Hi we have setup a processing center to connect to Authorize.net and have tested successfuly.  Is there any online form or tool to allow customers to enter their credit card information?  I’m surprised I haven’t been able to find anything….customer portal looks like it might have something but I don’t want to give every customer a username/password.   Any suggestions how I can have customers enter their own cc details online for authorization?

Hi community,Where I work we have been using the REST API quite a lot to automate redundant tasks in Acumatica and tie some of our in house software in to it. However, I do not have a lot of experience using “Actions” aside from the “Release” button and so have come to you for help. Objective: Add a PO Receipt to an existing Bill. The Bill has already been created and is on “Hold”. I have added the “AddPOReceipt” action to my extended web service endpoint. When I POST to “AddPOReceipt” endpoint I get a 204 response to which I follow up with a GET to check the status of the request and I get a 200 response. When I look at the bill there is no receipt added to it though. Hello,       I met an issue, I don’t know how serious it is. Because the system behavior looks OK.  But It is indeed strange. Luckily, I got this issue on a test environment, but I still need help.      I did some test on shipment workflow days ago. And it seems like something is broken.  When I try to create a NEW shipment, the status is disappear, so the new shipment can not be saved.       In Order to solve the above issue, I unpublished the issue customization projects and import a backup right 1 and republish. The status issue has solved.      But Unfortunately, the “default workflow” is disappeared                 How can I add the default workflow back?

How to adding a clickable link for excel export using generic inquiry. It should be same report export. 

Anyone knows how to make it automatically to export inventory to csv and send to sftp server? I know I can export to csv and manually upload to sftp. I want to know if Acumatica has anyway to do it automatically. Even execute a command line after export file.

I have a prospect in the supplement manufacturing industry.  One issue that I am trying to solve for them is managing lots of ingredients or finished goods that require testing before they can be used.For ingredients the scenario is this:  A product is purchased and receipted into stock and assigned a lot number.  A sample is taken and sent to an independent laboratory for testing - the test can take up to 2 weeks to return during which time the stock cannot be used in production and is not available for scheduling. We are looking for an easy way to identify that this particular lot is still awaiting the test result whilst other lots of the same item may be available (or waiting on a test and not available until later).  Ideally I would like to have attributes for the lot, but this is not available.  I think that the best I can do right now is place the lot in a quarantine location and move it out when it has passed the test.  A similar situation occurs during manufacturing when the fi

We have a customer that would like to default Shipping VIA and FOB Point fields.  Does anyone have an idea of how to do this?

in segmented keys I would like the system to pickup the BAccountID and fill this in as the 1st part of the subaccount being used So for example I have set subaccount up as such in the CS202000 screenAnd I would like the system to look at the customer or (vendor if applicable) and fill the 1st segment of the subaccount with the  BAccount code So if I was entering a AR Invoice I would like the first segment of the subaccount to pickup the current BAccountID and autofill with thatthe only way i can think of doing this is using custom workflows but wanted to check that I’m not missing something

I’m following the example in Lesson 3.1 of the I310 training course.  But instead of retrieving attachments of a Stock Item, I want the attachments of a Purchase Order.  In Postman, I’m performing a GET to:https://localhost/PhoneRepairShop/entity/Default/20.200.001/PurchaseOrder/000001?$select=OrderNbr,files&$expand=files The response is: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object. This happens for both open and closed purchase orders.   Am I missing something? 

I wrote a customization to add a link for any files uploaded to a SO Line item into a Production Order.It works, but I am breaking all kinds of rules.  I am not supposed to update a cache or do BQL statements in the RowSelected handler.  The goal is that each time a Production Order is opened on screen AM201500, I do a check against the SO Lines related to the Sales Order for that Production Order and create links to the “Files” on the Production Order.  Each SO Line could have multiple attachments and we want those attachments available on the Production Order.  Also, there is most likely a better way to accomplish this regardless of which handler I use, but this is the only way I know to do it. I would appreciate any inputs/critiques you might have.          protected void _(Events.RowSelected<AMProdItem> e)        {            var row = (AMProdItem)e.Row;            if (row.OrdNbr != null)            {                using (new PXConnectionScope())                {

The new Project Address fields implemented in 2020 R2 to replace the single Project Site field is definitely an improvement.  But I wonder why it isn't configured as a selector whereby the user can select from the customer's locations, like the Default Location.  Have others encountered this?  How are you handling it if so?  

We recently upgraded from 2019R2 to 2020R2.  We were utilizing the Hidden workspace a suggested the Technical Tuesday: Using Hidden Folders to Manage Access RightsFollowing the update, all Generic Inquiries that were in the Hidden Workspace show ffffffff-ffff-ffff-ffff-ffffffffffff as the workspace.Hidden is not and option in the Workspace lookup, and if manually entered saving fails with:  Error: 'Workspace' cannot be found in the system.However, in Access Rights by Screen, the Hidden Workspace and it’s many members are present. Also, the Site Map SM200520 show these with an empty Workspace and Hidden not selectable.Do I only need to create a new Hidden Workspace?  Doing so in our test bed did not hide items as before.

In our process, we buy product from a vendor. However this vendor is able to offer product produced at various locations. We need to be able to identify the producing location for regulations. Right now we add locations but in order for the purchase order to print correctly as being purchased from the main vendor all addresses have to be the main vendor and not the location. Is there a current way to add a vendor location with it's address but be able to have the purchase order report print the "corporate address"?

Hello,Regarding the Attributes screen and setup (CS205000). This is a great way to add custom fields to something, such as business account profiles.However there a way to make attributes an option on the Activities screen, and for the individual Activity types?So that if Activity Type X is chosen, there is an option to add an attribute regarding that Activity Type.Is this possible? 

Is it possible to map a specific tag to a custom field? I can see that you can import tags (in general) to something in Acumatica, but we really just want to set a command where “if a tag contains a ‘#’ then import to a specific custom field”The number we want to bring in is our Amazon sales #Our Amazon sales flow into shopify and then Acumatica. It works great except for lack of order number. Thanks for any help!

I have created a Custom Filed on the Production Order called Job Number. Historically we have used this work with complex Parent Child issues (Yes I know we could use Product Number however we manually assign these job codes) I want the Job Number to auto populate on the linked order. What is the best way to accomplish this?

Hi everyone, I want to update an udf in sales order when this sales order is in shipping status. I tried the web service endpoint, and I find I can’t update any fields when the sales order is in shipping status. Anyone has some idea?

Within the AR Invoice process screen (Print Invoices and Memos), there is an option to MARK AS DO NOT EMAIL. We automate  this function for $0 invoices through an automation schedule. However this same functionality does not exist in the Sales Order Invoice Process screen (Process Invoices and Memos).Until this functionality is added, any ideas on how to automate this? My first instinct would be an import /export scenario to check the DON’T EMAIL box inside the Sales Order Invoice Screen.Ideas?
