How to resolve error when cancel Sales Orders

Hi @abdi  Yes, Please provide the issue details.

by looking at screenshot, I can say, “QT Status” is a custom field, when you click on the Cancel Order, your customization logic invoked and causing this issue.

Can you please clarify below questions.

  • Is “QT Status” mandatory field?
  • With your customization, is this causing for only OLD orders?
  • Have you unpublished your customization and verified, is this issue occurred after uninstall your customization?

Hi @abdi

Please provide following details to check :

  • Version & build
  • Are there any customization on specific screen
  • Trace Log (Tools>Trace )
  • How was this Sales order created?

    Hi @vkumar  SO made from API and only this SO has the error

     

    Hi @Naveen B there is no custom field for “QT Status”, and this error appears only on one OS created from the API

    Build 21.203.0030

     

    after I checked, "QT status" is customization, an error occurred while upgrading the build from 21.202 to 21.203
