Is there way to create a TB starting balance update? We have already uploaded a starting TB and need to change a few accounts. From what I see, even when I only populate the Trial Balance screen with my desired GLs once I release and the Journal Transaction is created it includes every GL and assumes the GLs I did not populate I want set to zero and the corresponding journal tran is populated with that assumption. I am unable to delete any of the lines for GL I do not want to touch.  Other than just posing a manual journal can this be done through Trial Balance?

we have a P.O. that was created from a change order.  We need to change the quantity and cost on it because the vendor can’t supply all of the product on time and we need to add a new item to the PO for and alternate product. PO is still open and nothing has been received or an AP bill has not been created.  Usually you can just put the PO on hold and make changes, but it is greyed out.  The Change order is also still on hold. we are running 2020 R2 (20.212.0038)ThanksAndrew

In our BC implementation, we want to allow customers to shop by brand. Brand ID is a native field in BC. Is it possible to have an attribute in Acumatica that identifies the brand of a product which can then be sent over to BC? Here’s how we tried to have it set up but the sync does not seem to be working.  

I have been trying to setup additional functionality to the mobile app but one function keeps throwing a “Server Error (404)” message.  (Yes, I know that 404 is page not found).Even the example in the only documentation I have fails. (Documentation example for invoices from “2019 R1”.Basically all I am trying to do is after displaying the list of Shipments, then tap on that shipment to change or edit it.  But the error occurs whenever I add the command of     add containerAction "editDetail" {      behavior = Open      redirect = True    }Why does that generate that 404 error message?  And how do I correct that with 2020 R2?

If a user is required to approve a document via an approval map, is there a way he or she can reassign it to another user?   The only obvious options are Approve and Reject.

I have a requirement to cancel the PO,  from a customization screenbased on the business logic. I have a custom processing screen and would like to clear out values of other fields on my filter based on a combobox changing.  I’ve have CommitChanges set to true on my combobox but can’t get the text box values to clear.  I can set a breakpoint and see that the values are changing to null but they stay on the screen until I change the combobox back to Pallet then back to Truck and back to Pallet again.  But the first time the UI doesn’t show the change.Here is my FieldUpdated logic:           protected virtual void _(Events.FieldUpdated<PMTaskToAssignFilter, PMTaskToAssignFilter.assign> e) {            PMTaskToAssignFilter row = e.Row;            if (row.Assign != AssignTypes.Truck) {                 row.DeliveryNumber = null;                row.TrailerNumber = null;            }        }

Hello, can Acumatica integrate with Outreach?

This is my first time doing a customization outside the T190 training course. In a local environment I created a customization project with four new fields.  They are just text fields with no logic behind them.  Everything works fine in the local environment.  I then exported the customization and imported it into another instance.  On the second instance the database fields got created and the text boxes show on the form.  Unfortunately the fields don’t have any labels and data won’t save to those fields.  I’m not sure if the extension library I created got moved to the second instance.  The version of my local instance is 21.108.0032 and the version of the other instance is 21.104.0018.  Not sure if that will make a difference or not. Attached is my customization project.  

The User need to create deferred revenue functionality in Receivable. Ex.   Sales order line Amount ---10000 (Configuration Changes) Once Shipping process and complete value should be transacted to Deferred Revenue Account. When complete the Configuration process in steps by step, user is creating invoices. Does someone know what is the actual formula for import Vendor Attributes?I want to import lots of the data on Vendors - ATTRIBUTES -  Vendor Products highlighted as belowI have tried, but come out error Formula of import scenariosCR Error: One or more Attributes are not valid.

I have made an action in Customiztion Project Editor to print a custom report from Invoice screen, but I am unable to add that action to a mass action on a GI.  I can add an action to the GI through the Automation Steps screen that does show on the mass actions in a GI,  but I can’t add the custom report to the action.  Does anyone know if this is possible and where i can find some documentation on this?  Thank you.

And since we are planning to use shopify to receive customer’s orders. Can these prices be sync up to shopify and displayed to customers?

Hi Team,We have  a requirement  to print multiple dropship order into a  single reports. Example There are  three Dropship PO, where each order is having 5 items. When a report is generated, we would  like to see all the 15 items in single report / page. In other words, we are looking for a way to send items as a  dataset to reports for displaying all the items at once. Thanks Deebhan    

Does anyone know if there is any progress toward the Vendor Shipments (AM310000) working with the carrier plugins?  If not, how do other companies, or what is the Acumatica recommended way, to create an actual, physical shipment after using the Vendor Shipment screen?  Many companies send all of their shipments to the shipping department. Ideally, the Vendor Shipment screen would just work with the carriers like the Shipment screen, which is closely resembles.  Almost as good would be a ‘Create Shipment’ action which would create an actual Shipment from the Vendor Shipment. Any ideas or suggestions?  This must be a common issue for anyone using carrier plugins and needs the functionality of vendor shipments.  Thanks!

Do we have ? or can we have a option to see the GL posting effect (Dr/Cr) before releasing a transaction. Now we have to post the transaction to see the GL posting and if any mistake we either need to reverse or do adjustment entries.

Hi we are stuck and 2months behind in our implementation of Acumatica.   Our BOMs often consist of standard components and custom Make to Order components.  From the sales order it seems Acumatica generates the production order for the parent but uses MRP to generate the children.  The children production tickets then don’t contain information about the sales order or customer making it confusing for our shop production team (they don’t know what order the custom components are for).  We can’t use Auto Create Linked Orders or else it will disregard on hand inventory for standard components.  Hoping you can shed some light how you manage production tickets for sub assemblies?
