Dashboard chart data not tally with data base record

Hi Sir

We do a chart in dashboard, however we notice that the below in Black box -SSD is 4% margin. However , from the database , the margin should be negative 6% 

Is there anyone can advise what is the reason?

Hi @erin 

I have used below configuration settings and it seems all looks good.  Have you checked the GI, Have you seen the records in the GI for the SSD Margin%, so that you can identify the root cause of this issue.
