Hello everyone,I am dealing with a peculiar issue with closing the fixed assets financial periods. To give some background, I was reconciling some new assets and I needed to open some old periods for the reconcile+ transactions to be in the right period. When I tried to close the periods again the system gave me an error stating that I had a bunch of unreleased fixed asset transactions. The assets in question are all fully depreciated assets that were brought in at the go-live with the “update gl” checkbox de-selected. Now I am stuck with this module being open all the way back to 10-2020. Has anyone come across this issue before? There are no transactions to release on Release FA Transactions FA503000.   Thanks

In the mobile app for 1 client the SO page is displayed differently than my others. The SO nbr itself isn’t displayed, so when my client has to find a SO by it’s Nbr he has to do a universal search. He said it wasn’t like this a week ago. I noticed there was an update to the iOS app about a week ago. Has anyone else seen anything like this? I’ve tried to find differences in customs with other clients, and can’t. This client is on the latest version of Acumatica. Also a suggestion, a separate category for mobile apps? 

I’m creating a production Order through the processing screen where it doesn’t have a SyncTimeTag table used. when i create any transaction manually from the screen its saves a record with the note id in  SyncTimeTag table. So, while creating a production order an error throws like Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'NoteID', table 'DB.dbo.SyncTimeTag'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.The statement has been terminated.

Does anyone know of a way to Export and then Import Document Templates? I looked to see if I could add them to a customization, but dont see a way. Seems like an issue if you have users in UAT creating these documents, and not a way to get them moved to production. 

Hello Everyone,I have an instance with Build 20.212.0038 and have configured Authorize.Net as processing center and payment method and using to map with BigCommerce Authorize.Net payment method.But as soon as I am selecting Processing Center ID the Release Payments checkbox getting disabled and then the synced payment records are not getting released automatically.Can someone please suggest on how we can configure the settings to Release, synced payments automatically.

Hi @Naveen B , All, me again :-).  I have created an import scenario to create Sales Orders from information in a file.  The issue I am having is when the there are duplicate items for the same SO in the file.  The duplicate inventory lists in the Sales Order fine however adding the Batch and Batch Expiry is where I cant get it to work.Any help appreciated. We have a few items that the Vendor is requesting that we order in multiples of 10. We thought of doing a Pop-Up Note for the item so it would appear when placing on a PO, but then it appears on the Sales Order screen also.  This is confusing to the order entry users. Any other suggestion on how to accomplish ordering the correct amount on the PO?

I have a customer who costs EVERYTHING used to manufacture an item (i.e. pallets, bags, box labels, etc.). But a quantity of 1 is used per manufacturing order, not per piece during an operation.Is there a way to add those items to the BOM without having to have it be a fraction of the item per item produced?Please help :)

Hi there,we would like to use backflushing in multilebel boms. Automated reporting back of work and material works fine for one-level-BOMs. However, if we use multilevel BOMS (e.g. a BOM with a subassembly) then we always need to report work back for all operations. This can be very annoying since we sometimes have 10 operations in one BOM and also several operations in subassemblies. We also marked the subassembly BOMS as phantoms. And we also marked backflushing everywhere. However, it does not work automatically. Is there any possibility to automate this? Thank you very much.Best Wishes  maracuja 

say if i want to review run a report to show production ticket A and B from the period of Nov  2021 labor hours details. it seems like the native report do not have a field of production ticket number..the exact field for filtering.. do we have to customize the report?thank youZoey

What is the process required to enable the report attached below in order to run the report, we cannot run this report using the report parameters as well. The screen ID of the form is RQ302000.Requisitions Form

An ap quick check was produced for an employee as they were found as a vendor when the check was entered.  Which was kind of cool that you did not need to make up an employee and an employee vendor to reimburse out of payroll.However, if you go in and try to void that quick check you get an errorEmployeeID 101087 cannot be found in the system.note 101087 is part of the error as the employee id and not an error codehas anyone run into this issue. I have researched and cannot seem to find any issues beyond simple instructions to void a check

There is a “Weight Item” checkbox in the Stock Items screen in Acumatica 2021R2. What does this checkbox do?  

At times, a check is mis-printed for one reason or another (call it check # 1001).  If using pre-printed check stock, check # 1001 can no longer be used.  If you simply re-print and move onto the next check number (#1002) that works fine for getting the check to the payee.  Yet, the system does not recognize or capture the fact that check # 1001 was mis-printed and voided or shredded.  A Controller or Treasurer wants to account for missing checks.  Other systems I know allow you to enter a Void Check by simply going into Checks and Payments-equivalent and entering a check number and $0 amount and Release/Post as a void check (not acting like Acumatica’s Void feature - which works great by the way - but is not the same as the feature I am seeking here in this post).Acumatica does not appear to address this in any way. I tentatively recommended using Banking module and creating an Entry type “VOID”.  Then, create a Banking module cash entry transaction to enter the check number in the Do

Hello,We seem to be having an issue receiving a 2-step Transfer Receipt in Acumatica 2021 R1 Build 21.104.0018. The first error message says the Vendor Currency doesn’t exist in the warehouse - in this case the vendor we’re receiving from is one of our warehouses.We’re kind of able to bypass this and add the transfer destined for this warehouse but when trying to release the Transfer Receipt, we get the error message below. 

we observed bit different behavior in SHIP TO ADDRESS of Shipment screen. We have created Transfer type sales order, while creating sales order we have overridden the SHIP TO ADDRESS in Sales Order, then created shipment, now in shipment screen, when we uncheck the "Override Address" checkbox, the address are changing to some default address. Can someone please help us. we are in Acumatica 2020R2, build 20.208.0031, without any customizations. Is this default behavior of Acumatica ?Please have a look at below screenshots.

Is it possible to get non stock item details to be shown on the sales order report in Acumatica, for now they only contribute to showing the order total in the report but is it possible to show this information as well?lines 2 and 3 are required to be shown in report
