2Hi All,I have  2 customized fields in subcontract Lines. while creating AP bills from subcontract I want to carry forward this field values to another custom field in Bills and Adjustment Line. I tried to achieve this through “CreateAPInvoice” override method in Subcontract ,  but i’m not sure how to execute this correctly below are my incomplete lines of code. Hi,I’m having trouble with the acumatica’s automated testing wherein I wasn’t able to make the test pass every time I’m passing a value to the subaccounts. We are using the integrated shipping connector within Acumatica. We are having inconsistent challenges when attempting to ship to Puerto Rico. I noticed Acumatica has a setting where the country can be PR (which does not make sense). I am curious how others are able to ship via UPS and what information we need to input. The error we get is either - no international information is entered, or incorrect zip code.  

We have a running live environment for a couple of years now. Due to business ownership change and/or restructuring, the financial year for the company has changed. Current: Jan to Dec - 13 periods (with period 13 as adjustment period) The change:The current Financial Year 2020 has increased to 18 months until June 2021 (i.e. Jan 2020 until Jun 2021).After that, the Financial Year will be 13 periods again from July 2021 to Jun 2022…. and so on. I need help on how can this be smoothly implemented. Thanks  

Hello,I am setting up a new Acumatica instance in AWS. The DB is MySQL 8.0 and hosted on AWS RDS.When we try to setup a new instance, it is throwing below error.I have checked server variable “log_bin_trust_function_creators” and it is ON.Can someone please help me out to resolve the issue?Appreciated,HarishD

HI, We have created a AP Invoice and Created a Cheque. After six months Customer not process the cheque and we need to Void it. After void the Payable Check, needs create a New Check. What Would be the way to do this? Re-Print Check Functionality can be used for this?Can be used same Cheque Number using Re-Print Check Number? Regards

Hi,We tried to login the Acumatica instance using different branches through postman. When we check the System Monitor screen, it always showing the first logged in record and other records not showing on the screen.Can any one please let us to know why all the records not showing on the System monitor screen?

I would like to save emails directly from outlook to existing Project Issues and not have to convert email to PDF. I have the Acumatica add on button to me Outlook Ribbon but it only gives me the option to create a new Project Issue.

I’m trying get the unit cost on the opportunity document details.  I’m following the same process I was given for enabling the unit cost on sales order lines. (https://community.acumatica.com/customizations-147/how-can-enable-the-unit-cost-field-on-the-details-tab-of-sales-order-6709?postid=21524#post21524) I’ve added the new workflow with the unit cost field and the row selected event handler. The OpportunityMaint doesn’t have a definition for  Base.Document and Base.Transactions but I’m not sure those are necessary since I removed that code from the sales order line and it still has the unit cost enabled.  When I add a line to the opportunity document details the unit cost is editable but then when I select an inventory item the unit cost is no longer editable.  I’m not sure what I can do to change that behavior.

Dear Experts,We are facing a peculiar issue that I wanted your input with.  We have a few non-stock items with a price-sheet in Acumatica. We also built an external integration via REST APIs to create an invoice in Acumatica from an external system. The pricing is different in Acumatica’s price sheet vs External System for one particular Invoice Item, say PRODUCT_X. Since we don’t want Acumatica to calculate it’s own list price when the price comes from External System, we tried to set the UnitPrice, ListPrice, ExtPrice and Amount fields through the API. Acumatica accepts all of them except for ListPrice. It always sets the ListPrice to be the price that Acumatica calculates through the Sales Price Sheet. Do you know if this a known behavior? I am still able to edit the List Price from the UI, but it’s just that I am not able to set it via API. Thanks again for your valuable input, as always!

So apparently my client has had more than 1 issue with his employees imputing the wrong date in a field. Like 2120 instead of 2021. How can I create a customization that red flags this and doesn’t allow a save. Something like if date doesn’t equal 2021 -2022, red flag. I think I’d like to implement this system wide to any date field, thoughts? Thanks!

How I can save each grid in its own table (Even if I click on save at the level of each grid nothing is saved)

I’m testing the hierarchy system of Item Classes and have a question on what I can report/filter with them. Particularly, when I filter on a parent item class I would like to see all of its child entities. For example, if my hierarchy is:1.1.11.1.21.2.11.2.21.3.11.3.2I would like to filter on 1.x.x and see everything or I could filter on 1.2.x and only see the 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 or filter on 1.3.2 to just see those items. Is that possible?Another example of what I’m looking for is how the Inventory by Item Class (IN408000) screen gives the options of ‘Related to Only the Current Item Class’ or ‘Related to the Current and Child Item Classes’.I do understand that I could filter on ‘Contains’ as opposed to ‘Equals’, but that is on more thing to explain to people.-Adam  

I'm working to upgrade from 2019R1 to 2021R2.Credit card processing is quite different in 21R2 than I'm familiar with. I need some direction for how to process Sales Orders with Credit Cards using the REST API in 21R2.I'm currently using the REST API to insert Sales Orders with a credit card payment (authorized only, not captured) using the SalesOrder endpoint. As part of the API call to the SalesOrder endpoint, I only have to provide the PaymentMethod and external PreAuthorizationNbr. This corresponds to a tab in the SO called "Payment Settings". It works great, but no longer exists in 21R2. I understand that I now need to use the Sales Order -> Payments tab, but it's not clear to me how to associate the external pre-authorization with the Payment and Application using the REST API.Can anyone point me to documentation or examples or using the REST API to insert Sales Orders with pre-authorized (or even captured) credit card transactions.Should I use the REST API to build a Payment

Labor A clock entry into a work order 1, when I try to test if A can clock in to run Work order 2 at the same time, looks like A has to clock out from Work order 1 first.. but the real situation is A can work on 1 and 2 at the same time.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?thank youZoey

Does anyone have an efficient way to grant a user view only access to the entire database?Thinking of an external auditor or a C-Level client, who wants to be able to poke around, but should not be able to create/modify/delete anything.Outside of creating a role and then clicking on every single form and saying view only.Hoping someone has come up with something more efficient!Thank you!
