In some cases, components within a kit can dropship directly from a vendor to a customer. How can I manage this in Acumatica without removing the component from the kit?

I’m a business event noob…. I feel like this is 99% complete and someone from this community could get this over the goal line. See screenshots below. I created a custom GI to list project records. The business event is supposed to create a new service order via import scenario when a new project has been created. The business event doesn’t process because “location can’t be found in the system”, however that location does in fact exist. Does anybody know what I’m missing or doing wrong?

Hello，    I put the sub report in the group header align to left, and set its text align to left         But when I run , the sub report will still show in the middle of the master report          Is there a way I can make the sub report to align left?

Hello Everyone, Just want to find out if we can specify a reprot template that can be used according to assigned role? e.g. when a Billing person runs a Sales Order report to be printed, it does not include the logo etc as they will be printing on a ‘pre-printed’ form and would only need the specific details like the item, price, tax etc. But if a Salesperson print the same Sales Order, it will printed everything including the logo etc. Thank you guys in advance. Kind regards,Mrivera69

What are some of the best practices regarding packing of generic inquiries in customization projects? Acumatica defaults the screen ID to GI.00.XX.XX, and if you try to publish a project with conflicting screen IDs it fails. I know we can change the screen ID ourselves, but I’ve seen issues in the past where this would completely break the automatic numbering when a user tries to add a new generic inquiry to the site map.  

Hello,        we have a little customization that to count each ship line’s qty according to the item’s temperature zone(which is also a customization field, but it does not matter here).        It would be almost perfect, however it is having a little issue.         If someone clear/delete all ship lines and save, the “totaldryunits” would not be set to 0.        I read the code lines, it looks like  foreach (SOShipLine line in Base.Transactions.Select())      this line would not be triggered, if all ship lines were cleared.         I am not good at coding , can anyone help me how to trigger the total reset?

Hello,     As I checked, for the back order status SO , the “complete order” button is disabled.Only the “Cancel Order” button is enabled.       If I click “cancel order”, then the order would become “cancelled” status.It would be a little confusing, because it is not a “totally” cancel, it is just a “partial cancel”.         And for this scenario, we would very much like to make the order as “completed”, even if we don’t want to ship the rest of goods.        “Completed” is better for us than “Cancelled” I can make every single “back order” to “completed” 1by 1 that I just open the order, and mark every line to completed, and then I can click the “complete order”.but It is quite time consuming.          Is there a way that I can do in batch? 

Hello,    In last Christmas and new year, we’ve sent some gift to our customers. So they don’t have to pay them. These invoices are with amount/balance on them.    I know, I can write off the invoices, or I can create a credit memo to offset it.     But from Accounting Angle,  what’s the best way to do it?    The people from my company said they wish these numbers can also be counted into Cost of Good Sold.

Client has the following accounts setup –Account A is an Expense Account with a Credit BalanceAccount B is an Expense Account with a Debit Balance They would like Account A to show as a positive on the P&L even though it is a Credit BalanceThey would like Account B to show as a negative on the P&L even though it is a Debit Balance The client is on the latest version of Acumatica How can I make this work?   ThanksMike
