by looking at screenshot, I can say, “QT Status” is a custom field, when you click on the Cancel Order, your customization logic invoked and causing this issue.
Can you please clarify below questions.
- Is “QT Status” mandatory field?
- With your customization, is this causing for only OLD orders?
- Have you unpublished your customization and verified, is this issue occurred after uninstall your customization?

- Version & build
- Are there any customization on specific screen
- Trace Log (Tools>Trace )
- How was this Sales order created?

after I checked, "QT status" is customization, an error occurred while upgrading the build from 21.202 to 21.203
