I am trying to upload a TB. My base currency is LKR. However I also have two cash accounts on USD and GBP. In the upload, I specify the correct currency amounts and load the TB. I am able to release it as well. However the GL batch that gets created does not balance. Its based currency is LKR, but the two entries for the denominated accounts, it shows the foreign currency values, not the relevant LKR (Base) value. Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

Hi,Is it possible to pass a Parameter to the GI when the GI is extended via a WebService EndPoint? Setup:I have created a generic inquiry called SubcontractsByProject, it takes in 1 Parameter called ProjectID, I have set the ProjectID with a default value of a project and it filters to that Project, so the GI is working as it should. I have extended a Webservice EndPoint to SubcontractsByProject using instructions from https://www.acumatica.com/blog/contract-based-apis-in-generic-inquiries/ The web service workshttp://localhost/entity/Subcontracts/18.200.001/SubcontractsByProject?$expand=ResultIt is returning data with the default ProjectID in the GI How can I pass a different value of ProjectID to the webservice?I tried adding a parameter in the Body like so in PostMan but it does not work ThanksMark

Hi,I always got PXData.PXLockViolationException a.k.a “another process has added…..”We are having a upgrade procedure right now.in my 2019 R1 Project same code, it works, but when on 2021R1, it returns me this error.Is there a new way to add lines programmatically in 2021 R1?I always do.var item = Details.insert();item.description = someDescription.Details.Update(item);but when I do Actions.PressSave() it triggers the error.been going here for weeks. Hello everyone!Is there anyway i can change the order of the tabs in the sales order screen?We are wanting to move the “ADDRESSES” tab to be in between the “SHIPPING” tab and “DISCOUNTS” tab.  When i look in the customization screen, it appears that the order in the screen editor is correct but it does not display in ACM that way?Any ideas?Thanks! :)

HiI have installed the DH on my computer and the pw is clearly displayed.I have NOT installed any other acumatica app except for the DH.Did I miss anything? Thanks for your help  

We use Honeywell mobile hardware with the Acumatica app with the distribution module. Our delivery drivers experience an issue where the app logs out from their users when connecting to the charger. This issue happens on all the Honeywell hardware styles we use.  After testing with their provisioner application and changing Android daydream settings, we reached out to Honeywell, and here is the information. There is a power state change unique to Honeywell devices; we need to make sure we are implementing the Honeywell SDK's for android.The problem exists in the coding; the hardware will report a battery change when taken out of the dock, in which case some apps will log out when they sense a battery change, which needs to be ignored in the coding. Honeywell units have technically three potential power sources: AC power/ Super Capacitor and standard battery discharge. Hi,I’m using ScreenInfo to store all the screen details to custom table.Able to get ViewNames and fields but unable to get Table name for the respective views.Is there a way to fetch table name using ViewName or any other way to get all the screen details(Tables,ViewNames and fields)?. 

Hello all,I’m working on a generic inquiry. I need a total inventory amount for each item. The result as below. The item existed in different warehouse.  When I add a grouping for InventoryID. The result become to :  My question is how do I ignore grouping on MSRP column? My GI setting is below.  

Case:  A Project is setup with the Global Billing and Allocation Settings Billing Period of ‘Month’ to make mass billings of recurring invoices, where there is a task set up with recurring billing, easy by using the ‘Run Project Billing (PM503000)’ process screen. However Project has other tasks that have Billing Options of ‘On Task Completion’.Problem:  In a Project with tasks with multiple Billing Options and the Global Billing Period is Month, there is no way to run project billing just for those Project Tasks with the Billing Option of ‘On Task Completion’. The default method when you click ‘Run Project Billing’ runs the monthly task bill according to the Global Bill Period setting and resets the next billing date.  Current Workaround: Bill ‘On Task Completion’ tasks using the Invoices and Memos Screen (AR301PL)… this is time consuming and sometimes problematic if the Project has overridden the Bill to and Bill address - The invoice produced by AR301PL is in context of the Customer

Via the mobile app we can attach all the photos we want onsite to the opportunity.I am looking for suggestions (maybe I have something turned off) on how to upload photos/files via the app in the project screen the same way. Any ideas?

When the form is loading, I find the function will be called several times. Since I will call external web services in this function, I need this function to be called only once. We are using Velixo to create a report showing current percent complete and forecasting the percent complete per month till the end of the project.  The problem I have is when pulling the Budget Forecast into the spreadsheet I need the RevisionID of last update.  I have pulled that field into the GI but it wont show up.  It doesnt even show up, but its on the results grid.  Any idea how I could get this number to show?

Good day,  I have the situation where I need to move different finished goods items from a singe production order. In this scenario I am moving a main item from the production order, and some “by-products” or “co-products”. How would this be done with standard Acumatica Production Orders?

I’m not sure if this is a glitch in Acumatica or a setup issue on our end. Bank reconciliation is showing the direct deposit batch total as one line on the bank rec (which is how we have it setup in the bank and what we want) and no individual pay stubs; but once the bank rec is released, the individual pay stubs show in bank transaction details as cleared but not reconciled. In next reconciliation the individual pay checks show up for some reason as ready to be reconciled with the cleared box checked. Users cannot reconcile the individual pay stubs because they have already reconciled the whole direct deposit batch in the previous reconciliation. It is like a flip gets switched once the direct deposit batch is reconciled and released that marks the pay stubs as cleared but not reconciled and then allows individual the pay stubs to then show up in the bank rec. I can’t figure out why the individual pay stubs are 1-not being marked reconciled when the full batch is reconciled, and 2-why

Hi,I have created an User Defined Field in Sales Order form. I want to add the same in Sales Order printed form (SO641010). I am aware the value for User Defined Fields are stored in SOOrderKvExt but I do not see in Report Designer. I have even tried Build Schema > Load schema and Refresh/Refresh All, but still I am not able to get it.Any suggestions?I am using Acumatica version 20.208.0031.

After updating from 2020R1 to 2021R1, i went to create a quote in the mobile app and this is what popped up. Does anyone know if this is something that needs to be fixed at the inquiry level or customization level? I am not sure where to start.Thanks!

I have a batch of inventory adjustments to make, so rather than key them in I was going to use the Import from Excel function within the Inventory Adjustments form.  I've used this function within the order entry screen, so I was familiar.  I went to load records from file, browsed to the file (.xlsx) and clicked the Upload button.  The screen flickered, but the dialog box never comes up.  I've checked everything I can think, but nothing seemed to work.  I even tried importing to the order entry screen, to make sure that worked, and it did (tried the same file just to see if the dialog box would come up, and it did).  Is there a setting that has to be flipped on per screen to allow the import to go through?  What else might I be missing?  Using 2019R1

Eg: I am trying to create a “Customer” related field in “Invoices” screen. Dear Friends,I am trying to create a custom “Related” field and it doesn’t work for some reason, so need your input. I created a new Customization Project, and in the Data Access section for Invoice, I created a new field: Lets say the Field name is “Shipping Customer”. I added the following as part of field attributes:[CustomerActive(Visibility = PXUIVisibility.SelectorVisible, DescriptionField = typeof(Customer.acctName),Filterable=true, TabOrder=2)][PXUIField(DisplayName="ShippingCustomer")]Once the field is created, I added it to the Invoice Screen, and it appears fine (woohoo!).  But when I save the Invoice, the field value is not getting saved into the DB. Hi  I was wondering if the new Arena PLM integration supports muli-level BoMs.  Often in an environment where a product is produced with a multi-level BoM, if a lower level BoM changes for any reason the revision of the parent level BoM should also change revision when the lower level BoM is updated. This is to reflect that the finished good produced is a different version as a result of the component part BoM having changed. Is this something the integration can mange? Thanks  Matt  

Hello,   I’ve wrote a tabular report to show customer(as row) sales in 4 warehouses (as column).The values are the total sales qty.     The column right now is dynamic, that if 1 warehouse has no sales at all, this column stands for this warehouse would not show on the report.       Is it possible to always show 4 columns, even if that warehouse has no sales.
