly filter, but I was hoping to use a Parameter.
