Signature required in pick pack and ship

Hi,

 

Was wondering how you can select signature required for a shipment if you are using the “pick, pack and ship” functionality.

Hi @mkideckel 

You can add a custom field ( user defined field ) to shipment document. But checking column value to validate next action may require customization.

Hi @mkideckel 

Here are my thoughts. Since, all open shipments are available on Pick, Pack and ship module. a custom workflow between Hold and Open status just to identify ‘signed’ shipments may work. Since the Pick, Pack and ship process is primarily paperless cant think of another alternative.

Hi @vkumar thanks for the reply, i’m referring to on the ship part where you choose the carrier, is there anyway to check that signature is required for the shipment. Right now I only see it on the shipment tab of the individual shipment (not in pick, pack, ship), but this would mess up the pick, pack, ship flow if you have to get out each time.
