A client is syncing Active Directory credentials from their on-premise domain to the “free” tier of Azure AD included with Office 365. They are using a cloud-hosted instance of Acumatica.  Can AD integration be set up with their Azure AD instance or would ADFS be required since their on-prem infrastructure is still the authoritative source?

In the old site I remember there was a way to filter the ideas to see just your own. I can’t seem to find this functionality in this new website. I tried to search by my username, but it didn’t work.

Is there a formula or function to count the days from the beginning of a period to the end of a period specified to the ARM report form?  I tried the following but it’s not giving the correct result:=DateDiff('d', @PeriodEnd, @PeriodStart)

Is there a way to Re-activate a Service Contract if it has been cancelled? A client of mine has cancelled an Imported Contract by mistake and has to keep using the same number. I know that I can’t delete or suspend it, so is there a way to do this without a data change?

Hi!I run a report for our sales team every week that includes the following: The problem with this report is that the column “OrderStatus” gives me that status of the sales order, when i really need the status of the sales order line.  Ex: The sales order has 5 lines on it, 4 of the 5 lines are shipping but the one that is not shipping shows up on the report with a status of “shipping” because the status of the sales order is shipping but the line is not.  Is there anyway to get a line status put in there?

Does anyone have a clever way to use a Parameter in a Generic Inquiry to generate a HAVING clause in SQL right after the GROUP BY clause? It generates a WHERE clause which doesn't allow me to work with the aggregation results.I can do an on-the-fly filter, but I was hoping to use a Parameter.

Hi,Faced a teething problem.  Uploaded client’s site logo and report logo in the Visual Appearance tab in Companies screen (CS101500).  What appears on screen, is the Acumatica’s default logo.   Cleared cache many times, log out and refresh website and site logo remains the same.Checked in the File Maintenance screen (SM202510) and access right is public.Where could we have gone wrong?     

Hello all,I’ve been following the help guides but am getting errors when I try to schedule an ARM report by email.Looks like when I go to check the status, the execution result is “The report with name Key Financial Numbers is not found” as you can see here: I’m not sure where to more clearly define the report name as the Screen ID is defined in a condition of the Automation Schedule:I initially created this by:navigating to the report itself; defining the parameters & the Print & Email settings; saving those as a report template; and then choosing “schedule template.”As far as I can tell, that is by the book.What am I missing in my configuration? This doesn’t seem to be common so I assume I’ve missed a data element.Thank you all for the ideas!Arline

HiI received the error msg for the below , Not sure how to add it into the control account.Is there is any problem if we dont add in the inventory into control account? Actually system allow us to save and close it without problem. When next time we open again , there is no this kind of messgae pop up. 

Hi there -  We have a customer who uses the ShipEngine plug-in to perform international shipments. In cases where there are multiple boxes being sent within a single shipment, this causes an issue.A separate label for each package is created, which is proper - every box needs it's own identifier for tracking.  BUT, Acumatica treats each package as a separate order/shipment. The order can not be broken into multiple orders for customs purposes.  This could be construed as an attempt to skirt customs fees. Most packages with values under $2,500 don't need the extra paperwork as they fall below a threshold.  So, an order for $7,497 that gets put into three boxes would need the paperwork as it's above that threshold.  BUT, if the system treats each of those boxes as a separate shipment, and values them each at less than $2,500, it could be seen as a means of trying to hide value and avoid fees.  How do other folks handle this in the system? Any thoughts?

We are experiencing that our site is restarting several times throughout the day causing a lot of issues for us. These don’t happen at regular intervals, so it’s not a scheduled IIS process issue. I’ve been keeping an eye on the System Monitor to track our resource usage. I noticed that shortly after a restart, even with peak traffic we never use more than about 3,000 MB at a time. However throughout the day this will slowly creep up until we hit our limit and then the site crashes and restarts again. This makes me believe there is some sort of memory leak.I attempted to troubleshoot this with the memory profiler DotMemory, however upon starting a profiling session DotMemory immediately complains of high GC pressure and pinned objects in Gen0 then crashes after about 5 minutes. I even unpublished all our customizations and got the same result.So I guess my questions are: Does anyone else experience these crashes? If so do you notice your memory creeping upwards like we do? Do you have

We upgraded to version 20.207.0012.  The upgrade path was:from 19.205.0023 to 19.206.0036then to 20.201.0051then to 20.202.0043finally to 20.207.0012We did all of these update is one night and did not test inbetween updates.Testing seems to show most things are fine, however we now cannot open the Project Quotes listing page.  We are able to open the Project Quotes form (PM304500) and we can open existing quotes using that form, but any attempt to visit the Project Quotes listing (PM3045PL) results in this error:A table with the alias Owner cannot be found. We have in the past applied a customization project pertaining to quotes, but we unpublished before the upgrade and have not yet republished.  Those customization projects did not affect PM3045PL, but they did make changes to PM304500 and they did add a couple of columns to the CROpportunitiesProducts database table.  Of course, those columns are still in the database.Any help sorting this out would be much appreciated.

Hi, I am having an issue with the ‘W(n)’ value in the URL generated by Acumatica.For reference, this is a sample URL https://domain/AcumaticaInstanceName/(W(n))/Main?ScreenId= AR3010PL Basically, when clicking a shared filter KPI widget on a Dashboard, the system opens the Generic Inquiry in a new tab, however the W(n) value is always the same and the shared filter that is opened is the same as when the user clicks the first filter. I am aware that this value is used for caching purposes, however I cant understand why its not incrementing such that the correct shared filter is opened. Has anyone had experience with such issues please? If so, can you please advise what can be done to sort such issues? Thanks,Nigel Pace

Hello,       Per our test, even if the attendee has accepted the event with reminder.The reminder did NOT pop up on the attendee’s screen at the reminder time.Only the host will see the reminder.               Is it a bug? or is it designer to do so.           Please advise.

Hello,             Is there a way to set an invoice minimum amount as $200?Note:   If the amount is below $200, the system don’t forbid this invoice, the system will just automatically add the total up to $200.            Currently, the user can manually add a non-stock line at the invoice to make the total no less than $200.        Is there a way to make it in automation?  I am thinking of the Freight calculation.

Hello,   As system goes,  I found the “Acumatica ERP\BackUp\Sites” on our server hard disk is becoming larger and larger. I checked the files inside “Acumatica ERP\BackUp\Sites”    Some are years old.   I don’t know at what time did the system automatically back these files?    And I don’t think they are needed anymore, causing there are serval version updated.    But for safety， I have to ask， is it safe to clean the files inside “Acumatica ERP\BackUp\Sites”

It works on Stock and Non-StockItem but it does not work on a Ledger. Instead of passing the line below to delete a StockItem    string stockItem = rs.Delete("StockItem", inventoryID);     I tried     string msg = rs.Delete("Ledger", "0915ACT");but it does not work.I have tried endpoints 6.00.001, 17.200.001, 18.200.001 and 20.200.001 and all of them failed.Using EndPoint 20.200.001 fails to login using the same code.The ledger screen is  localhost/Main?ScreenId=GL201500&LedgerCD=0915ACT Is it possible to delete a Ledger through the Web Service?  The problem is we have many ledgers we setup and we want to programmatically delete them.    We would also like to use the same code to do batch cleans of items we no longer want instead of manually deleting items. Thanks in Advance Mark
